I would put a zero if possible. Please do not hire this company. . This man took $40k of my parents money and was looking for another DRAW...We werent even in Sheet Rock yet!....and had two liens put on our house during construction! On top of this he failed 11 INSPECTIONS! Our fantastic NEW Contractor quoted $18k worth of work done at the time he took over....Do not let this happen to you!
