The was the best experience ever! The banquet hall is absolutely gorgeous, clean and elegant! I thoroughly enjoyed working with Hannah and her husband. They are very nice, and professional. They answer calls, meet with you and help you with your vision. I highly recommend this place. Very good experience. Will definitely use them again.

Great place for small to medium size get together. Our womens day event was sold out ..so It was perfect example.. but you can plan and occupy 150 -175 guest comfortably.It was convenient and ample parking. we will plan some event there soon.

Casablanca Banquet is a lovely location it is centralized and very elegant. I had my 50th Birthday Celebration there and it was beautiful. The draping decor is a must takes it to the next level. My guests loved the Venue. Hannah and her husband are wonderful people. I loved working with Hannah her attitude is Stella. Will use this location for my next Event. Thank you Hannah its been a pleasure.

I had my wedding reception here and it was fantastic, I brought my decorations and they set them up for me so I didnt have to worry. The tables were beautifully done and they were very accommodating and prompt. They gave my caterer and DJ extra time to set up. All at a great price.My guest were satisfied, my husband and I were satisfied, I would recommend.

A wow event only matched by wow service!We hosted a family friendly graduation party and every detail and expectation was met. Working with Hana and the team at Casablanca Banquet ensured a great time was had by all. This venue is truly an Alpharetta jewel.

A place good enough for small parties. Had my friends birthday party celebrated here. The Hall is good for a party size up to 80-100.

I would advise anyone to NEVER use Casablanca. I have never been treated with more disrespect and dishonesty in my life. I am shocked as a customer and more importantly as a human being. I contact Hina a few weeks ago about doing an event on Saturday July 21st. She mentioned there was an event in the evening but that I could use the hall during the day or Sunday July 22nd was open all day. She said that there was a $100 off rental price for booking and I said great, how do I confirm and what all is included. She told me that I would need to pay for tables, chairs, etc separately which was fine but that I needed to come in for a quote. I told her I would be coming a day or two later and we confirmed the time. I showed up and met with Hassan who started writing up the quote for Sunday, July 22nd. I mentioned to him the $100 off that Hina had offered and he said you will have to discuss final pricing with her. I also asked about the cleaning fee which she did not mention and if there was any kind of cash discount or anything else and he said no, but all pricing would be done through Hina. I asked him then if he would write the $100 discount and he said no. Since I was only a few weeks away from my event and leaving to go out of town I told Hassan, that is fine, I will leave my deposit so that I dont lose my date but i will confirm pricing with Hina tomorrow. I called Hina the next day to go over the quote, and she said yes, I will add in the $100 discount and I asked if there was a discount for cash and she said I will take another $100 off. I said okay, I am leaving to go out of town tomorrow and I return on Sunday night so I will bring the total amount on Monday, July 9th after work and will confirm the number of tables and chairs that I need. Long story short, when I sent them the confirmation of tables/chairs and wrote about the $200 discount to confirm the amount I needed to bring, several hours later I received a phone call from Hassan saying that they would not honor the discount and that I would only get $100 off and I was a very dishonest person. Shocked, I said, can we please have this conversation with Hina as well because when I met you several weeks ago, you told me that Hina does all of the pricing for the hall. He informed me that Hina was right there with him and they both got on the phone to tell me how I was trying to play both sides and cheat them. SERIOUSLY!!! How can a customer who is told to discuss pricing with someone in particular cheat them?? I also said that if that was the case, how come Hasan could not put down the $100 discount that Hina had offered in the original contract. In addition, if that was also the case, why was I just hearing about it that day and not when they discussed it several weeks ago. It was a matter of $100 that would not be a big loss to either party, but to berate the customer and accuse them of being dishonest and trying to cheat the system is something I have NEVER heard of. To continue to talk down to me in such a manner and tell me theyve dealt with people like me several times was disgusting and disrespectful. I asked them to explain what I had done wrong in this situation when I went to the source who they told me to communicate with and their response was that I did everything wrong. I mentioned that I would be writing a negative review and that I didnt think we could have a working relationship after this and their comment was, we simply dont care. I will NEVER use Casablanca for any event and would strongly advise anyone considering working with them to think twice.

My niece first birthday was organized and celebrated here. Good enough place to organize a event with 150 people.
