Patrick an his team did a fantastic job in getting my Jaguar SJ super charge motor back to its original high performance level. I felt that Patrick was fair and very transparent as to what needed to be done. This car has always been a difficult car to find mechanics who know how to tune it and keep it running at peak performance levels. I was very pleased with the work done. i just wish that Jaguar parts were not so expensive but this is not Patricks issue...Thanks

My Audi wouldn’t start and there were about 3 warning lights on so I had it towed to European Service Center…they had good reviews and were convenient. I cannot say enough good things about this shop. They are very communicative, honest, diagnosed the issues, kept me updated and my car was fixed within the time they told me it would be. Audi’s are not cheap to fix, but the cost of the repairs was reasonable. I will definitely keep taking my car there for service and recommend them to anyone looking for a top notch shop for their European car.

I have been to this place for the first time based on recommendation from a friend. Scheduling the appointment was easy and they kept me informed about the results of the inspection. They also clearly explained what steps they would take in chronological order, to get to root cause.The repair was done on time and they also advised me that I needed to change tires (yeah 2 of them really needed immediate attention). I was very happy with my time at European Service Center. Patrick made the whole process so easy. I dropped my Porsche Cayenne off in the morning. And I got a call a half-hour later on what services that I exactly need done. Patrick is very honest, he does exactly what is needed for the car. When I called the Porsche dealership they told me that I am looking at Oil change, cabin filters, and brake fluid change. Dropped car off this AM and Patrick called me about an hour later to inform me that the car brakes were not in need of work and would not need replacement for another year at least. Took Mercedes in for oil change. When I picked up vehicle and left the shop, the check engine light came on and engine began to shake badly. Immediately called the ship to make them aware. Returned car to shop, wherein I was notified that three points were suddenly out at the same time and spark plugs needed replacement as well new and ignition cables required. Car ran perfectly fine and nothing wrong prior to taking there for an oil change.My wife had similar incident with them when we brought the Mercedes in for a noise when turning steering wheel all the way. After $1600+ in repairs we picked up vehicle and noise still there. Returned it and was told that this is a different noise and had to pay another $900+.Will not return to this shop again and would warn others to find another place to take your vehicle.

My vehicle was making a strange sound and come to find out it was the belt. I only had to describe and give the vin number to Patrick and he was able to access the possible repair needed. In addition the tow truck took 2 hours and 45 mins and he still waited for me and had the staff ready to work on my car.They are very friendly and put all there efforts into making the service painless and efficient. I had a great experience with Patrick at Europe Service Center. Very easy to communicate with and make a first time maintenance and oil change appointment for my Volvo. The pricing is extremely reasonable and the service was very professional and timely. I was given some informative information in regards to keeping my car in prime shape by Patrick as well. If you have to wait for your service they have a comfortable waiting room. I was able to do my work while waiting, no distractions. They also offer a service car if you need to drop off and go. I will be using their services for all of my future car needs.

I had the opportunity of using European Service Center when my Porsche Macan would no longer blow out cold air from the a/c. European Service Center provided excellent service by extensively checking my vehicle for any leaks. Luckily there were none found and I truly believe in the service they provided. Service is always greeted with a warm smile and the work is accomplished within a good timeframe. They have truly gained a lifelong customer. I have also recommended my boyfriend who has a BMW to use them for his future servicing.

I purchased a Groupon for front and rear brake pad replacement at this location. I was promptly checked in when I arrived for my service appointment and my car was taken back within a few minutes. Not long after they took it back, they came back out to let me know that my existing brake pads were still in good shape and didnt need to be replaced. They could have easily taken my money and done the service anyway and I would have been none the wiser. Instead, they responded with honesty and integrity, prevented me from getting a service that wasnt necessary, and handed me my Groupon back with no fuss. This shop will be my go-to for service from now on and Ill be highly recommending them to friends and family as well.

Used a Groupon for an oil change and with extra charges the services come out to a retail oil change. Returned Mercedes to me dirty (hand prints) and a drained accessories battery which would not permit the car to be put in gear. Careless at best... stay away!

I had them replace the compressor on my ‘08 RR HSE, there were issues with the replacement pump that resulted in having to replace the replacement. I did not get the run around I did with my last visit at the dealership, no haggling, Scot had it fixed and said thank you for your business and patience. No extra charges, no bs, no pressure sales on anything else. That is the way to run a business.

This place charges for it and doesnt make that known upfront. Also failed to diagnose a damaged wheel bearing, which if not fixed in time could have been dangerous.

Always good service and extremely polite to their customers. I have had service performed on two of my autos and received the best quality service on both. Their Porsche mechanic is magnificent! If your looking to take your car somewhere other than the dealer I recommend European Motor Cars.

I sincerely appreciate a company who is trying to build a brand and takes the time to understand that people do make mistakes (even in their own company). My original review was one star(of the location) and wish that I could rate the Operations Manager solely. He wouldve been 5 stars!______________________________________________________________________Came in the first time: diagnostic was performed; mentioned that it could possibly be another issue that happens with Audi vehicles. I was told it was several parts that needed to be replaced but nothing about the “potential” issue that was mentioned.2nd time: I came in (a week later), reporting the same issues from the first time I brought it in. I was told that the part that was used in the first repair was a faulty part and needed to be replaced (another all day repair like the first).3rd time: I came in(nearly a week later) I reported the same issues as the prior times, was told that they now need to check the potential issue that they mentioned during the first visit. Turns out it was the potential issue that was the issue to begin with. Simply said they were not honest with me and took my money from the onset without checking the potential issue which was a very costly one and was unlikely to be fixed by them.​ THEY CLEARLY MISDIAGNOSED MY VEHICLE TO BEGIN WITH! This was neither an efficient use of my time or money.

European Service Center was excellent. I got them to do a PPI(pre purchase inspection) on a 2016 7 series a local dealership was selling. I fell in love with the car but when I had the car inspected there were multiple issues found. Amber advises me to have them take the car to blow as it was still under warranty. Of course they wouldn’t. She saved me from a huge and expensive mistake. Def recommend them.

Needed an oil change and a cabin filter due to my air conditioning smelling like dog poop. I read the reviews and said this sounds like a place I need to support! I was very happy with the price and the service received. Although I didn’t ask for the treatment, I like to be informed first before a service is done. I will definitely be back!
