ABC Fitness Solutuons, referred Automated Systems Design, Inc. To install my door hardware and Openpath access control solution to be controlling my electronic key entrance.I am very disappointed about all their service and specially how poor quality ASD hardware come out to be and how dissatisfied their Serive and installation to be process.ASD installers do not properly installed my door hardware since February our door was never able to be 100% secure. Most the time I get call from my members saying the door was not locking.Openpath and ABC just stopped answering my concerns about our door issues. They even tried to blame it on the weather. Their security door and portal portal system is NOT WORTH $5,000 dollars.You better do your research and investment on some other door operation system.You can look at my screenshots and see they have not responded to my emails anymore trying to fix the issue.So I was forced to hire a locksmith to come fix their door not locking issues. More money out my pocket.Do not hire this company or ABC RECOMMENDATIONS for their security partners and Openpath.I waste $5,000 dollars plus the extra charges on private locksmith to fix my door problem.

My experience with ASD has been delightful. The pay is good, they are professional and responsive when called upon. Support resources are always available when needed and in short order.

Juan and Dan came to Extra Space Storage at 4105 George Busbee Pkwy today to install a call box. There were both so professional and they cleaned up their mess after the installation. I was highly impressed with both of them. Juan especially has such great mannerism and courtesy with his customers.

As a contractor I have worked for them multiple times. They typically pay in a very timely fashion. My most recent experience payment was long passed to overdue and I had to set a barrage of phone calls and emails spanning over two weeks before they release payment.

The team at ASD was friendly efficient and above all professional. I would highly recommend them.
