Weve never had to use this type of business before but I think we got terrific service! We had Joe come out to remove a dead rat in our wall. He called to let us know he was on his way. He was very friendly, knew his stuff, and worked fast. He was very helpful and took the time to answer a bunch of questions that we had. He took the initiative to look in our attic to do some checking in there and offered some advice. Joe was great!

What a great company! We were so impressed with their professionalism. Manny and Dave were incredible. They went above and beyond helping remove an animal that was living in our wall. It was an extremely difficult task. They had to crawl on their stomachs through our crawl space to get access to the spot. They were able to find the entry point and worked hard sealing it to prevent future issues. They had such a great attitude, despite the challenges presented to them. They did it all with a smile and even joking around brightening the moment, which was amazing considering it was such a stressful situation to be dealing with. After hearing suspicious sounds in my attic, I researched companies in my area and ultimately hired NextGen Pest Solutions. It was a great decision. Manny and David arrived on time and did a thorough inspection of my attic and the exterior of my home. They took photos of the possible points of entry and inspected the attic and the exterior for damage. They thoroughly explained how they would seal my entire home exterior, and then spent 4-5 hours completing the work.They also repaired damage to my chimney facing and set traps in the attic before they left. My experience with Nextgen Pest Solutions has been excellent. I called the main phone number on Sunday afternoon because I heard something scurrying around my attic and noticed that Nextgen offers 24/7 service. I was advised to have the exterior of my house sealed to block openings through which squirrels, rats, raccoons, etc. can enter the house as I’ve been hearing these noises for several months. The work was done 2 days later for a very reasonable price. My house is 2,700 sq. ft. with an upstairs and attic and they had the whole job done in less than 3 hours. The service professionals (David and Manny) were extremely knowledgeable and professional. They answered all my questions and even showed me photos of what they found during the sealing process. They also laid traps in the attic so they can come back in a few days to catch anything that may have been sealed inside. Overall, it has been an excellent experience and I would highly recommend Nextgen’s services to others.

I had squirrels that came in through the chimney. The guys that came were very professional and knowledgeable. They spent time to seal off all potential entrances and reassured me that the squirrels were most likely gone. They sealed off the chimney and any small holes around my roof. They showed me pictures of all the places they thought was a potential entrance. I can rest easy now after seeing all that they did. I initially thought the service was pricey but after seeing all they did, it was worth every penny! PLUS I have a 12 month warranty. I am very pleased and can finally go to sleep tonight without being in fear of squirrels coming to kick me out of my house. I wanted to just move, I was so disgusted. Money well spent as I also have a 12 month warranty/contract where they will come back out if I have any other critters show up. Its worth the money for the peace of mind.

We had a wild creature visiting us from the outside of house through a hole under the roof. We heard lot of noise up in our attic. I gave NextGen a call, they quoted me on the phone and came out the very next day. Manny and David did a very thorough job, not only fixing that one hole under the roof, but also patched up a few places around the house and covered up two more holes near the house foundation. They made sure there will be no entry points for rodents to the house. The price I paid covers the whole house, not just that one job, and include a year of warranty against any rodents. I had the experience of working with Shannon @Nextgen. She was so professional and informative. I was concerned that I had bedbugs, confused to say the least how I may have gotten them. Shannon came in and evaluated my home and explained what she was looking for and what I could look for. She did not find any bedbugs. Although I had heard some small noises for about a week I was suspicious I might have a rat visiting. When I heard him scratching in the attic right above me I called immediately. The guys from NextGen were awesome! We had a terrible squirrel invasion in our attic. It sounded like a whole community of them had moved in and throughout the day and night it sounded like they were moving furniture above our bedrooms. I called NextGen and they came within a couple days ready for war...operation squirrel removal was in full effect! LolThey must have spent about 4-5 hours outside my home sealing off the entry ways on the roof etc. created by the squirrels. Then they set traps inside the attic to get rid of whatever may have still been up there or able to enter from somewhere else. That night we slept like babies...no movement whatsoever in the attic!They scheduled to come back in 7 days to check the traps and nothing new had come! Another 7 days they came back and removed the traps and gave us a year warranty so if anything new happens they would take care of it! The price was not too bad and the piece of mind is priceless!! I highly recommend this company as this company is professional, reliable, and seem to actually enjoy their jobs. I caught James whistling/singing while he was in the attic checking traps! Lol

First let me say, these guys are so good that they are booked for weeks. However, I pleaded and panicked so badly, that they made an expedition to come to my home immediately. They treated my incident as an emergency (which is was). I had 6 huge rats in my crawl space and attic and there was a very foul odor throughout my home. I was so confused how the rats got in because my home is clean. They broke it all down for me. All the guys were super professional and friendly. It was almost like I had my cousins over! They found and sealed every entry for the rodents in our home. And informed me that all the rodents were captured. (We has placed traps and caught them prior) They were so knowledgeable and explained every question and concern that I had. Me being OCD, I felt very comfort with their work... so that means that they did a superb job. I honestly had no idea how the experience would be and I’m horrified by rats. These guys showed up, cracked a few jokes, and got right to business. Afterwards, we stood outside and chat a bit about their experiences doing the work, life, and preparing for the new year. It’s good to know that amidst the chaos 2020 has been to so many, there are still very kind and very professional people with a sense of humor. Thank you Manny and the rest of the crew for making me feel safe for the new year! I would highly recommend to EVERYONE! I feel like I have just rescued by my extended family!

Told her the information on THE COMPANYS own website about the 3 birds that are not protected, and her response was well yeah...we do not work or do anything for BIRDS!
