Terrible experience with Kitchen Department quart countertops for a Family cottage. We paid for tops and had the template measure completed at end of April. They said it would be 5-6 weeks. Big price increase from estimate due to seem location prompts us to ask that they change the seem locations so we dont have to pay for excessive waste material. Receive notice that tops would be installed June 23. Day or two before scheduled install date, receive message that the fabricator doesnt even have the materials, now going to be later than July 4th weekend. Delay on prepaid product and service is bad, the customer service and communication is almost as bad.
