Can’t say enough great things about this salon. Owner runs a tight ship! She is more than prepared for the post quarantine nail salon experience. Everything is so clean. She has rules too! Must wash hands as soon as you enter for at least 20 seconds. Leave your purse in the car and your kids at Home lol. No, seriously.She is looking out specifically for her older clients and elderly mother she and her family care for. It’s my Understanding that she has even brought her high risk clients in for special appt times to limit contact. 🙌🏼🙏🏼😇 💅🏼Connie does an amazing job with my gel nails. Love love love them. Thank you to this place for fixing the train wreck another salon had caused with my acrylics. They did a beautiful design for the 4th of July was great priced and now I no longer have crooked half filled nails!! They run a very professional clean place and the owner takes amazing post covid precautions! Ill never let anyone else touch my nails again!

I received a pedicure with gel polish. The polish started to peel two day after the service.

The employees are rude. One of the workers were vaping and didnt seem to care it was bothering people. My nails look terrible. I will never go back.

My sister and I both went her for her birthday nails. My sisters nails were great! Mine on the other hand didn’t even get a top coat.. I asked for an ombré and what I got looks like a raggedy French tip. The paint job was horrible! My 9 year old daughter could have painted my nails better! 10 out of 10 DO NOT recommend

Owner is funny, straightforward, and outgoing. This business follows covid safety protocols (must wear a mask, no purses inside, social distancing, & hand washing). The place is kept clean and has cute decorations. Reasonably priced (I got a full pedicure and a manicure with shellac and it was $70) . For any negative comments, I would say If you take the time to be nice and have a conversation, you can have a much more positive experience than just ignoring the people helping you. I Definitely will be back for a second visit as i’ve just moved to Alliance.

Very rude, walked in not feeling welcomed at all, asked about a nail polish and didn’t even get spoken to just directions with her head, cussing, vaping, very unprofessional. And Michelle was very rude! Telling me to put my mask on when her “favorite” wasn’t wearing one

I was cast shamed. I went in on knee rider with cast on. Was told 40 min wait to paint toes & nails. After sitting down for a few minutes she decides that they can not paint toes because of cast & she said u cant sit in chair with your cast up like that. So I removed myself and went to next place sat in chair and got them done with no problem.

Will not be going back. Worst pedicure I ever had. The lady was very unpleasant.

The guy who did my nails did not take his time at all, soon as i left one of my nails broke so easily and all my nails are sore because he was so rough and he also didn’t fully paint my nails .

I have been to many nail salons in my 37 years and this by far was worse experience I’ve ever had! After having a bad experience the first time I swore I’d never go back and well since I live so far from everything and this place is close I tried a second time and that was a misteak! NEVER AGAIN!! This one lady ( supposedly she’s an owner) is the rudest person I’ve ever met! It’s to much to type everything so ill just tell one reason I’d never go back .. both times I’ve been there I was getting a fill and was charged as if I got full set.. both times the rude lady came to check me out even tho she wasn’t the one who filled my nails.. ( I felt as if she chooses certain ppl maybe that she thinks has money or that are dumb and won’t say anything I don’t know) but I know she doesn’t over charge everyone and she’s done it to me both times .. I didn’t say anything the first time but this time when she said my price ( 45) I said how much is a fill here? She replied “ yours 45” mind you I didn’t get gel, my nails were not long, I didn’t need any fixed I just got simply got my nails filled with regular polish.. no air brush no nothing and was charged 45.. I get full sets for less then that...

The wait was 1.5 hours to get my nails done and there was a huge communication breakdown. This was my first time getting my nails done and I dont know that I would ever have them done again. There is a gap between my skin and the nail polish and the nail polish was all over my fingers when it was finished. I wanted more rounded nails and for square as well as significantly longer than I wanted. Most of the nail polish was on the work station of the employees so the selection of color was very limited on the wall leaving you to pick colors you dont really want but now have to live with for weeks. I will not be going back here for any manicure or pedicure.

It was horrible! A week later and i have to find somewhere else to go to get my nails fixed. Paint job is horrendous and they made me pick a different design. Ive got my nails done since i was 15, they had my fingers bleeding! And my nails are popping off its just horrible. If you want good quality work do not go here. Did i mention how dirty and unpleasant they were.. yeah never again.

There was no option of leaving no stars or I would have. Never in my life and I mean ever have I seen such awful looking nails when I got them done. The whole point of paying someone to do them is for them to look nice not worse then I would of done them. Well first off I just needed a refill and I broke one off so needed a new on my pinky since my boyfriend works out of town I was home visiting some family and needed them done cause it was time the guy who started them took the pinky that was broke and put a nail on it but it wasnt even on my nail it was my skin so when I approached him about it he said thats the way he wanted it so I just left if to him. Me thinking why the hell would you do that leaving the real finger no room to grow🤔 then I got transfer to a woman for a painting and honestly I could of done a better job than she did. It looked like I let a child paint them at this point I was already ticked off. Then I go to cash out well needless to say they charges me almost full price of what I would of paid for a full set which blew my mind. Did I mention how everytime I tried to talk to them they wouldnt really respond. Which in my books is rude and disrespectful to someone helping make your pay check. This place used to be good about 10 years ago but went down hill big time. Not worth it at all. Next time I will go back to the original place because they are way better. Other places put this place to shame.

First time there a week ago and my pinky nail broke today my ring finger nail is chipping..communication sucked.. they need to not rush and actually take their time doing peoples nails... Honestly will not go back there... Was not worth $30....worst nails I ever had done!

Terrible service. Waited 2 hours the lady made my finger bleed. Smacked my hand and didnt cut them right. Made me change my nail length so now I have to pay to go get then dome elsewhere. Wont ever be returning.

A pinky nail broke and they didnt charge me to put a new nail on and I also asked how the nail polish remover taken off and they didnt even charge me for that really great people there I would send more people their way very pleased thank you so much

I will have to say i am going back for sure! I went to get my old removed and new set of acrylic on (i wanted a nee shape) and they are sooooo super nice and sweet i took my 10 yr old daughter to get a gel polish they went above and beyond with her respected that she was young did her nails AMAZINGGGG AND I AM IN LOVE WITH MINE! (I got mood colors)
