I highly recommend this Enterprise location! My elderly uncle was in a motor vehicle accident and needed a rental car to drive while his vehicle is being repaired. Sara went above and beyond trying to find him a rental car and trying to make contact with his car insurance company. She gave him all the time he needed learning the features and operation of the rental car. Sara is a very caring and compassionate individual and is a real credit to the Enterprise Alliance location!

The car I rented was not available so we were downgraded to something much less comfortable for my family. The employee who I picked the car up from was unapologetic and didnt seem to care that it was an inconvenience. I was contacted 2 times before pickup to ensure I was coming, neither of these times did they mention that they didnt have the car I ordered. I must say the customer service for drop off was much better, though it seamed the gal who helped us was having a really rough day.

It was excellent, Garrett is real helpful with knowledge of the vehicle, but overall it was a great experience. Easy in and out process. This is the truck they let me use until mine is fixed.

Horrible service. Havent used them in a few years . Booked a car 4 weeks ago for my mother in her name to go on vacation with me. They waited last minute to say her address wasnt verified enough that she would need an electric Bill and a cell phone bill to verify her address. mind you she lives at the same place going on 17 years she is almost 60 years old and on SSI.no Bills in her name they are in family members names wouldnt of necessarily been a bad situation if it wasnt last minute when they called .So thanks for the inconvenience. The employee had no feelings towards it just said sorry and hung up . This is the alliance dealership

Enterprise in Alliance is the only place we rent from. They are ALWAYS accommodating and the staff are top notch! Highly recommend!

We’ve always gotten nice vehicles and good deals, but the Alliance, Ohio location has absolutely horrible employees and customer service. Every time I go there it’s different floating employees in training, and oh so rude and not at all helpful. The only reason I keep going is the lack of any other rental agency in my area. The Wytheville, VA office is amazing though. That woman went wayyyy above and beyond to help when we were stranded on a holiday weekend, all rentals were gone, and we had less than a day to get a marine back to base in SC. 5 stars for her, 1 for Alliance.

Temporarily the management change here made this place one I wouldnt use, but now they have new permanent management in place. They are first class, professional, and helpful. They always take care of my business needs very well. Highly recommended compared to other locations.

Always do a walk around when you drop off. The girl was to busy to do one with me called me 24 hrs later with all this damage now they want over 1700 for damage. And when I went to look at car they already moved it in process of talking with a attorney because that car had no damage

A+++ The nicest guy came and picked me up at my house (loved your shirt by the way) in a brand new Jeep Cherokee. Then showed me all the cool features of the car on our way back to the store. Nice people. Clean car with no problems. Small lot so not a lot of choice on what you get but vehical was newer with push button start and electric gadgets.

Picked up the car in Salem and dropped it off in Alliance. Excellent, Friendly, efficient service in both locations. Very easy pick up and drop off. Reserved online at an excellent price. Salem was $12 cheaper than Austintown or Boardman. Did not compare to Alliance prices. I will definitely use either location for future rentals! Very pleased with the experience.

Very good experience. I had business change that required me to pick up my vehicle early, I went to the location and the representative was able to expedite my vehicle and get me on the road.After returning, I was able to get a ride home and the driver was very cordial.The vehicle was clean and ready and drove very well.Overall great experience - It was as expected.

The only negative thing I have to say is we were given gift cards towards a rental and no one seemed to know how to enter them. .took a week and about 5 different people to tell us they were applied just to find out they werent..they eventually got it straight but someone needs to teach them how to use them..and there was always only one person working so if they experienced a problem or answering the phone you were standing and waiting too long..

The driver that picked me up was very unprofessional, sped, didnt wear his safety belt etc. The managers shirt was very wrinkled and half untucked. They did not honor rates posted on the wall and did not tell me they were closed Sunday and I would be charged an additional day. Terribly disappointed!

Some of the nicest people Ive ever done business with! We will continue to rent from them in the future!

Conrary to what their slogan says THEY DO NOT PICK YOU UP. They also did not have the vvehicle I reserved (for work) on site. I was told I would have to wait until the next morning, but I couldnt come when they open because they are too busy. If this is how a corporate customer is treated imagine how they treat Joe Citizen.
