My wife and I arrived twenty minutes before closing for haircuts. Staff was very welcoming, gave great service and haircuts.

Serious chop job! I was nice because thats who I am but this lady did not accommodate the style I wanted AT ALL! Wont be going here because I already have a stylist anyways but I wont recommend it either.

I am very happy with my haircut which is very unusual from Supercuts Ive had enough there but if you ask the right questions you will certainly get what you want, definitely pamper yourself because youre worth it and Supercuts will be there to help you if you ask the right questions.

Today was my first visit to supercuts I love my stylist Katherine she listened to me what I wanted done and did a fabulous job cutting my hair Thankyou so much I found my new salon!!

I took my son there. The 1st girl we had there was great. She did awesome. Unfortunately within 6 weeks, she left. We scheduled an appointment for 4:30. Nothing happened until 5. We tried someone else. Big mistake. She did awful. It doesnt look like she cut my kids hair. She shaved the parts that needed to be shaved but was afraid to use her scissors. So now we have to find somewhere else to go within the next 2 weeks. Not worth the money.

My husband took our sons to see if they can get a cut. Two quick cuts. They were treated like it was an imposition to “walk in” for a haircut. We will never walk through those doors as long as this salon is under this management. Poor customer service. Shameful.

Super Cuts in the Marcs plaza in Alliance - Cathy cut my hair a few months ago & it was one of the best haircuts Ive had... I went in yesterday to get the the style refreshed (trimmed) & it was just as good!! She will be my go to from now on! Place was clean & neat, LOVE the remodel!

Ive been to Best Cuts in different locations. Just sign in and theyll call you when theyre ready for you. I think you can even sign-in online. And you have the option of getting your hair washed or not. You can get in and out pretty quick. Staff always nice too.

I went to salon late in the evening as walk-in. Kathy offered to help me. I showed her what I wanted and when I left there that is what I had. First time in years I have been happy with my hair. I love ie it. Thank you kathy.i will be back to see her her again. My new go to hairdresser.

The older very nice woman who did my teen daughters eyebrows had no clue what on earth she was dojng. It was an experience to say the least.

Staff is wonderful. No time limits on haircuts means the best customer service possible! And, the staff is actually allowed to use products!

This visit was not.good. the older lady that did my wifes hair did not listen to what she wanted done and did t even come.close to getting it right hairsressers.need to.listen not do.as you please very disappointed with the last.visit

Greatly under staffed

The staff here are amazing. Kind and well mostly good people. The management however is extremely unprofessional. Rumor spreading and gossiping constantly about her fellow workers. Making customers feel uneasy and out of place. If it wasnt for management Id advice to go here. Though do to constant unprofessionalism id advise going elsewhere.
