Money hungry people, who charge you five dollars to send out letters. I have never heard of such a thing. They lock you out of the unit on the day the payment is due. That is ridiculous. You are not late at that point. I wouldnt call anyone there friendly either. The woman that answered the phone was losing her temper. I would never recommend this place to other people nor will I keep my stuff here again.

This place is awesome. Im in Florida with the crazy day to day. The young lady that works there is a compassionate, helpful and is just so nice. I wish everyone had this customer service. I recommend anyone in need of storage use this one.

Very rude, poor phone etiquette, and sarcastic. I asked to have the owner Cindy Taylor call me. She did call back and was also rude. She spoke over me, and when I told her of her employees behavior she said that I was rude. I understand these are not professional people, but I would expect better customer service skills.
