Paul Wright Roofing did an excellent job installing my porch roof and though I got an estimate to get new gutters, they were able to use existing gutters at a very appreciated discount. I will definitely be recommending them to all my friends! Staff was very courteous and work was done quickly and efficiently!

We own a house with a slate roof so its extremely important to us to get it looked at every year. We have used Paul Wright Roofing for about 8 years and every year, they have been wonderful. They come out to look, take pictures of things they see and than discuss the repairs. I always feel confident when they leave that my roof is in good condition!

Customer facing representatives leave me no choice, but to guess at the following... either management has no clue how their sales folks handle their customers, or they are picking and choosing jobs more profitable to them and ignoring less profitable requests. My experience is similar to an attempted used car purchase ...before even scheduling the work, they tried to set up an appointment with a 2nd sales person with presumably more financial experience. After 3 weeks of contacting them, I still did not have the opportunity to schedule roof replacement, because they did not follow up as promised to have me speak with the finance guy (2nd sales guy) for supposed 0% financing if qualified. They know Im trying to prevent further damage to my home.. I ended up getting 2 other quotes, in a shorter amount of time, that were significantly lower in price. 2 stars because they did a great job with repair in the past. However, there is no good excuse for my attempted roof replacement experience. Communication with the customer was poor, and they did not repect my wasted time.

We live in a 1890 converted barn with a cupola that had to be removed.They were very efficient and friendly. The office was great and courteous and the team that did the work was on time and cleaned up all of debris.I would strongly recommend this company.

I had a tile roof repaired by Paul Wright Roofing. It took some time, but mostly to source the tiles, which is common right now with a lot of things. The estimator was up front about the potential time it would take to do the work. Once they had the tiles work was done quickly and professionally. The team that came out was polite, communicated their plans and any issues clearly and cleaned up exceptionally well after work was completed.

We regretted hiring Paul Wright, very disappointed at the quality of work and felt like we were scammed hence we need to call out this irresponsible vendor. We have water leaks at a few spots on our roof recently and our property manager hired Paul Wright. The cost was $5800 to perform at least 5 patches. After the repair, the same spots on the roof were still leaking and we received the same complaints from tenants. The patches seem to be done terribly and I could still see cracks. The tar and mesh werent applied properly. I called them back but the rep Barry looked confused and didnt know which spots were patched, he mentioned about repairs that they never did and kept saying we have to replace the whole roof. He said we have to pay $500 to ask their employee who did the repair to point out the spots that they repaired, we find it ridiculous to pay someone to show us the spots that werent repair properly. He also kept saying we have to replace the whole roof. This sounds very fishy to us. We hired another contractor to perform the repairs at the same few patches for much less and the leaks stopped right away, we dont have any leaks since then. It should have been a simple repair but the work they performed was shoddy, they didnt take responsibility, bad customer service and their strategy for doing a bad job was to blame customer for not hiring them to replace the roof. One patch that they did, they used tar over the rubber which was an amateur move. Tar will eat into rubber so that area is going to have some other issues in the futures. We did ask opinions from other roofers and other roofers who saw the repair work said that their work was terrible. I sent an email to their office but never heard back. We are going to file complaints with the state.

My slate roof needed a number of slates replaced after this winter. Paul Wright was the first roofing company to reply and give a quote. They did the repairs in a timely manner and did a wonderful job. Both the office manager and the roofer called to keep me updated on the project. This job was for a home I just sold, and I will be passing on their contact information to the new owners. Excellent overall experience!

We needed a new roof because our old one was becoming more and more unsightly. We called Paul Wright Roofing because we heard he is the best and we were not disappointed. They gave us a great estimate for the work. They arrived when they said they would. The workers were all very polite and very hardworking and cleaned everything up after they were done. We are thrilled with our new roof, love it!!!

Paul Wright Roofing replaced the chimney flashing. In the process some shingles needed to be removed and replaced. The workmanship is excellent and from the ground, the difference between the new and old shingles is nearly undetectable. Other than the new flashing there was no evidence they had been working on the roof. Not a speck of the old material left behind.

We wouldnt consider using any roofer other than Paul Wright, who have provided excellent quality in repairs and installation of slate and rubber roofs over our 20 years at this magnificent property. The quality of their work is invariably matched by the quality of their employees ... relentlessly hard-working, positive, meticulous, and delightful to get to know. Having a slate roof it can be very difficult to find a good company to fix and maintain it. Paul Wright not only dose it right, they do not nail the new slates in they hang them. They are super responsive and right on time. This was my second time using them and will never use anyone else for now on. Highly recommend them.

Their estimate was correct for the work they did. They scheduled the job in a timely fashion and completed it in one day. As I was home at the time I carefully observe the work from afar and have no complaints about the quality of craftsmanship or materials used. They did a fantastic job and they cleaned up the debris afterwards. They are not the cheapest roofers in town but I believe that in cases of such important projects its important not to skimp on quality. When they had removed the old roof they took the time to show me where plywood needed to be replaced and the water damage that they found. Every question I had about materials and application they took the time to answer me honestly. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone I know who needs a roof and Ive already recommended them in several cases. Prior to replacing my roof, I had them repair some damage that resulted in leaks and none of them leaked even five years after their repair. Thats why I chose them when it was time to do the whole roof and thats why I would recommend them; they do good work. If you come across this review years later and I have not added an addendum about a leak that later happened you can know that their work stood up, because I would definitely come back and add that. I genuinely dont believe it will be required.

Since we moved into this house in 2011 we have had Paul and his crew out for continued maintenance on our slate roof. This roof is 80+ years old and still looks great. Always professional from the office staff, to the scheduler, to the crew at the house. This is a number one organization. Another Gunther great business pick.

We own both sides of a twin and both sides had roof issues. We asked for a proposal and, in less than 2 weeks from the time we signed, the roofs were done. Work was very professional and they followed up to see if we were satisfied.

The men worked very hard and efficiently on the roof, especially after discovering they had to rip off five previous roofs and replace damaged wood underneath. They covered up our patio and yard to avoid any damage. Everything was cleaned up before they left. The foreman showed me photos of the damaged roof and kept me informed on the progress of the job. I am well pleased with Paul Wright Roofing and would definitely recommend them!

As a former construction inspector, I think your crew did an excellent job replacing my roof. They were on the roof for 13 hours, except for lunch break, in 90+ degree heat and had to return the next morning for about 2 hours tp finish. They cleaned everything up both mine and the neighbors property.

Paul Wright Roofing is one of the few companies that will repair terra cotta roofs. They have done this repair work on two of our historic properties in the West Park district in Allentown. They are professional, responsive and I would recommend them for any roofing work, including slate and terra cotta tile.

After hearing on a radio ad that no job was too big or small I had a toolshed roof replaced. Even though more materials were required than thought the price remained the same.When I needed my homes roof replaced, based on the toolshed experience and recommendations from my neighbors, I contacted Paul Wright.From the initial phone call for a quote to the eventual work, every person I spoke with was professional and ersonable, and did exactly what they said they would do.My concerns were addressed:- strong chance of rain mitigated by adding crew and expanding hours for install- extensive plantings around house protected by tarpsIn the end I found a couple scraps of old tar paper and two nails and that was it. The rest of the debris had been picked up and hauled away. No small feat.I was happy with the result.

I have used Paul right roofing Twice. 1st experience they were on time professional cleaned up after themselves and they were done in one day where other contractors d as long as a week. The price came in as discussed.Our 2nd experience came as a result of a truck hitting the roof. Took a while to get started insurance being involved and then covid. The entire porch roof was replaced from the brick posts up and the job was completed in 2 days And was perfect.I would have absolutely no reservation About recommending them for any job large or small. This is truly a professional organization And if I should need any future roofing repairs or gutter repairs I would call them 1st.

Recently had my roof replaced, while the installers were really nice guys, I found out that they were sub contractors from Trenton NJ! I specifically asked Troy from paul wright roofing how long their installers worked there. Troy told me all employees are fully trained by paul and have been there for many years. ALL LIES! This crew has only been around for 3 months and were hired without any training!

This company has worked on my roof. I found them to be prompt, courteous and professional. Their prices might be a bit higher than others but if you want quality work, it is worth it. I have referred them to others and would not hesitate to render their services again.

When we had our roof leak, we called three roofing companies to come for an estimation. Mike A estimator came and went on the roof to make a temporary fix and gave us an quote. Paul Wright Roofing is not the lowest quote, However we decided to go with PWR because our neighbor had a very good experience with them. YOU PAY FOR QUALITY SERVICE .The scheduling of the work was very accommodating and the workers are very courteous and efficient. At the end of the job, the workers cleaned the gutters and yard. Our yard looked so nice as if we just had our spring cleaning done. I would highly recommend Paul Wright Roofing

Since my other review was removed 🤔🤔Let me do it again- never gave me any requested quotes for future projects.- paid deposit for work to be done, waited two months to be put on the schedule-had to reach out to salesman several times to try to get on the schedule- salesman never returned calls nor emails- never called when they cancelled first appointment even though I took off from work the day they were supposed to come.- when they finally came out 2 days and 4 hours late they didnt even have the right parts for any of the work that was getting done, so they left without doing any work and without notifying us.- come to find out they ordered the wrong part and took one month to have the owner come out. To order the right part. Still havent heard from them.- Another month later after multiple attempts to get them to come out and a least replace my downspouts that were on the orginal estimate. I keep getting blown off and they say oh they will try to get there this week.- I will hopefully be on the phone with the owner tomorrow or that is the last straw.I do not recommend them.

I was very specific in telling this company that the entire back portion of the roof was leaking. I was given an estimate for $3750 which I agreed to.They only worked on a small portion of the roof. When I complained about the continuing leaks, I was given another estimate of $4000 to work on the remaining section of the roof, which I had thought was included in the first estimate.In the meantime, the portion they had worked on continued to leak. Rather than throw good money after bad, I decided not to do any further business with Paul Wright Roofing.Very slow to respond to calls, very poor communication, and ineffective workmanship.I do not recommend this company.

If your time is important to you, be cautious in dealing with PWR. While Im sure the company get a lot of business through the massive amount of advertising they do (and heavy rains over the last year), they have A LOT of trouble with customer service and following through with important details without CONSTANT reminders. This was true with my roof job, as well as the referral (from me) repair job on my brothers roof.PWR took many WEEKS to answer simple follow-up questions on my replacement; failed to send paperwork needed for the manufacturers warranty; and failed to send the referral fee related to the work at my brothers property (later, after being reminded of the agreement, they paid a fraction of the amount promised).Related to my brothers repair, PWR initially misdiagnosed the problem. Then, after receiving a deposit, PWR took their time scheduling the work. Only after being repeatedly contacted, did they schedule the repair.The majority of these problems were blamed on phantom computer glitches instead of owning up to the mistakes. Additionally, PWR refuses to answer any emails related to problems, presumably for fear of being held accountable for their answers. To me, this is a huge RED-FLAG.Their price is in the middle of other contractors; they cleaned up well after the work, other than an inordinate amount of nails being scattered around the perimeter of the property; and, so far, the roofs replacement and repair is leak free.I think the quality of the actual work is better than average, but dealing with all the delays, failures to follow-up, and excuses, makes this company sub par.

Well with Paul Wright Roofing I found that out the minute I made a phone call to get an estimate, as on the second ring my call was promptly answered by a very pleasant lady who very courteously asked me how she could help me, when I told her that I wanted to get an estimate on an issue I had with my roof, she answered with dates and times she had available for someone to come out and look at my roof! Talking about professionalism, organization, service, and first impressions! Well the rest is history, the estimator came over on the date and time I chose, the estimate was reasonable, I was put on their schedule and a couple of weeks later the roof was repaired to my satisfaction, what else can you ask for? If I ever have another issue with my roof, its a no brainer-- PW will get the job!
