Jay was very thorough and communicated with us the entire process. He took the time to explain how the unit works. His pricing is the best in the Lehigh Valley and I would def. recommend him to anyone. He came with all the equipment (unit and salt tank) that we needed. He did a great job!

They were prompt and analyzed the problem quickly. Solved 3 issues over the past 15 years, always at a fair price. I have recommended them many times.

The owner Jay misdiagnosed a leak, made 2 repair attempts on the wrong issue, replaced the tank materials(brine) on a faulty tank, and wants $225(discounted for his misjudgments).I realize that someone’s time is worth money, however if I’m paying a professional $85/per hour(jay’s rate), then there’s no excuse for being wrong and expecting to be paid. I could’ve done that myself.

Would give zero stars if I could. They charge by the hour, and they know how to milk the clock. They do not come with equipment needed for he job, and they charge you for their time to drive and pick it up. Would not recommend these guys to my worst enemy.
