This SAT/ACT test prep was instrumental in my daughter improving both her SAT and her ACT scores. She took the actual class in the winter prior to the shutdown and had her tests cancelled several times following that. Mr. Schmidt made sure he had ongoing refreshers so the kids would stay fresh and prepared. It was many months until she finally retook the tests but she still felt very well prepared thanks to the course and refreshers available to her.

Even after graduating college and beginning law school, I still feel very fortunate to have taken the Prepare SAT preparation course. The class format was enjoyable, and definitely not intimidating. I attended the class with some friends from high school, but remember getting along with everyone in the class. Taking the Prepare class was the best thing I could have done to improve my SAT score. Going through high school, I dreamed of being able to attend the United States Naval Academy in Annapolis, MD. The academy has a very competitive selection process, receiving tens of thousands of applicants for just over one thousand slots. I was already a good athlete, so the physical tests werent an issue for me. What worried me the most was the SAT.I considered myself a decent student, but standardized tests are not my forte. My parents found Mr. Schmidts prep class and enrolled me prior to taking the test. I was skeptical at first, but what he taught me stuck. I ended up doing pretty well on the SAT, and even got accepted into the class of 2014 at the Academy. Im grateful that Mr. Schmidt helped me reach my potential and gave me the knowledge and confidence I needed to succeed. I highly recommend PREPARE Test preparation classes!(please take a moment to read this review) My daughter is perfect example that SAT classes are not overated or not necessary even when you are a good student. My daughter has been a great student she have a 4.4 GPA, did sports, clubs and won academic medals but when it came to her SATs her score wasnt what she expected in order to go the college of her dreams. She had SAT test anxiety, she couldnt finish her questions on time (spending to much time on one question to make sure to have it right) she would stress out it was a nightmare for her. I found this clases and I was amazed about the reviews and enrolled her in PREPARE Test online courses due to covid-19. Peter was what my daughter needed it! Thats another reason she took the essays courses for college since the essay is one of the big parts for admissions too. We didnt realized that for every application at least 3 essays or long answers questions has to be completed. ( do the math if you are planting to apply at least 3 colleges). As always Peter made it easy, effective for my daughter. We are so thankful for his hard work, patience and excellence. Teachers like him is a inspiration to young students to be their best. I’m a student at Vanderbilt University and I went to Parkland High School. I took Peter Schmidt’s class back in high school and I thought it was awesome. He always made the class a lot of fun to go to. It really helped me a lot in the SAT. Moved up at least 200 points. I was in the 1900-range. My final SAT score was 2190, which included a 770 on Reading and a 730 on math.

Peter is a phenomenal instructor, he may seem a bit wacky at times but at the end of the day he prepared me very well with the SAT. Because of my scores, I got into every school I applied to for undergrad and he brought my score up over 300 points. When applying to grad school for physical therapy, I actually went back over my well written notes to take my SAT prep to the GRE, once again I had good enough scores for all the schools that I wanted to get into so his preparation to me as a sophomore/junior in high school translated all the way to my senior year of college without missing a beat. I will forever remember the simple analogies he created for us and the way he broke down every section to make it easy and not scary, I went into the SAT knowing exactly how to spend every minute and left with confidence knowing I was going to see a great score in 6 weeks. I would highly recommend him to anyone in the area and I would send my own kids to see him when the time comes for any test prep necessary.

Heres the transcript: Taking Mr. Schmidt’s class was definitely one of the best things I did in my prep for college. The class was very enjoyable and the way he taught the subjects was phenomenal. Had I not taken his class I definitely wouldn’t have gotten the improvement in my score that I did.... His tips and tricks were very useful and very practical. I can say without a doubt that without having taken his class my score wouldn’t have improved to the point were I was able to the Ivy League institution that I attended.

Prior to Peter Schmidts SAT prep course, my daughters practice score was 1820 (out 2400 - the old 3-section SAT). After taking his course and dedicating substantial time, she scored a 2310 (out 0f 2400) on her first attempt. This dramatic change is atypical, but her performance proves that it is possible. I believe that the two essential components are: 1). Peter Schmidts course, and 2). Substantial student effort during and after the course. She could not have achieved her score without both of these. I highly recommend that students take this course as early as possible so that his methods can be practiced as much as possible.Without any consideration for price, this course is the best SAT preparation anywhere because Peter Schmidt is the ONLY teacher and he is an exceptional one. Furthermore, the price of the course is a bargain. If you live within 50 miles of the Lehigh Valley, this is the only course to consider.

All three of my kids attended the PREPARE Test Preparation and Tutoring. My oldest is now in medical school, he attend Warren Hills High School, my middle child is a junior in college, he attended Parkland High School and my youngest is a junior at Parkland High School preparing to apply to college. Im using my dads account, but I was a student of Mr. Schmidt studying for the 2019 August SAT test. I got a 1550 on the SAT, and Mr. Schmidts tips and guides were especially useful in getting me there. Both of my scores have improved greatly since the first SAT practice test I took, and I attribute these improvements partly to his methods. A great SAT score is like a golden ticket to the college of your dreams. It absolutely matters and should not be left to chance.The PREPARE system works. The class schedule and curriculum are demanding. Your son or daughter will have to seriously commit to completing the out-of-class assignments, and Peter is strict. This Test Prep Course single-handedly improved my score my over 200 points. The class taught me new strategies of taking tests that I have used for 2 SAT tests and an ACT. Since taking Peter Schmidts course, I now am eligible for Honors Program. This was probably one of the best classes I have ever taken and Mr. Schmidt was the best and most interesting teacher I have had. Hes knowledgable and made the subject material fun. As a former student of Peter’s, I can’t recommend his SAT prep course highly enough. I took the class during my junior year of high school, prior to which my practice scores hovered in the 1800-1900 range. Following the course, my scores increased dramatically, particularly in math. Peter Schmidts SAT prep program is the best option for test preparation. Mr. Schmidt teaches in such an entertaining way that you want to learn. The Prepare program using Mr. Schmidts method really works, but you need to put time and effort to attain good results. I highly recommended this course to prepare for the SATs or ACTs. My son took this course some years back and he drastically improved his SAT scores. He wanted to attend Tufts University which has a low acceptance rate and therefore he needed his SATs to be strong. I encourage all my children to take Mr. Schmidts SAT prep class. I think it is a great way to get my children focused and exposed to SAT test taking. I like the intensity of the class and consider it money well spent. Before this class, I struggled greatly with the Evidence-Based Reading and Writing sections of the SAT. I took Mr. Schmidts class in summer 2019 and found that the class was both informative and entertaining.
