I have a rental Freightliner that has had dash brake warning lights on for MONTHS!I have been to 4 or 5 Ryder shops for other issues and told them about the issue and no one could figure it out, one even telling me ( nicely ) to take it to a dealer.Allentown Ryder fixed it, it was a wheel sensor issue, just like I told them other shops it could be.Good Job Allentown!

Amanda at Ryder Truck Rental was great to work with! Other rental facilities were not able to provide the inventory of trucks we needed for our small business. But Ryder came through with our last minute request! Great trucks, great price, and fantastic customer service. We rented the trucks from the 1327 Bulldog Dr, Allentown office. Amanda was professional and very helpful. The trucks performed as expected with no issues. Will probably rent from them again!

Simply put, they are the best. My job requires a lot of on the fly rentals and reservation changes. I never need to worry if they can accommodate my me, regardless of the situation. Amanda and team always come through!!! I appreciate everything they do to accommodate my demanding schedule. Highly recommend this location!

Went here because my tires had low air pressure. My company told me to have ryder check the pressure because its in the service agreement. Got to this location after also calling ahead to let someone know I was coming. Pulled up to the fuel isle. Guy in a red bomber hat says we dont air tires ! I told him that I was told that they do. I go into the service center. Long story short I felt like this location did not treat me like a customer. Seems like they saw me as if I was a charity case, I mean I shouldnt have to pull teeth to get tires pressure check. In a customer not a bum asking for a dollar and they didnt want to put air in the tire. So thats my experience. I chose to take the truck to another location. Felt they may have been a bit prejudice but hey there are better locations but this one just wasnt the one.

Why is it every other time I stop for fuel the island is either closed, no one comes out or I’m waiting 30mins for someone to figure out a tablet??

Absolutely horrible. Wait time is ridiculous. Half the time you truck isnt fixed correctly or something minimal they forget so youre back there the next day. Service reps are less then desirable and have no concept of down time for truckers or the amount of time it takes for a simple repair.

Horrible service!!! Merchandiser does not respect customers!! Unprofessional guy! Worse Ryder ever!I dont need auto respond! I saw your reviews it happens again and again!! You must figure out whats going on with your employees!! Your merchandiser are angry and he yells to everyone 😡 Thats not a 1 star, your service deserves -5!!!

Picking up a truck for work and gassing up to hit the road..

I almost always have to wait for someone to come out to get gas or they run out of gas. Its on my way back, but its almost always at least an extra 1/2 hour to hour. The fuelers are good people.

A little slow at times but good people. Also the hours listed by Google 7am to 5pm are for Rental only. If you are fueling they are open 24hrs starting Monday 5am.

My company has a nantioan account with Ryder and was told if any Ryder shop had parking we could park there and stay the night as long as needed but tried that at this location and was run off. Second we called to have them come fix the landing gear on a trailer leased from them and the driver wasnt there the driver was out on a run with another trailer and they showed up and fixed nothing. Now I know why I quit working for Ryder

Service open 24hrs during the week is great.

I called ryder’s roadside assistance they are too slow 2 hours already no one showed up.

The girl ebony has a nasty attitude ask a question told me to get my truck n.o gave it to her told me I dont care so I dont need it and ignored me and the nasty language that they have in that place I liked the other girl that used to work there now there customer service is the worst .

When my truck broke down a to I was towed to they worked on my truck at temple 2 days 1 day check it out or departs got the parts in next day put a lawn fix my truck it was good for the 1st run in the idiot light pop by John das I think it had more problems and whats a 6 but they got me back on the road they seem to know what theyre doing
