I’ll give the sales department 1 star because I cannot go any lower, just for hiring the inept salesman named Tristin Chambers. I’ll give him -20 stars. I went there looking for a new trailer the first person I saw was Tristin Chambers on the parking lot I asked him for the sales department he pointed me to the service department (1st red flag) when I went in I told the gentleman that I was looking to buy a trailer the gentleman directed me to speak to the guy with the blue shirt non other than Tristin Chambers ( he didn’t even apologize for directing me to the wrong place 2nd red flag) I spoke to him I told him what I was looking for and he said we might have something like not sure of it. We rode in his minivan to a parking lot where then were 2 trailers with my spec. We agreed to a price, went up to his office, give me a credit application, I took it home, filled it out and emailed it to him. Called me the next day asked me a couple of questions and didn’t heard from for a couple of days, I would call him and text him and wouldn’t answer making me feeling that I was the one selling him a trailer (3rd red flag). Next week came I’m calling him and asking him at one point he said I haven’t heard from the bank. Called me the following day to tell me that the bank wants 20% down I said it’s a lot but I’ll do it. Didn’t heard from him for another day I called him and then he asked me what rate are you Loking for? waited another at which point I told listen Tristin I need to know by tomorrow one way or the other because I have other options after calling him a few times the next day (this is 2 weeks later since the first day) he called back and said the bank didn’t approve you, I said ok thanks. That same day I called Royal Trucks and Trailers Sale in Dearborn MI ( a friend of mine had recommended it to me but I found it a bit far as line in Easter PA) a lady named Abbie Sack helped me ironically I was approved the next days 10% down the trailer was $1,000 cheaper and the rates were within my range. Tristin Chambers and Hale trailer of ALLENTOWN I’ve got brand new trailer and already making money with it. 10 stars to Abbie Sack and Royal Trucks and Trailers sale of Dearborn MI.

Not happy with the service dept. but for parts, especially the guys who work Saturday mornings good service, if theyre not sure of something theyll take you in the back to look at the parts on the shelves to make sure you get the right parts you need.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. They stock just about anything you need for trailers. Walked in with a part and the staff brought me a new one with all the air fittings I needed.

Huge inventory of parts. Was there when the parts department was severely understaffed and the counter man was very helpful and courteous making sure everyone got what they needed. If you can take the old part with you it helps them a lot
