Driver is great highly recommend

Terribly expensive dont ever use this company its robbery. I just caught a taxi going just a few blocks from my home (since we have a monster hill) and ended up paying $20!!! The actual price was $18 but my driver conveniently didnt have change, only $20s. The old quick service taxi needs to return. They wont last long with those rates.

All the reviews given are true! First, my cab comes late, then I get into the vehicle and the driver says an inappropriate and rude remark. We proceed to my 1.7 mile destination and meter starts at 7.50!!! The driver goes the wrong way, making me even later! Total cost for 7 min, 1.7 mile trip 17.10 crazy!!!! Never again, not to forget he wanted to charge me 5.00 for my service dog to ride. I WOULDNT GIVE ONE STAR!!!!!!!!!! But to post I had to

Gus was absolutely amazing. The entire ride we had conversation there was no awkward silence or anything. It was literally like he was a friend Ive known for years.

My aunt came east from Texas she is 70 years old for family reunions in Emmaus and her flight out was at 3:30 a.m. she wanted to be at the airport at 4. We called this company they guaranteed us that somebody would be there to take our Aunt who is elderly we need s van service they promised us the world they never came. Now we live in Philadelphia and she was with her elderly mother who is 95 who could have drove her but we dont let her drive at 3 in the morning. So we called an Uber and they were there in seven minutes. thats why the taxi business is going to go out of business. If I would have sold all the bad reviews about this taxi company I would have never used them I hope this help someone else

Nice driver clean car

So I took the cab 3 times in the past 2 weeks and I happened to get the same guy .. he started pushin himself on me n made me feel very uncomfortable the guy was really weird I got messages n he stopped the car half way to my destination and insisted on me to sit in the front so I did n he touched my leg while commenting on tattoo .... unexceptable!!!!!! He Took my number down from when I placed my first taxi phone call n started textin me n calling me mind you I called for service 3 different times first time is was off 2nd even worse n the third disrespectful there won’t be a fourth !

Extremely expensive I paid 34$ for a 7 minute ride home from work! Uber is definitely the way to go!

Very expensive. Uber and Lyft are way cheaper and get to you way quicker as well.

I took their taxi to run two errands. Distance traveled total was 18.6 miles. Total charged: $117.31. Even if you subtract the couple dollars of tips I gave to each driver, this is outrageous and illegal price gouging. If a fair refund is not given, I am reporting them to the PUC and the IRS.The definition of price gouging: Price gouging is a pejorative term referring to when a seller spikes the prices of goods, services or commodities to a level much higher than is considered reasonable or fair, and is considered exploitative, potentially to an unethical extent.

The new company that took over is the worst company in the world. I went 10 minutes away from my house and was charged 25 dollars. Beware this company tries to rob its customers. The minute you sit in the car the starting rate is 7.50 . Driver even threatened me because I told him he wasnt being fare luckly I had family to check on me . BEWARE this new company is worse then untied taxi !!!!! The number is the same as united taxi dont get confused.

Arrived to the MCO, and called quick taxi, guy picked us up, and when he dropped us off at Port Canaveral he charged us $135!!!!!

They are over priced. A 7 minute ride cost me $17.10 while Premium cab charged me $8.75. Will never take them again.

Friendly driver who got their in 3 minutes after being told 15 minutes, but spent the start of the trip texting or what ever on his cell phone/gps for the trip. Very bad driving, all over the road when he was doing that!Taxi was in OK shape, & most of the trip driving was OK. Cost $25 to go from Airport Rd in Allentown to Stefko Blvd. in Bethlehem. Maybe my Uber app will work next time!

The music was inappropriate for a business

Paid $30 last week, than they changed it to $45 today & when I called back, they said $65. Worse service ever

$22.50 to go 2.9 miles and the driver tries to take the long way /the worst cab company in America calling a friend this afternoon at the BBB and reporting this company to the local news /this fraud will be exposed today!
