I chose this taxi service not based on the reviews here but by what appears to be excellent communication from the owner of this company. I can tell by the few negative reviews here that the owner shows humility and integrity when his company messes us. I understand mistakes can happen but the way this company handles those moments is the reason I booked my ride here.That said, my experience was completely positive. I scheduled last night for a ride to EWR airport this morning. The owner communicated quickly and kept me up to date on my ride. The price was fair and quoted in advance. The owner was also my driver today and was on time and a pleasure to ride with. This is a local business that I will continue supporting. Best of luck during what must be a difficult business environment. Keep up the good work!

Excellent service from start to finish tuesday evening. Picked up at hotel on time for reasonable price quoted when we called. Delivered to miller symphony hall and picked up after concert. Thanks for great service.

DON’T USE!! Wouldn’t even give one star. Called ahead to schedule a pick up at 4am to the Airport so as not to bother any family/friends at that hour and knowing we also couldn’t count on an Uber at that time of day. “Oh yes, no problem at all”. NO ONE SHOWED OR ANSWERED EITHER PHONE!! Had to drive ourselves and inconvenience family to go get our car. Never again!!

Wonderful company, dependable, clean car and attention to detail. I needed a ride to the airport and made a reservation two days before, and on the day of travel, I received texts as to the status of their arrival. In fact, my flight was delayed and even though they were almost to my house, Kusa the owner, delayed picking me up so I didnt have to sit at the airport and came back again and got me. I would recommend this company to anyone in the area for top notch service. I will be using them again.

I have lived my whole life in Allentown. Metro cab is the best taxi service in town. The cabs are neat. Unlike other cab companies, their drivers are always on time and they are very friendly. I always use this cab company.Thank you Metro Transportation.

Would not recommend for a safe trip. Driver was blowing through stop signs cutting off drivers, going through red lights, not using turn signals, swerving out of lane almost causing an accident. I wish i called an uber.

Im pregnant and having issues with getting to my doctors appointment. The company was willing to work with me to get me there God Bless i hope they continue the good work i spend so much on lyft in a month they would never do that!

The dispatcher gives false wait times, and dont even bother calling for a cab at night because they never answer or they say that there are no drivers....can we please have a cab company in the valley that is resonable in prices, AND quotes the correct times?

Responded very fast, clean car nice enough driver. Rate was double what a Lyft would be. Paid $67 to go from Allentown to Nazareth (30minutes) when Lyft only charges $28.

Maybe its just me, such an unlucky person, but on dec 16, 2017 somewhere around 8 am i called to get a cab from bethlehem to allentown bus terminal. The guy said that he is giving a ride to some girl and it will take him a while to get to where I am.( around 20 minutes). I agreed to wait cuz i had some free time to kill. In half an hour that dude showed up. A complete junky, crackhead, drug abusing person was behind the wheel and there were 2 passengers with him in a car. TWO OF THEM. They looked the same as a driver. His excuse for the passengers was that he is in the middle of delivering them to the point of their destination. And if ill go with them it will be even cheaper for me. On my question how much will it be, he pretended like he was calculating the amount of miles he has to drive and with mimic of typical crackhead said 10 bucks. Lol. Its even cheaper than uber. I refused to go with them. So be carefull out there.
