Not professional at all! I called 10 times on Monday got not a response back it’s Sunday then when I arrived to the office that opens at 10 he’s not here until 10:30!! What the heck I was late to work he’s very slow and I would never recommend him to anyone I spoke with a girl the day before and she assured me that if I came right when they opened she’d be here to help Raul but she’s not here I have no idea what kind of business is that?

I looked up the hours on google and it says it closes at 2 pm, I get here and theres a sign that says they are closed saturdays and sundays. I drove over here for no reason, why havent they updated their hours on google.

Worst place to do your taxes at! Horrible customer service! 5 to 7 hour lines. Service over all sucks! Its sad i have to give them this rating but after waiting 5 hours then they lost all my previous information made me run around gettin the info they should have already had. i did this all the 31st of January 2014 and they didnt submit my information until 02/12/14 for no apperent reason! Waste of my time will never go there again. What inconvenience and when i called asking they would brush me off!
