I reached out to Kate regarding a therapist for my daughter. It has been hard to find a provider accepting new child patients. Kate did not have any openings but she offered several referrals. She even reached out to colleagues on behalf of my child. I truly appreciate that she helped me find a therapist who is able to work with my daughter. I feel that Kate went the extra mile.

I have nothing but good things to say about this practice. The times I talked to Ellen she’s been professional and answer any questions I may have in a timely manner. Roz is my therapist and has been fantastic in helping me navigate through what should have been a happy time when my daughter was planning a large wedding in Florida. This life event turned into a challenging time for me because of the pandemic. Roz helped me get through that time along with other situations. People work out and focus on their physical health with personal trainers and it’s just as important to work on your mental health as well. I wish I went to her years ago. She’s caring and compassionate and she’s tough with me when she needs to be. It’s just like anything else you will get a lot out of this if you put the work in, I highly recommend Roz and this practice.

Sent our youngest daughter here for help dealing with her sisters leukemia diagnosis and suffering. We had to cancel an appointment due to our other daughter needing to be taken to the hospital. They charged a missed appointment fee after assuring us that they were understanding of our situation. We called to ask them to reverse the fee and they initially refused.After seeing my critical review, the owner called and offered to reverse the fee and asked me to remove the review. Im glad they decided to do the right thing, so Im amending the review. Shouldve done the right thing the first time, but at least they reconsidered. I agreed to amend or remove the review once the refund processed.Update: the refund processed, Im keeping my word and updating the review. I dont seem to be able to remove it, hence the update. Im also increasing my rating because they kept their word, but Im sure were both happy to go our separate ways. Im a healthcare professional and although I certainly understand the desire to bill for missed appointments, I will never agree with the practice. Its part of the business.

Kathryn and I have been colleagues for a number of years and she has always held herself to the highest ethical standards. She truly cares about her clients and has a genuineness to all she comes in contact with. Her knowledge in the field is extensive and the positive feedback from the numerous clients she has helped over the years speaks volumes about her skill set.

Nickischer & Associates is one of the most professional, knowledgeable, and resourceful private practices I know in the valley. Kathryn takes pride in her professionalism and ethical tone. I’ve been in private practice for over 15 years and have myself referred clients to this practice. I have the upmost respect and regard for Katie and her fellow colleagues. They work under the premise of compassion, respect, empathy and fairness for all their clients. I never write reviews, but I want to put it out there that Nickischer and Associates are the most professional group in the Lehigh Valley. I have been to other practices, and they do not compare to this group. My therapist is caring and compassionate, as are all the people I have encountered while at the office. I cannot say enough positives about my therapist and the group.
