The waiting room has no heat so your freezing while waiting. Twice i arrived and there were dead bugs and spiderwebs along the door frame of the front door. There is a bucket sitting right in front of the building near the entrance with cigarette buts. This office needs major updating and cleaning!

I have been coming to Community Psych for years. The office is located in a nice area with a lot of parking. The woman in the office Cherise (i know im more then likely misspelling) is extremely nice and informative she is always so helpful when i call in regards to questions about insurance and my bills. My therapist is nothing short of great when it comes to helping me navigate my problems. Overall the service i have been receiving is excellent and i will continue to come here.

I saw leighann for the first and LAST time! Would not recommend. Very arrogant and unprofessional. She told me i had to pay a $85 dollar copay when my insurance informed it was $30 when i informed her of this information and had my insurance contact her she refused to issue me a refund for the over payment for the month that i seen her. She texted me (not even a phone call) that she was not refunding me. I could not believe the level of unprofessionalism.

I went against my better judgment and ignored the reviews and saw leeann due to her being the only women therapist accepting new patients. Very disappointed in my services!

I wanted to try a female doctor due to personal trauma I recently experienced and was referred to Leigh Ann Ryan. Worst mistake ever! She was extremely arrogant and money hungry! It was evident she only cared about my money. On multiple occasions i had to explain to her the same situations. So not only was she not listening or taking notes she sat there for an hour just pretending to listen then had the audacity to call me by the wrong name. At that point i knew this women was a waste of my time, energy, and money. I told her that i would prefer to see her in person instead of virtual and she made up some ludicrous excuse as to why she couldn’t see me. This women is a complete joke!!!

I had Jane Evens, I had an appointment with her and made it for 9 am on a Tuesday. I accidentally put in 7 pm, when I looked at I I knew it was wrong. So I called for two days trying to figure out when it was. The secretaries somehow had no idea when it was and kept saying Jane would call me back. No one did so I went late Tuesday no one was down stairs so after about 30 mins I knocked on her office to see if she was. She said she would call me, (oh finally now you wanna call) so she does an hour later to tell me how rude I was for knocking on her door. And then to tell me I had to pay for the missed appointment. She took no responsibility for never calling me back and worse wants me to pay for it, called me rude for knocking on her door. I have had a google account for over 5 years this is only the second bad review Ive ever written.
