3rd shift manager Jaime always high an has Favoritism do to him being scared it looks like makes most uncomfortable does not acknowledge hard good work. Does Not have any communication skills whatsoever and some ppl just put up with it cause they need work! It’s very ashame! Office ppl are very heart warming nice people. I Approached the situation the wrong way to hr an did not accept staying on third shift as a option so I left! Very unorganized an different Demeanor and face expressions nasty body language most the time wouldn’t mind any other shift besides third
