Pretty amazing experience with this laundromat. Crystal was awesome and assisted me with having my laundry cleaned . She was a pleasure to work with. Very energetic, and had a positive attitude. Thank you CRYSTAL YOUR THE BEST!!

The laundromat is clean and the staff have good phone skills. We used the drop-off service here this week only. We asked for 24 hour turnaround service and they delivered on time. The price per pound is affordable. $10 for first ten pounds and $1.09 per pound after that.

I have a police report and evidence on what I am about to say. The last time I used the wash and fold service I told the attendant (crystal) my spouse chain was left in one of the pockets. She her self said she will check for it. She check, called me back to tell me she couldn’t find it. This same attendant I’ve see and spoken to over the months. I watch her wear the missing chain. I waited months and was able to catch her at the right time to get back the chain. She had it on the day I filed a report and so happen to be walking back to the laundry when they arrived. Before even saying anything about the chain she was already giving it over to the officer. This isn’t the first time something of value has went missing such as jerseys, name brand clothing. I stopped sending my clothes to wash and fold after this. The employee still works at this location. So far no action has been taken because I’ve been in able to get a hold of the manager.

Pleny of washers and dryers. Good quality equipment. There is a staff there who are helpful to some extent. But they seem to be lax when it comes to letting young children run around the place making a lot noise. Some parents dont watch their kids.

With what happened today, I’m satisfied with the outcome which is why I rated it a 4 star. I want to thank Dale for helping me. I also want to thank the Store Manager coming to me and apologizing to me in person. They went ahead & applied credit to the machine I wanted to use. THANK YOU!Today on May 1, 2021 at 12:15pm I went inside with my laundry & went to deposit money into my card. Once I did that, I went back to washer #71 and inserted my card forgetting & without realizing I needed to put my Clothes inside the washer first. I unintentionally paid for a wash that I didn’t actually receive service from. That in mind & in my part I understand that was my fault; but when I went to the lady and told her the situation she said it happens all the time & I asked her if I can get reimbursed or credit so that I can wash my clothes. I’m broke and that’s all I have to wash my clothes until next payday. Is there a no refund policy? Because if not I think I’m owed an apology and service. I also reached out for support from the website and in standby until I get help!

Big laundromat, plenty of machines to wash and dry at any time. Parking in rear, parking in front also if you get lucky. No quarters, use a laundry card, add value with cash or credit/debit card.

You have to buy a card that you just put money on it and also they have free drying which is great!

LOVE this place!! The machines are small to huge, and the regular size dryers are FREE!! Usually VERY clean and mostly quiet.

Always washers and dryers available there is a gentleman man there he wears glasses wish I knew his name I was there may 31st around 7:30 pm he was so helpful very nice and polite and help me carry my bag out of the car he deserves a well earned 5 stars. Did I mention he kept the place nice and clean. Not one time I seen him not moving around and cleaning.

The staff is nice and the place is always clean.i always appreciate wash and fold service, but whats the point of asking me if I want my clothes separate and then not separate them at all, they even weighted them separately, and each bag i gave them was marked separately...getting home and finding the mens, womens, and kids clothes all folded mixed together was a real inconvenience.

Clean, quiet and fast. You are in and out within an hour which I love, all the other laundry mats take at least 1.5 hours which is too much especially with a toddler

Amazing laundromat. Great staff members. Always clean and its no cash. Its all by card and it also accepts ebt as payment. In addition Ive made friends with some of the staff.

Most good reviews were of the grand opening that gave people free time for laundry. Workers allowed to talk poorly about other coworkers on shift with customers. Employees will walk past messes (dont blame them heard manager complaining multiple times at people for things that happened on not their shift). If staff wasnt so unprofessional place would be perfect. I only did the good review because when they opened they had a bonus for reviews. The woman in charge is awful to her staff and coworkers are awful with each other. Almost everything I have heard come out of the mouth from a staff member and manager would have flat out gotten them fired or suspended anywhere else.

Very clean inside, staff courteous and helpful... Overall a very pleasant environment I recommend them highly. P.S. Oh yeah, Ill be back!

This place is super clean and pretty big some of the works have bad attitudes an the washers dont really used hot water an they charge extra for hot water that part they need to change cause they are charging extra for it then it should be hot other wise I like it there
