Service is everything! This location is conveniently located close to Rte 78. Store is clean, well organized and site has on premise parking. Manny is THE MAN!! They had the battery model I was searching for at a reasonable price. Manny went above and beyond. Not only did he take care of me at the counter, but then thoroughly tested and confirmed that my old battery was going bad. THEN THE RAIN CAME DOWN!!! Manny kept going until the new battery was installed properly and then tested the new battery to show me the numbers. We placed the new battery under full load - NICE! You cant beat knowledge, great service and product.

I went for my car key fob battery replacement ($12) job was done in like 3 minutes, pay and out in like 5 minutes lol very happy with the service. I did look around and it seems to have all kind of batteries. I would recommended for car key fob battery. Service was good.

Best price and unbelievable service of anywhere. What a great surprise. Any body that goes any where else for cellphone batteries is going to pay twice as much. It took15 min from walking in the front door to paying and leaving.

I called beforehand because I knew what I was looking for was unusual. ( 12v candelabra base LED, specific wattage not very important ) The person on the phone said they had it without any hesitation. I proceeded to drive 35 minutes to have the same guy that I spoke with then proceed to tell me they didnt have it and he would have to call a distributor to even see if they could get it. Complete waste of time. Word to the wise, double and triple check that they know what youre asking for before driving in. Im fully aware that I can order online but I didnt want to wait and I figured Id try somewhat local. Lesson learned.

Excellent store to purchase bulbs, batteries and other electrical items.

They sold me the wrong batteries for my power wheels that needed to be “wired” to work. After calling power wheels to confirm they stated that using these batteries could cause injury. I called and talked to Manny and explained and he said to come back and he would return them. After driving 30 min to the store Manny became very rude and said he would not return them even though they are selling batteries that could harm children and are not wired for power wheels. Now I’m out 100 bucks and still don’t have power wheels batteries

Manny is nothing short of amazing. We went in to get a key fob programmed for my daughters car. He not only found time to squeeze us into his busy schedule. He went the extra mile to get the programming to be successful. While in the store, I witnessed numerous customers come and be helped expediently and courteously by the other staff members. First time in this store and definitely will be back.

A few weeks ago I had my phone stolen out of the bathroom at work. I put in a claim, recieved a new device and promptly proceeded to set up the new phone. Unfortunately, I failed to look close enough and realize that the new sim cards were less than half the size and now fit on a tray with the SD card. The plastic card the sim came on was perforated in both the old size I was used to and the new size inside the perforation of the old size. Lacking tools I tried to remove the card with scissors and damaged the new device. I took the phone to the closest store I could Google on my laptop and dropped my phone off here on the low possibility I that it might work if I could remove and properly insert the sim card. The team was super friendly and understanding as I explained how Id finally come to be at their store and what I was hoping to achieve. Germaine Defrancisco was assigned to unravel my disaster and helped me to try and insert the sim correctly after all the damage Id done. He went above and beyond and taking an extra day at no charge to try and put the phone back together with the sim and tray inserted. The phone was a bust but the customer service was fantastic. If I hadnt demolished the port I would have been saved from needing another phone. I can still use the device with wi-fi and thought it appropriate to also right this review with said device. Thanks for all the effort guys. At least I still have a mini tablet for the house.

I ran in on lunch and was in a hurry. I don’t do well wearing a mask so I forgot. The gentlemen that greeted me was not rude about it. He simply said do you have a mask I replied not on me. He said I will be happy to help you outside. As he took what I needed and went in to get it. I grabbed my mask. My hats off to him for great customer service in these difficult times.

Its all about customer service. The gentleman who rang up the sale had a great demeanor and carried the 40lb battery I bought to may car. I wouldnt get that service at Walmart!

The battery I picked up was at 12.6 Volts. 2 days before I call about the battery that I wanted. The kid asked me to stay on hold while he looked them up. I sat on hold for 15 minutes. I called back and he said he forgot about me. Then he tells me that they have 35 in stock. The next day I order 1 online and it has to be shipped in???? Next time I will just get an 8GU1 at the East Penn Store or a regular U1 at Walmart. Once again 12.6 Volts????? Go to WALMART!!Comment to the response. I have been in the battery industry 35 years in all aspects of Lead Acid chemistry. Do not try to educate me on what is a functional battery and what is needed to start a vehicle. The point is that your store did not take the time to validate the charge or health of the battery or even verify that it was the correct one. The box was still sealed and the banding intact. Amazon would have been just as diligent as your shop.

My key fob broke to my Chevy Malibu. Im not good at trying to buy something on line to do it myself for as cheap as possible. It always ends up costing me more. So I ordered my key fob on line at Batteries and Bulbs. The website is very easy to navigate. I placed the order and received 10% off. When the key came in, they called. I went to the store without an appointment. They keyed the sword and programmed the key in under a half hour. I couldnt be happier. Everyone was nice from the moment I walked in their door. The people there are very knowledgeable. Very helpful and patient. Its not a store you just run in and out. They really give you the time you need and deserve. They also do watch batteries. They did my Coach watch. I will be back. I hope you all check them out.

Website details are inaccurate for this location. Their website says they repair iPads on site at their location, so I made an appointment for a few days out and went to the store. When I get to the store, the man there tells me its not a same day repair - ok how long does it take - over a week we send it out, and we dont have this particular battery in stock anyway. First of all, I made an appointment several days in advance which included the model information, what I needed repaired, and my phone number. They should have given me a call in advance to let me know that they would be unable to complete the repair as promised if they knew they couldnt perform the repair for me. They should have let me know before I drove all the way over there since I had to make the appointment in advance. Second of all the website is misleading - they should up date it with accurate information. I specifically chose Batteries Plus because they promised *on site repairs*. Finally the man I spoke with did not seem the least bit concerned with these issues and could care less if they got my business or not. He was completely unapologetic and didnt seem remotely concerned for these problems - which were completely due to their false advertising and lack of communication. Would not recommend this place for repairs - the aggravation is not worth you time.

I had them replace my iPhone 11 Max screen. It was $100 less then apple. Done perfectly and Still Waterproof because he used sealant. I se No draw backs to using these guys. Think about it. They must be doing something RIGHT just to pay the rent on that large building....

HAD WHAT I NEEDED IN STOCK AND HAD A GRAY CASE DURACELL THAT WAS MADE IN USA. I WENT TO TWO OTHER PLACES AND NONE HAD A HARLEY BATTERY MADE IN USA.

Products more expensive than other sources but initially decided fast easy pickup worth it. Not the case. Order not ready despite confirmation by both email and voicemail that order was ready to pick up. Also had one item substituted for another despite initial item showing available online. Then invoice showed a balance due despite having paid in full online. And counter person totally in over his head about what to do to resolve. Will not be shopping here again.

Ive been here before and they put a new battery for.my wifes Anniversary Seiko watch I bought her years ago. They found out the people at watch kiosk we went to in the mall put the wrong battery in it. They put in the correct one and my wife is very pleased. Today (2/27/20) I took 4 watches today. 3 they put in batteries and told me some of the mechanism on one watch wasnt working correctly and if I still wanted a battery for it. They are honest and trustworthy and told me the 4th watch wasnt working correctly and I would need to take it to get fixed if I still wanted it. I would gladly go back to this store for my battery needs.

I went to the store in Allentown for a repair on the rear camera on my cell phone on May 1. I was told the part had to be ordered and it could take 2 weeks to arrive at the store. I didnt hear anything for THREE WEEKS, so I called to ask if the needed part had arrived. I was told I would get a call back the next day. NO ONE EVER CALLED. DONT GO HERE TO GET YOUR CELL PHONE REPAIRED!!😡👎🏼I only gave it ONE STAR because I had to in order to make this post.

The guys there were awesome. Not only were they able to handle all of my repairs and replacements, but they did so in a most kind and respectful manner. I definitely recommend this place.

They destroyed my wife’s iPhone by shorting the circuit board! Had to take the phone over to Apple and they tried to fix it but it was fried! WE WILL NEVER AGAIN USE THIS COMPANY!

I was looking for brighter LED light bulbs than those that were included with a ceiling fan that I had just purchased. I searched Batteries Plus Bulbs website for bulbs that matched the specs given in the ceiling fans documentation. Apparently, there was an error on BPBs site, so I received bulbs with a larger glass shape (A21) than what I had ordered (A19).The store offered an exchange for A19 bulbs that they had in stock, but these are not as bright as I had originally wanted.Next time Im in the market for light bulbs, I will shop somewhere else.

This is a clean store off of Main Road with good parking. This staff is very friendly the only problem we had is I bought a battery for my grandkids 12 volt power wheels that I got them but the battery is not working! Need a 12 volt power wheels battery and none in stock.Should have kept my receipt so I could have returned it but too late now. Alls I ask is to keep a better stock of items that are currently selling

They fixed an older iPhone that the Apple store had already pronounced dead, knew within 5 minutes of our arrival (without an appointment) that the repair was going to work, and had the repair completed in 15. Cost us under $80 and saved my daughters Disney pics, when all Apple would do was sell us another phone for $300. Fast, friendly and willing to go above and beyond. Wish we had come here first. They even said beforehand that if the repair didnt work, we wouldnt owe anything.

Very honest capable people. I came in to get a chip in my new car key case programmed, $40.00 (way cheaper than Honda wanted for the job). Instead the very nice technician took the chip out of my broken key case and put it in the new case. (I didnt know the chip was removable). $5.00 even though it probably took as much time as the programing would have taken. Key works great.

From the moment I walked in Tom made a point to make sure I was not only taken care of but he gladly answered any questions I had even took the time to explain what and why I needed the battery I did. I always find the help I need when I am clueless about a topic. And the employees dont treat me like I am clueless! They have unusual items in-stock that you would need to order on-line otherwise.

I recently had a key made for my car at this store. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, honest, and worked very hard to get my key made. They offer fair prices for their merchandise and I would recommend this location for your needs.

Its the place to go for batteries and bulbs of all sorts. Also for screen repair on phones .

**UPDATE** I got a call from the owner, Tom about a week after this experience. Before I could tell him the order of events, He defended his tech and said its an old phone and batteries go bad and his business doesnt get bad reviews, etc I informed him it was a brand new phone, only 2 months old and I had no charging or battery issue before his store serviced it. He offered a free battery but I already took the phone to the Apple store and they replaced it under warranty on the spot. Toms response was at least it is fixed now this angered me, I was at work so I ended the conversation. I called back later asking when we could meet to discuss what happened in person. He told me his hours. About 10 minutes later he called back and offered me a full refund for the service they performed. Im glad he refunded me but I still would not trust them with another phone****Never get your phone fixed here. I have an iPhone for work. I pulled it out of my back pocket on Monday, 2/12 and the screen was cracked. Phone still worked fine, just annoying looking at the crack. Sundays are my only day off, so I took the phone to this store on Sunday, 2/18. They repaired the screen. Now, the phone just keeps randomly shutting down. It wont stay powered on for a phone call for over 2 minutes, if Im lucky. I bring it back to the store, they tell me that my battery must be bad and Ill need to buy a new battery. Funny how I had no issues with the phone, other than a crack before they touch it. Now the phone is trash. They tell me I have to buy the battery and if that dont fix the problem they have to send it out. Completely absurd they want to make me pay for their mess up.Congratulations, you stole $120 dollars out of my wallet but I will never spend another cent here. Hope it was worth it

Ordered a battery online and picked up in store. Web site was extremely good for finding the exact battery for my tractor. I was surprised to see that on a Friday morning the store was crowded with people asking detailed questions about their cell phones, and I was in a hurry so it was frustrating. The attendant tried to handle the mob and checked me out as soon as he could, giving me a refund for the core charge. I had an extra car battery that I wanted checked but he said it would take several hours and he would charge me, so I am taking it to an auto parts store instead.
