Its an older facility but still has all a driver needs . The people here are friendly and helpful .

Dont bring your trailer in here, you will get stuck. Take it to the Coopersburg drop yard

Work somewhere else. If you cant, get 3-6 months and call JB hunt.

This Terminal is one of my favs the people are really chill. It’s not really bad but not good either

Young Hispanic gate guard is the most helpful. He seems to know all about what a driver may have questions about. Never caught his name but you know who you are.

Slow service and you have to have a key to use the girls bathroom but no key for the guys bathroom..Front staff is great but cant find service department door to stock truck. Van driver was cool and was amazed when I said I would be done in 15 minutes was done in 12.

The place is closed due to Pennsylvania and the high taxes

Best company a new driver can join. Werner Enterprises gave me the best experience in a short year. If youre serious about the trucking industry and not faint of heart this is definitely where you want your start. Great benefits and a team of dispatchers that will test your commitment. Its well worth it!

I work here. Its a pretty good place to work for. I know everyones experience is different but so far I dont really have anything bad to say about the company.

Still owes me thousands for unpaid wages. Will lure you in with false advertisements and promises.$1,000 wkly minimum for 5 days work is a lie.Youll get paid $0 in another state and cant afford your food or bills.THIS HAPPENED MULTIPLE TIMES!!!!!I left in june of 2019 on good terms and still havent been paid. Slavery Lawsuit on the way.

Never any space, facility bathroom and shower are never clean, need a cleaning crew. Need a wow factor

Im here at this terminal at least once a week and I can tell you the staff here makes it warm and welcoming.. The guards are always very friendly.. The mechanics always get the job done (no matter how long it takes) .. There is a shower and a few bathrooms inside, as well as 2 lounging areas for your convenience.. Plenty of vending machines, many different restaurants to order from, and sometimes a guy with a food truck stops by for lunch.. Ive heard from a lot of different Werner drivers and this seems to be everyones favorite terminal.. And I absolutely believe it because its my favorite as well.

Good place if you want to build your experience driving they do not pay great but you will make 400 after tax but they have alot of technology that help you as a driver to improve your experience if you get a good trainer my trainer was Feliciano he is the best out there I still take to hem great experience with hem, I did 6 OTR then but my own truck?

Small terminal. no real driver resources. no idle law. very basic vending machines, if you have no food in your truck then you will be SOL.. Once you report to this terminal they will install a air cuff lock so you cant leave. Be prepared. This terminal is very low standard.

Like others have said, this terminal is small compared to most of the others and is packed tightly (only 5-6 spots to park a tractor and trailer) but the staff were all very friendly and helpful. I spent the night, grabbed a new spare tire, which I had to practically beg to put on the truck myself because the tech didnt want me getting dirty, haha. That doesnt happen in Indy, I can tell you. Strangely, got red tagged for a minute but then it disappeared as fast as it got placed and never slowed me a second. Never found out why. Theres a drop yard in E Allentown that they prefer us to park at because of the space though so I wouldnt just swing by to park but if you need something done or some supplies, these guys will take good care of you.

My husband worked for them from August to October before I made him find a different place to work. The lack of communication is ridiculous! He got stuck in a crappy motel for 2 weeks, while he did parts of orientation and waiting to figure out when he would be in a truck! He went wanting to get a teammate, and they knew this. He sat in the crap motel for 3 days playing phone tag with everyone who said it wasnt there job to find teammates to try someone else. He kept getting passed along and left to wait. Finally he got a call back with numbers for him to call of drivers to ask if they wanted a teammate. He decided to go it solo just to get in a truck. For their dollar account he wasnt given rollers, then he got broken ones because he ended up getting them from a dumpster. Then he got messed up ones. Then when he switched off the dollar account he ended up not getting many miles, and got stuck for 3 days with 3 different crappy trailers. When he did tell them he wanted to be done he ended up having to lie to them so they would stop trying to convince him to stay. They even told him one pay and gave him less. Ive never seen such a poorly functioning company. Its one thing if you have poor communication, it can be worked on and fixed, but Werner has NO communication between their departments. Its ridiculous.

Its an OK location but easy to get to. The workers here are diverse and easy to talk to.

Lowest quality terminal Ive been to; its more on par with a typical dropyard than a terminal in that it doesnt offer much except a spot to sleep and a possible empty. The mechanics on first shift are slow in their work and push everything on the next group so expect to wait a good 20 hours if theres more than two trucks ahead of you.One very questionable shower room and a poorly maintained building thats seen better days means that this one is clearly the bottom of the list for Werner to maintain.Even the Lithia Springs and Indianapolis terminals are far and above in quality and service.

I am a o/o doing my 34 and at Avoca PetroI seen a truck backing as if he was going to hit my truck so i jumped out to protect my truck.He pulled up trying to back as if he was learning so i waited till he finally got the truck parked. Then he opened the door and i asked are you learning? He got nasty saying no i been driving 27 years !!! I said well i am just asking are you going to use the spot beside me for training? He looked at me said you got a complaint call the number on the side of the truck. I then told him well you are training with the hood latches not hooked and you are driving behind the wheel you have no front driver fender mirror so thats dot csa points right there and you been driving 27 years i think you should be aware of that!!! He was just not professional . Then i watched a student come get in the truck no hood latched side box open and getting ready to drive away. Sorry just sorry

NOT ALLOWED TO STAY HERE ANYMORE UNLESS YOUR GETTING MAINTNANCE DONE AND AS SOON AS U GET YOUR MAINTRNANCE DONE YOU HAVE TO LEAVE THE PROPERTY AND THE SHOP IS A JOKE AND ALL THEY DO IS MESS AROUND AND NOT FIX ANYTHING YOU PUT ON THE WORK ORDER AND THEY KNOW WHATS GOING ON WITH YOUR TRUCK ALL DAU AND WAIT TIL YOUR FLEET MANAGER LEAVES FOR THE DAY SO YOUR SCREWED TIl THE NEXT DAY THIS TERMINAL IS THE WORST PLACE EVER DONT EVER COME HERE EVER !!!!

One of their big five terminals. No laundry. Yes to WiFi. Yes to vending machines.nice guard. Small parking. No drop trailers.

So I took my truck to get a full service here, that... was a mistake! They replaced the windshield, which didn’t need replacing. The crack was at the bottom so it wasn’t an issue, my front brake shoes has stress cracks and they didn’t fix them like I asked, Overfilled my oil by a gallon.

I have seen some of the comments, yeah this aint the biggest terminal or the greatest but the staff and the shop go way beyond their means to help you out. Yeah hard braking and mobile eye suck. Ive also had my truck lockdown hard hold.lol but that was my own stupidity. Been with this company for many years. Running north east home time is great. My fleet manager Keith, in my opinion is one of the best. 2nd shift Foreman Bobby fantastic to work with.

The smallest yard ever. With a shower. Make sure to bring your shower shoes.

Its an ok company till you get hurt on the job then your thrown away like a piece of garbage workers comp will deny everything and make you go through hell and lose everything and wont help you with anything make you suffer through pain and suffering and forget about you even though you work your butt of for them and sacrifice family time for months on end and take very single load even if you really dont want to ill never work for them agian

The problem with this terminal is there is no room for you and a trailer don’t even come here unless you are bobtail and the drop yard has no room either but the shop is good the problem is no trailer hardly enough room to do a u turn on the property
