I gave it five stars because its easy to obtain rentals on tools when needed. But the condition of the machine that I rented was so so. They have no rule on how much gas is in the tank when you pick it up or drop it off. So during the process I ran out of gas and had to go get more so I could finish the job but the whole time my clock is ticking on the rental.

Good place to rent equipment you need

This place is a joke just like all the other orange getto shacks. You call for a simple question regarding a tool rental and no one has the decency to answer the phone. In fact they do you a favor by hanging up on you every time you call back. Just the way I like to see one of our largest retail chains in America being managed. Its funny how their competitors take pride in answering phones to help out a possible client. I know where Im going from now on. Its funny, this is one of the same reasons my family and I havent stepped foot in a Walmart in two years. Guess it goes without saying.

They list a great price for their equipment rental so you dont use a real rental place on Friday, you wait until Saturday to pick it up there. There is only one problem, they dont stand behind their equipment, so if something breaks that is not your fault you have to pay for it. You can buy the insurance but that makes the price about the same as the real rental places with better equipment. So save yourself the hassle and rent from a legitimate rental place.
