No matter the hour of the day, an e-mail or text will be replied to in a matter of seconds. Sometimes I will receive an e-mail with an answer before I have the chance to ask the question. Carrier moved a Montreal, Canada to Indiana shipment for us - carrier was very responsive over the weekend when there were issues with the customs paperwork. Carrier helped come up with solutions & still got our shipment cleared on Sunday to ensure on time delivery on Monday! I would highly recommend working with this carrier!!

I work for ALG Worldwide in Charlotte NC. I have been utilizing A&E for years. They are my go to guys for sprinter van runs. They have never let me down. When they say they will pick up at a certain time, and deliver on time. they always come thru. Always sitting at the consignee early waiting to be unloaded. Excellent service thru our the US, and are the BEST option I have ever found to Canada for my hot shot shipments. I would recommend them for any hot shot run. If they bid on my loads, I always let them handle the load because I know it will be done right and on time.. every time!
