Don’t let Scotts monotone expressions give you the idea that hes not passionate about helping his customers with whatever their problems may be. He was super easy going and made talking about rather complex stuff fairly simple to understand. For the amount of work he did on my computer, I expected to pay an arm and a leg but I was pleasantly surprised at just how affordable his work was, especially when considering how essential it was for my computer. If I ever need work done on a computer again, this is where Ill be coming back to.

Scott Gracely runs an excellent operation. He came to our small business to diagnose and repair a sudden and (to us) wholly mysterious network issue that had cropped up in our office. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly with no fuss as an equipment malfunction, went out to Office Depot and bought the new hardware immediately, installed it and got us up and running in less than 2 hours. We were impressed with his ingenuity, quick and simple answers to our questions, and cheerful attitude, not to mention a very reasonable rate for his services. We will definitely call Mr. Gracely again, and will be happily recommending him to anyone we know in need of computer work. We commend him on providing such excellent services to the Lehigh Valley.
