My son is a learning and growing 15 yr old who’s been building his PC since 12 yrs old . He received some new hardware for his PC ; for his birthday (yesterday) and of course we THOUGHT we knew what we were doing ... just a quick switcharoo of parts etc . No such luck !It was a Saturday - who would even be open to help us in the middle of a PANDEMIC global shutdown? I called Epoch, on some whim that maybe come Monday someone would answer my message .I got an almost IMMEDIATE call back from Ben .( He literally is a lifesaver! ) I explained our Haphazard job and he said that it wouldn’t be a problem for us to stop by and drop off if need be !!! ON A SATURDAY AT 5pm?! AMAZING!We got there and Ben came out and handled everything ! We waited a minimum of 15-20 mins and he had fixed the issue! He also gave a quick crash course on what we needed to do/not do, some extra screws and a couple zip ties for cords!Ben was Beyond Helpful and made such a wonderful effort!! it was so appreciated !! Sorry it took awhile to post this. A month ago my computer would not boot up at all. Went to Best Buy, the Geeks said it would have to be sent out. Dell would fix it, but the computer would have to be sent out as well, and it would take 10-15 business days.I called NERV, they said just come in, no appointment needed. Within 24hours it was fixed (a bios upgrade) and I picked it up. I was impressed. I will definitely use in the future and recommend them highly.

We were infected with Ransom ware....They retrieved the data, removed all the corrupted files and programs we were up and running in a day!

I was speaking with a friend after accidentally breaking my laptop screen and was recommended the guys at NERV. It turns out the IT company at work is the same crew! They are the absolute best in the IT industry in the Lehigh Valley. They took over many years from several companies that we dealt with and could not get the issues under control. They were recommended by another firm and weve never had to look elsewhere again.

My experience at NERV was awesome. Theyre very easy people to work with and very fast. I spilled water into my laptop and the keys stopped working completely. I brought it in and the guy at the front desk told me exactly what the issue was. The quote I was given was for a full keyboard replacement and it seemed very reasonable. The keyboard had to be ordered and wasnt available immediately, so I approved before I left and paid for it. I had the laptop back in 2 days. This repair place was recommended to me by a few people I work with and my experience was basically the same as theirs -- excellent. One thing to note is that they relocated from the Dorney Park area to an area about a mile away on Tilghman St. It was actually very convenient, I just got off on Tilghman St. east from 309 and theyre building is on the left side immediately after the exit. I couldnt find a sign so that threw me off a little bit, but they said it was because the sign wasnt relocated from the old building yet.

This is a phenomenal company with amazingly talented people who know more about computers and electronics than anyone Ive ever dealt with. I was thoroughly impressed with the service they provided for my laptop and two mobile phones. Ill never have to look elsewhere again for any technology need. Come to these guys and be impressed.

Smooth experience here. I had them replace a laptop motherboard to fix a bad DC jack. I used my credit cards extended warranty program. NERV was great through the entire process. They provided a quote for the claim, then performed a same-day repair a couple weeks later when the claim was approved.

Ive been working with the NERV team for the past year and they are the best. When my laptop crashed they were able to recover just about everything Id lost and helped me to streamline my systems. Max was even able to remotely correct an issue I had in Florida. Today Im heading over with a phone problem and Im confidant that Ill get the same service Ive had in the past.

As a son who lives in a different state from my mother, tech issues can be a headache. Mom will call with an obscure error that is causing her machine to act terribly. To exacerbate problems, she took it to a “Local Big Box” shop that shall remain nameless that installed what seemed like junkware onto her machine and made it work even worse.I made a quick call to Epoch, and arranged for them to come visit my mom. The technician, according to mom, was very patient, arrived timely, and was able to get to the bottom of the issue (malware problems, mom likes clicking ‘Yes’ on just about everything). After cleaning the system, they installed a malware scanner that I use on my own PC which also helped. She hasn’t had another massive shutdown since.I would definitely recommend them, and will be calling them again if mom’s machine blows up.

My 2010 Macbook Pro has not been working for a while and was not able to be charged. I took it to Nerv hoping it wouldnt be a huge repair and within a day they diagnosed the problem as repairable without significant cost. A few days later I got my mac back in as good as shape before it stopped working.Highly recommend Nerv for repairs.

Love these guys! I had an emergency and needed my MacBook fixed quickly. I was amazed it was done SAME DAY for me. When I took it to the Apple Store I was told it could take 2 weeks to get it back. I was actually going to go with that, but after hearing the price (out of warranty) I bailed. No way I was going to pay Apple $600 to fix my 4 year old MacBook and wait 2 weeks to get it back. In summary, I paid $250.00 here and had it back in less than 5 hours!

Sometimes you just know that a place (and people) are pros at what they do. Thats here. The owners and employees are knowledgeable on any issue Ive ever needed help. Software, hardware, data recovery, cell phone issues, and dozens of other issues -- they always know what to do to fix a problem. I tried one of the geek companies before. Best buy geeks and office depot geeks and all kinds of random geek companies.. believe me that there is no comparison. The difference in knowledge and experience is so extreme that its not even useful to draw a comparison. Bottom line if you want your stuff fixed, whatever it is, you take it here.

Got water on my MacBook pro. The geniuses at the apple store told me that they would have to replace the screen and the logic board. Nerv tested it and said only the screen needed replacing which they did for much cheaper than the Apple store.

NERV Computers & IT Solutions, 4295 W. Tilghman St, Allentown 18104, gets 5 out of 5 stars for their handling of my recent desktop computer failure. One of the memory slots went bad along with the video card displaying lines across the screen. They could have told me I needed a new motherboard (100s of $) but instead Mathew said I could just not use that slot & have less memory which was fine by me since I still had plenty. They also let me order my own video card which they installed. Total of $78 for diagnosis & installing my card with 3 day turn around. Knowledgeable, fairly priced, HONEST!! They work on anything connected with computers like home networking solutions on site & also work with cell phone issues. Highly recommend this company which recently moved from Dorneyville Shopping Center in Allentown.

My father recommended I take my broken MacBook here rather than the Apple store when the laptop started having trouble. I actually took it the Apple Store first. Just a side note, but our local Apple store is a complete zoo -- so many people on top of other people that I felt like I needed a shower after leaving the store. Anyway, the Apple geniuses said the hard drive inside my MacBook failed and there was nothing they could do for my data, but they would replace the hard drive for a cost since the MacBook was out of warranty. I couldnt lose my information, it was more important than the laptop itself to me. To my surprise one of the geniuses actually said I should take my laptop to NERV, exactly where my father said to take it in the first place. I ended up taking the laptop to NERV, which was about a 12 minute drive from the Apple store. What a completely difference experience here! Ultimately not only did NERV get my data back, something that I was stressing so badly over, but they also fixed the MacBook for less than half of what Apple wanted to charge. So, so happy!

I broke my iPad screen getting out of taxi cab. The taxi driver actually told me to call these guys! I called right away. Not even 2 hours after dropping it off at their spot I had the iPad back completely fixed up. They even gave me a really nice tempered glass screen protector with it. I looked it up afterwords and it costs $40.00 just to get the protector. The whole thing cost me around $160.00 to fix, but thats way cheaper than buying a new one. Im extremely happy with how this went, considering it was not a good thing to begin with to break my iPad.
