Bill Fetter worked over a holiday weekend to make sure that got the plastic protection and ceramic coating on my brand new Toyota Highlander done in a timely manner. I own a 2020 tesla model S and I wanted to get it wrapped and ceramic coated. I unfortunately waited til I had 4k miles on it before I realized that was an available service. I started noticing small scratches and knicks from the road and found Bill at immaculate. He was very honest with me and appropriately metered my expectations because of the existing imperfections. I wanted simply to preserve the current condition and maybe improve it some. Bill was able to take at least a couple thousand miles of road scratches off my car. I was very happy that he could accomplish that in addition to coating my car. There was an issue with his doing my trunk area. He pointed it out when I picked it up and asked me to give the coating a couple weeks to set and see if it was still an issue hed redo it. It was still an issue and he took it back to address it and I suggested that I was kool with him removing the spoiler to make the film one piece even though the patterns on the computer cut out for it. He did it and it turned out great! Long and short, Bill is interested in seeing his clients happy whatever it takes! Highly recommended if u care about your pride and joy!

Bill Fetter at Immaculate Paint Protection was extremely easy to do business with. He patiently answered all of my questions regarding paint protection film (PPF). His #1 concern is customer satisfaction. Bill did an expert installation of STek Dyno Shield PPF on my new Porsche 718 Spyder. I cant tell that the PPF is on the car! Went to Immaculate paint protection with a badly scratched clear coat on a black car. You could see swirl marks and scratches all over. You could even see all of the buffing streaks that wouldn’t come out. Bill did a 3-stage paint correction and then applied multiple layers of ceramic. For an eight year old car, it looks brand new. My finish literally looks like a mirror. I couldn’t believe the finish Bill was able to achieve. His service is excellent, but his customer service is top-notch as well. He is very attentive and informative. He dealt with me with honestly, competence, and integrity. If there was another star I would click that too. This company is not looking to get your money and run. It’s clear they are looking for customers for life, and they found one in me.

Had paint protection film applied by Bill and his crew. Their customer service is second to none, they are super responsive and professional. Three weeks after having S-Tek’s premium film applied to my 2020 Ram 1500 Laramie, something flew up from a passing truck with a monstrous thud. I expected the worse. I knew the object was angular and about 4-6” across. An inspection of the front end revealed three large scratches about 4” long. Remarkably, only one spot got thru through the film about 1 1/2” long. Bill got the spot touched up and sanded down, then replaced the film right away, and did not charge me for the small piece of film he had to replace. Truly the film did a very good job. Without it, the damage would have required a panel repaint. I would highly recommend the team at Immaculate Paint protection. He is doing my son’s 2021 Honda Civic type R now.

Contacted to get a set of Work wheels ceramic coated, was given a quote over the phone and set my appointment. Paint protection film services performed for our 2019 Tesla Model 3. I have been looking for this service since last year and happen to have won partial PPF through our parish raffle. After reading many great reviews and research I set up a time to meet the owner at his shop we talked about different coverage options and care for the 3m film he was very professional and informative you can tell he enjoys what he does. Immaculate paint protection did an outstanding job installing 3m paint protection on the front hood and side mirrors on my 2016 Lexus 200t f sport. I had the pleasure of working with Bill at Immaculate Paint Protection twice on the same car! I bought my 2016 VW Golf R used and I knew the first thing I wanted to do was protect the like new paint. I drive a lot for work and after 250K miles, my last car’s paint was destroyed by rock chips. I met with Bill and we came up with a plan after Bill explained the process and set expectations. I decided to get the partial front end package and a ceramic coating. He was able to get my car into the shop quickly and I was thoroughly satisfied with the results. He also shared how to wash and maintain the car to get the most out of the film and coating. Unfortunately about 6 weeks later I was in an accident. Most of the front end had to be repainted so the film had to come off. Bill helped me navigate through the process with my insurance company so that i could get reimbursed for the film and coating! The car now looks brand new and with Bill’s help it will stay that way for years to come.

I bought my new Aston Martin Vanquish and immediately signed up for a car rally just a few days later. I needed to get my car in ASAP for the clear bra before the rally. Bill is the only one that answered the phone (the others didn’t even call me back for several days) and fit me into his schedule before my rally. I wanted to wait an extended period time before posting a review to see how the product and workmanship stood up to the test of time.
