The guys here are amazing. Came in with a total curveball of an issue; I needed new inner tubes for my motorized mountain board. Not only did were they able to help me out, but it only took them a few minutes to check out my board, guess the tire size, and literally get it right on the first try. They were cheerful, friendly, and incredibly fast at diagnosing the issue and finding a solution. They even set me up with an extra inner tube for next time, and got me in and out in less than five minutes. I would absolutely trust this place with any of my battery and tire needs, and Im willing to bet they could handle just about any vehicle if you need a tire fixed. Cant thank you guys enough, Ill be bringing a box of donuts next time I come by!

I am beyond pleased with my experience at Joes. 1963 travel trailer needed new tires and they got me in right away, work was done quick, they showed me things and explained to me along the way and I actually really enjoyed the time I spent there.I avoid auto shops, its hard to know what youre going to get but this one experience with Joes I am absolutely confident you get quality, fast service with a friendly team. Without a doubt tI will be going back to them, and only them, for tire and battery needs.I truly thank you all for making this a very pleasant experience, by the time the work was done I was more than happy to give my money, it was more than earned for sure!

On 8/18/21 I went to Joe’s to find out why the tire on my daughter’s car kept losing air. She was having to put air in it every couple of days. Since I had her car that day and the fact that she travels far to work I took the opportunity to stop. They were busy & had people waiting right up until closing time. I would be able to return the next morning for repair. He (the manager, wish I knew his name - maybe Joe?) took the time to check it anyway, determined it was serious and had me wait - they would stay and fix it. Not only that, I needed a new tire which was not in stock and had to be brought in from the warehouse. These people were amazing. No derogatory comments, no annoyed or dirty looks, no sighs, just concern for safety. They were polite, courteous and made me feel comfortable even though I was their right before closing “problem child”. It just doesn’t get any better than that. Who would want to go anywhere else?

Absolutely the best service I have had in a vey long time. Seems like Customer Service is a lost art these days. But everyone here was very pleasant. As someone else mentioned, no glares or stares. Busy Monday and they quickly fit me in. Will definitely be my goto.

Took my car there for a flat tire on September 2nd, Thursday. one week later, the tire pressure was down to 21 per square inch. the shop had informed me that they had patched the tire when I was there, that they found the hole and patched it. that Thursday when I found that it was flat again, I called the shop. i was told to bring it in. I told the shop Id be there Monday the 13th. which I did. today I took it in this morning. it only took an hour for them to find the problem. I was told it was the valve stem, so all is repaired. was there ever a patch installed? did they really find a hole or did they just charge me ? Ill never know. I must say that Wendell did take care of the problem and he took care of me, so I am satisfied at this point and will return. Ill keep you updated.

5 star rating on my first visit a few years ago. This time only 4 cause my tires were mounted the wrong way. Theyre not a single directional tire but the sidewall that should be outside and visible is on the inside.

I had to get two tires for my car and was expecting to come in, order them, and then have to wait. This was not the case. I showed up, asked to order tires, and was waiting while they changed them about 5 minutes after getting there. They are friendly and considerate, even to people who have never been there before. I was even offered some of their Halloween candy while I waited! Would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking to get their tires changed and installed for a relatively low price. Will definitely be back again when I have any other tire needs.

Went in there this morning to have a tire repaired. But my tire could not be repair so I needed to buy new tires. I informed them that I needed to be at work before 9am. it was 8:15 and by 8:45 i was out of there! Great customer service!

I bought 2 used tires here. Im so glad I chose to come here. One of the tires went flat 5 miles out from the shop. When I called to tell them they immediately sent someone to replace the tire. I had to go back and have the new one balanced but Im sure most other places would have left me stranded.

Drove in today with a flat, having picked up some unidentified--but sharp--object a mile or so away. Was told there was one job ahead of mine, but they still had the tire patched and back on my car in less than half an hour. Very reasonable charge, to boot.

I have used Joes Battery and Tire for 15 years now. I have my own auto repair shop but we do not install tires. They have good prices and will get the job done within the specified time. Any of my customers that I send to Joes always have good things to say. Very clean and neat parking lot and shop.
