All I can say is WOW!!! Ive had to have multiple cars fixed over the years and no other company has provided the level of service, detail, and customer support as Duncan Auto has. It was so easy and i was kept up to speed throughout every part of the process. Pickup was simple and only took about 5 minutes. Plus my car looked absolutely beautiful and was cleaner on the inside than when I left it with them. All in all, theyre a great company with great people working for them. Theyre a real gem in the area and have gained a lifelong customer. Thank you Duncan!!!

Every time I have used Carstar D Duncan they have been outstanding. I will always go there as they are courteous, very helpful and do outstanding work on time.

Nice body (metal) work and paint. But it seems they rushed to get car done on a Friday afternoon. Some plastic trim not in proper place & overspray was evident. Had to take car back, they fixed no cost, but still a hassle.

I hit a deer and had pretty bad damage to my car. This place was excellent from time of drop off to pick up. Tom was excellent and kept you updated every step of the way (via text message which is even better). The office ladies were pleasant and helpful. The car took longer than expected, but they offered to cover what my insurance didn’t cover for the rental due to the extra time. Car came out beautiful and cleaned from the top to bottom inside and out. Would HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone looking for work done on their car. Thank you so much for everything.

I had a great experience with Carstar Allentown. They did great work on my camaro and communication before and during work regarding the quote and progress updates were timely and greatly appreciated.

From the start, Duncan was superior in service. The kind office staff coordinated my appointment and answered all my questions before I even dropped my vehicle off. Then as my vehicle was being worked on, I got updates every couple of days on the progress of my vehicle which is so courteous and not many shops do. I’d also like to note that this was during the holiday season and they still took that extra step to keep me informed. The time it took to complete my vehicle was reasonable & worth while especially once I picked it up. My car looks better than it did when I bought it brand new. I can’t thank all the hard work from everyone at Duncan enough!

They were exceptional from beginning to the end. On the phone everyone was extremely polite, helpful, and willing to answer questions. The gentleman who gave the estimate was very informative and friendly. They set up my rental, text me daily updates, and washed my car upon completion. Great experience despite having an accident.

While the accident that required me to go to duncan wasnt a pleasant expirence. I was beyond happy about the service at Duncan. Everyone from the receptionists to the service personel working on my car was friendly. They had my car looked at quickly, kept me up to date on the repair process and worked with insurance company to get everything taken care of. Quality of work was a 10. The inside of my car smells like a chemical factory. Very, Very strong odor. Carstar should have done something to eliminate odors prior to delivery!! I really should take it back and raise hell but that would just waste my time for something they should have done in the first place. No excuse at all.

Duncan Auto body did a very nice job of repairing my vehicle. The paint match was spot on, the panel gaps were excellent, and the finish was perfect. The best response was from my son who stated that the vehicle looked so good, he couldnt even tell that any work had been done. The vehicle was returned in a timely fashion, and the cost of the repair was exactly the same as the estimate, to the penny. Very happy with their work and would definitely recommend to anyone in need of auto body repair.

This is my trusted shop for body work. Ive had several cars worked on. Ive always been happy with the work. My only concern is the volume of the shop - sometimes you have to wait for an appointment or wait to be served when you arrive for dropping off or picking up. I suppose busy in this sense is a good thing.

From beginning to end this business is running on all cylinders. From a ride home when I dropped off my car to the text updates with the status of work being done to actually being done ahead of schedule. Very satisfied.

My husband and I were involved in an accident on 8/26/18. On 8/27/18 we were walk ins at CARSTAR Duncan Autobody. From the minute we walked in til the time we left, they were amazing. I’ve never experience such great service at any Auto related business before Duncan. The staff was kind, understanding, very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. The man who did our estimate didn’t think we should drive our car because the airbag light was on after our rear end collision. He felt that it wasn’t safe. They got us a rental car and made us feel comfortable despite our situation. I really appreciate everything everyone at Duncan did for us that day and will recommend them to everyone. We had our estimate for our car the very next day, even though we took our car there as walk ins. Thank you again for great service and a wonderful experience in such a difficult time.

I was very happy with the service provided by Car Star Allentown. From the estimate with Dean to picking up my car yesterday, everyone was very pleasant and courteous.I would highly recommend this company.

Took a week longer than expected they uncovered more issues, no big thing. Grateful that they found them. When I picked up my truck the inside was covered in dust and mud splatter. It looks like there was mud splatter on my dash the passenger side seat and the passenger side pilar. My truck isn’t the cleanest or by any means new, but take the proper time to clean up the mess.

I only had the chance to deal with the girls at the counter. When I dropped my car off like so many others, the ladies were in the midst of all hell breaking loose one day after a nasty HAIL storm. They managed to answer the phones, answer questions from everywhere and direct someone to the restroom... this and all were pleasant and smiling.The counter staff got you four stars Duncan

We took my wife’s car to Duncan (CarStar Allentown) for a small repair. They were extremely courteous and professional during our dealings with them and we were extremely pleased with the final results. I’d recommend them to anyone needing body or paint work.

Almost seven weeks to repair my car with total damage of $7500.00. Way too long for $7500.00 in damages. Always seemed to be one excuse after another - NOT happy with customer service and Andy whoever he is??? NOT happy with text updates and then talking to Andy who told me “it’s.a new system n pay no attention to the text messages”. The text messages and Andy’s phone answers (after I called) we’re not in sync. Disappointing to say the least. Repairs made to car seem satisfactory.
