Great place to visit to see some local artists and their work. Nice manufacturing building that has been converted into studio spaces and offices. Make sure to check out their website to see when the open gallery day is every month to get to walk around and see everything and meet the artists. Theres also a great cafe at the ground retail level that is very cozy to hang out in with a very friendly staff.

Went to an open house to see my sister in laws mural in the basement. Great space. Talented artists. Childrens art classes on Wed and Saturdays. Handicap parking was taken up by cars without placards but when I inquired they moved their cars for us and were very welcoming. (My friend is in a wheelchair) I was impressed.

They renovated an old building into some great living spaces. Theyre not that cheap but they are very trendy.

Great place for artists and art lovers alike.
