Love this place I just brought in my 3 cats 2 babies and the mother. the surgery went above expectations being I was scheduled for a later date but due to a last minute cancellation I received a call asking if I wanted to come in earlier which was great! The price is great especially with all the services provided for the fee. I would highly recommend this place for cats and dogs and I would also say if you come across having to wait for your appointment, its well worth it!

Low cost spay/neuter program for pets available. Thats the service that I used. Along with shots and microchip placement for my kitten.Staff was kind, knowledgeable, and efficient.They have a feral program too, but I didnt need that. That looks like a good program too.

Weve used NNN for a number of years. We live in a rural area & cats/kittens are often released by people who no longer want them. NNN accepts vouchers from our township that provides free neutering/spaying for feral cats. Will also provide service for pets at a lesser price than your veterinarian.

We had our male kitten neutered with NNN, overall the experience was good. But, it took a while for them to call back and make the appointment. You call the number listed and leave your information, and they call back to schedule the surgery. Unfortunately, its been taking them a long time to call back.

I was recommended by a friend after telling her my Vet quoted me $492.00 for neutering. NNN called me back after 10 days, left 1 message. I was also told by my friend that just because they dont return your call right away, does not mean they wont! I was lucky as there was a last minute cancellation and they squeezed me in. The night before surgery call was pleasant and she made me feel comfortable and answered all my million and 1 questions. The process was very easy day of surgery and the woman was very patient with my 10 pound Napoleon syndrome brat. Its now 10 days later and hes just fine with no adverse reactions. Thanks guys!

If you get a reply make sure you check the website. Your animal has an EXTREMELY HIGH potential of coming home with fleas, heart worms, or other critters. A lady will literally warn you at the door. This is a place for rescue pets not for the family dog you love!!

NNN is wonderful! They are so helpful and provide a wonderful service for an affordable rate. I have a feral cat colony that I do my best to feed and provide shelter for. NNN is my Go-to vet in helping me keep them healthy and neutered. Theyre all so kind and helpful even with the social distancing, etc. I always recommend them.

Quick and easy process for getting your pet scheduled for surgery. On surgery day, intake was on time, the nurses have you the information you needed without overwhelming you. I was informed about the process and I felt they took very good care of my dog

I want to share my positive experience. I live in Reading and wanted to use the NNN clinic in Reading, but it was quite booked up. Then I started reading google reviews and got very frightened by some of the responses, but wanted to form my own opinion.I scheduled my 4 lb maltese at the Allentown clinic and I am so happy I made the trip. From scheduling the appointment, to my couple of calls with the staff, to the technicians that came out to the car to take charlie and drop him off after surgery. A++++ highly recommend. Now the place is pretty sketchy down a back alley near storage units, but who cares!!!! If my pups are treated right that is all I care about and at a such affordable rate. 160 cash for neutering, rabies shot, microchip, ear clean, nail trim, pain meds, cone, etc. My vet would have charged me 400+ for this MINIMUM. Awesome job and I hope to make a nice donation in the future :)Thank you!

I took my other dog an outside cat there about 12 years ago. I just took my boxer pup last week. They are nice people an very caring. My pups have healed up nicely. Just wish they were closer to Quakertown. Thanks for taken great care of my pups

A great resource for rescues and people that need low cost neutering services for cats. Professional and compassionate people. I especially love the euphemism for feral cats - community cats. Its very likely that I will be back with more trapped cats. I just released Sully, the cat who was neutered yesterday here and he did great.

Very nice people. They tell you every step their making to calm the owners fears. I felt very comfortable leaving my puppy. I knew she was in capable hands.

This review is for the Plains location. I was so nervous about coming here, to be honest. But my vet wanted $300 for a neutering and I refused to pay that. I decided to take the chance with this place and Im so glad I did. $75 for everything including a nail trim, ear cleaning and rabies vaccine if needed. I just made sure to apply topical flea treatment prior to the appointment and had no issues, they did a great job and my kitten was back to normal honestly a few hours after being home. Everyone was very friendly and they explain the after care in great detail, you get paperwork and they have a phone line you can call with any issues. They will also make a follow-up appointment with you free of charge if your pet has any complications related to the neutering. Mine didnt thankfully and over a week later hes doing better than ever. I highly recommend this place!

I have neutered 3 cats at NNN and everything when fine, price is affordable, this last time due to COVID-19 we had to wait in the car and the staff would come out and pick up the pet, they told me at time to come back to them up and the lady was answered questions and gave me suggestions for my other pets at home. Totally recommended

Ive only used them to get some strays fixed so we could release them again, and this place did much more than expected. They neutered them, and did a health screening! Now we know the neighborhood cats are health with no diseases! And they cant have more LOL. Definitly will come back again in the future.

The name says it all. No Nonsense and a reasonable price. Less than half the cost our vet wanted. They can also chip your dog/cat at the same time theyre getting fixed. You pick your pet up the same day.

They gave me everything I needed and explained all I needed to know thoroughly and answered my questions. My puppy (PJ) just got neutered here and PJ is doing awesome. I already have scheduled another appointment for my other dog.

This place truly is amazing for what they do. They spayed my cat and were very gentle with her. Her stitches healed cleanly, she got all her shots. The staff is very friendly and educates you with what you must do after a procedure.

They were amazing. I rescued a cat that needed to be nurtured and had tapeworms. It ended up being a lot cheaper than I thought it would be because they cropped his ear instead of doing the green tattoo. If youve given your cat any kind of flea or tick medicine you HAVE to tell them! Itll take the cost down and your cat wont get double doesed. It came down to around $10 because I had already treated the fleas and ticks.

We had our 4 year old Border Collie neutered here & it was seamless. I work in the medical field so I wanted to be sure everything was as it should be & it was. Our dog was current on all of his shots so we arrived first thing, he was sedated & soon neutered. I was given time with the Vet b/c I had a few questions, however everything was as it should be. Total cost for surgery, pain meds, & the post op collar was $125.00!He also had his ears cleaned & nails trimmed while he was sedated.Thankfully there are vets & clinics such as this who do not feel the need to charge outrageous prices for such a procedure. I called several vets in our area with most wanting to give him booster shots he didnt need & all except this location wanted several hundred dollars to as much as $500 for a simple neuter on a young healthy border collie. Inflated prices do not mean a better job was done. Thank you!

Excellent clinic for low-cost spay/neuter and first round of shots. They work with locals for TNR as well. They are very friendly and helpful but also very busy. You have to book a month in advance.They did an excellent job on my four rescue kitties. They also treated them for ear mites, fleas, and clipped their nails, as well as gave me an antibiotic for their sneezes. Each of things cost a little extra but it was far less than a traditional vet would have charged.They are not a vet. They are only a spay/neuter clinic that will treat some things during that visit. You will still need to get a regular vet for your pet.

I was amazed at how efficient they were. I was not expecting everything to go so smoothly and the staff truly cared about what they were doing for the animals. I will recommend this service to anyone I know.

We had our young female cat spayed at Allentown office yesterday. She was spayed and microchipped. No issues, no problems, everything went smoothly and well. Emmie was up and moving by the evening, she had a little food without issue. Our only problem, she refused to stay in the carrier overnight, but she was happy to sleep with us and zonked for the night. Her belly is clean, well taken care of, no worries there either. We took her in, marked as a pet, which you pay more for, but if you mark she is a trapped cat, your cat gets the ear tip whether you like it or not, the point is that they tip the ear so if caught again, there is a visual cue the cat is already fixed. But, we paid the full amount and $20 for chip and she came home with both ears intact :) Definitely a wonderful program for anyone who wants to ensure their pet does not have an unwanted litter, but the cost of a regular vet spay is out of budget. I would definitely use them again if the need ever arises!!! Thank you very much for offering this service to responsible pet owners!!!

I took 2 of my female pups into Allentown location, at the same time, and the staff was absolutely wonderful! The Dr is sweet and caring along with the staff. The place was clean and no wait to register. The dogs are dropped off on the morning and scheduled for surgery 3pm or later, so they will sit in a cage all day without food but they provide a blanket to sleep on. My dogs both vomited after surgery, so the length of time without food, even the fact they were pups and ate a little in the morning, is a good thing. They had included their rabies, distemper shots, nails and microchips! Cheaply done!I have to admit, I was skeptical after some of the nasty reviews about a few cats, but then I reminded myself that these girls donate a lot of their time for little pay at a non profit organization and are helping the world...and some people are just NEVER happy and find something to complain about, ALWAYS!!I recommend the Allentown location to ANYONE! Had my male cat neutered here. He got shots, chip and neuter for ninety five dollars. They treated us with respect and my cat didnt have any problems when we brought him home. It was easy to schedule his neautering online and when i had a question they were very quick to respond . I highly recommend getting your cat fixed here, good price and they still treat your animal like a pet. It is also a good place to take feral cats to keep the population down with getting them neutered.

My girlfriend and I took our 8 month old beloved puppy here to get neutered. We will never take another pet here again. If you are low on money, or looking to help stray animals in need, then this place is a good option. If you treat your pet like a member of your family, I dont think this is the right place for you. We had to bring our puppy here at 8:45 in the morning, and he did not get surgery until 6:00 at night, which we were then able to pick him up at 7:15 pm. We were worried about him all day and did not get any calls to update us on progress. Our poor baby had to sit scared in a cage all day with no food and I am not even sure if they gave him water. When my girlfriend dropped him off in the morning, the line was out the door and it took an hour and a half to check in. The receptionists were extremely rude and could not even count money correctly. The facility smelled of cat urine and was not nice. As far as the surgery, its only been a few days, and the wound looks okay. They sent us home with 3 days of pain meds and instructions on how to care for a female spayed cat?!?! Nevertheless, if you cant afford to get your pet neutered by your vet, then this facility works. We just dont want to put our pets through the trauma again.

We were able to get them all spade and neutered for under $100.00. The people there was very nice very friendly to take care the animals. Nnn is the only place in the lv to help you out to make sure your pet is taken care of. I have 3 dogs and 2 cats. All but 1 dog (who was spayed before I adopted her) have been spayed neutered and micro chipped. The staff is incredible.

They were very quick about it and took real good care of my pup. The walked me back with him to the crate and let me line it with comfort, talked to me about the procedure and even explained the difference between them and the high cost vets. Pick up process was smooth and gave me pain medication included in the price and explained the next two weeks and steps to take. Very nice people and very kind as well.

Wonderful low cost pet care, they chip too

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had. They told us to drop our dog off at 8:45 am and by 6:30 PM still had 3 dogs ahead of him. They choose cats before they start on dogs. Once I complained about why he was not seen yet they say do you want use to move him up. I told them no I am picking him up if I were to say yes he would have been there till 730 PM at least. Once it picked him up one of the techs said with smirking tone maybe a private practice will be better for you completely unprofessional. Will never recommend this place to anyone ever

These ladies are the best! Neber had a post surgical problem with my own pets or Gerald. They help so many animals and they care about them....love them and recommend them to everyone!

Wonderful organization. I would give 5 stars but I dont care for the ear tipping. It leaves them looking deformed and lessens their chances of someone possibly taking them in. If you can, spend a little more so they dont tip the ear.
