We planned A trip to Florida, Leaving out of Trenton NJ. Airport So that we didnt have to leave our cars at the airport we decided to hire a Limousine Service . After careful review we chose Royal. Never having hired a service like this We had no idea what to expect. Jeff was our driver arrived promptly at 7 am as scheduled. Once all the luggage and People were loaded Jeff kindly explained the air system and audio system to us for our ride. The limo company had ice and cups, bottled water for us in the Limo. Jeff drove us to the Airport in NJ We arrived just as planned . Jeff was also our driver for our trip back from the Airport 5 days later. Our flight was delayed by at least two hours . Jeff Stayed in touch with us the entire time due to arrival time changes. When we finally arrived at the Airport Jeff was a welcome face to come home to. We used Royal Limousine for our recent airport transfer to and from Newark International Airport. They made everything so easy and seamless. I had some questions about how to schedule our transfers, and the gentleman I spoke with on the phone was very nice and helpful. Our driver to the airport, Damian, was early (but not too early) to our pickup. He got us there safely and quickly, which wasn’t easy because of the torrential rain, traffic, and a re-route because of an accident on 78! Our flight back was delayed several hours, and the office was quick to respond to my email/voicemail, assuring me that all was fine and taken care of. I was impressed with this great communication, especially since I was in a time zone 6 hours ahead, and it was only 1-2am here in Allentown! We arrived in Newark to texts from Jeff, our driver home. He was ready and waiting for us to make it through the airport. We exchanged several messages as my family and I navigated the labyrinth of customs, etc. He was very patient and understanding with my confusion, and came quickly to pick us up once I figured out where we were! After another safe and pleasant ride, we were back home. I would definitely use Royal Limo again, and highly recommend them!

I would definitely recommend Royal Limousine service. We booked them to take a party of 7 to JFK Airport and pick us up on return. Price was reasonable and Jeff was excellent. He arrived on time, was pleasant and professional and got us to the airport without incident. Pick-up at the airport was smooth and timely. He navigated around a huge traffic tie-up in New York and got us home safely and in good time. Thank you so much!

First time we used Royal limousines, and first time in a party bus... Tom was our driver. What a wonderful experience. He was on time, waited, and dropped us off at a couple places. I would definitely use Royal limousines again. Stocked with water, cups, napkins. Very clean. Very enjoyable.

We were picked up on time, asked if we wanted to make any additional stops on the way, and got us to our cruise ship in plenty of time. The return trip was just as good. Picked us up promptly at the designated pick up spot after keeping in contact with us to keep us abreast of his location. The car was comfortable, clean, everything we expected and more. I received a follow up call today from the owner to see how our experience was and seemed truly grateful for our business. Let me be the first to say I pretty much called up every limo service in the valley for quotes from Allentown to Atlantic City. I was trying to find a company that wouldnt break the bank but still be legit enough to be on time with a good looking, clean car. Must say - think I found a gem and will definitely use them again. The drive is 2 hours every time back and forth from the airport. No hidden costs, drivers are always ON TIME and even early, the vehicles are up to date, always very clean and luxurious! We made arrangements with Royal for a Saturday Night out on the town to celebrate my wifes birthday in style - little did we know that the weather would be so bad (snow/ice). Royal not only sent a much larger and safer automobile (at their expense) - but they were right on time and took all the stress of the evening off our shoulders. The driver was excellent. We hired this company to shuttle passengers from the Sands Casino to our wedding venue at the Artsquest building 2 minutes away. The driver of the van had specific instruction to do this from 4-5 and then at 5pm stay at the wedding venue to shuttle people in the rain after the wedding ceremony was complete. The driver did not show up as instructed.Around 530 when the ceremony was finished and people started to shuffle out in the rain, my 75 year old aunt slipped and fell outside cracking her head open and breaking her arm. I immediately called the driver, who was still at the casino, and told her to get to the venue immediately. She shuttled 1 group of people in the rain for my party.Upon calling the owner and explaining what had happened we were told that he would look into what happened. A few days later we were told, through a text message, the driver did as instructed by someone at the casino....a person who did NOT pay for the service....We were also told she shuttled several groups of people to Artquest from the Casino.....However, upon talking to my guests who were at the casino they told us they drove themselves because the shuttle was no where to be seen or used Uber....The driver shuttled the wrong wedding party/guests!We have no idea who the driver shuttled. As mentioned above it was no one from our Wedding. We asked for a refund and were told no because we did not call right away and report what happened...as it happened.....Right away.....as in during the time we were reading our vows and getting married or as my aunt laid in the rain, bleeding from her head with a broken arm. I would not suggest this company to my worst enemy on their wedding day. Look elsewhere.
