Jacob Davis is the reason we love Biggs Realty. I contacted several Realtors all over Texas and Jacob Davis is the only one that responded immediately. Jacob kept in contact morning, noon, and night. Jacob Davis has OUTSTANDING communication skills. He literally found our ranch in less than a week. I gave him a description of what we wanted and he only showed me properties that matched my description. Its like he could read my mind, lol. No, he just listens and truly cares (so rare these days). We only looked at one property out of 40 great matches, then immediately put a contract on it. The whole process of finding the perfect home for me went great! Bernh guided me every step of the way. She answered all my questions and educated me throughout the process. I got a little worried because everything was going smoothly and thought this does not happen in real life, but it did!! and that’s because Bernh and the whole team were on top of everything and knew exactly what they were doing. Unfortunately it wasn’t our time to buy and I appreciated the knowledgeable Mr. Helt. When renting became our only option Ryan made sure to check all the same boxes we wanted as homebuyers. I was so amazed of how they did things differently. Ms. Bernh helped us with the sale of our home. We cant say enough about how truly awesome she is. My husband and I decided to take the plunge and find a bigger home. We were super picky, and somewhat high maintenance, we knew the market was tough, and realtors are beyond busy - I didn’t know how we would manage finding a home, seeing it and getting an offer in as fast as we could to even have a shot! That’s where Biggs Realty saved the day! Our agent, Bernh was phenomenal. She set up a listing notification for us (changing it multiple times when we would decide on a new city), and we felt like we had an edge any time a home came up for sale! She listened to our needs and wants and found the perfect home for our family. The home we chose hit the market at 9am on a Saturday - Bernh had us in the home by 10:30, and got an offer submitted that evening. I could believe it! She coached us through the offer process and what would give us the highest chance of winning the bid. She nailed it! Not only did we get the home of our dreams but she guided our offer so perfectly with the market, the appraisal came in above our offering price! WOW! Bernh has made this such an easy experience. Available, knowledgeable, transparent and supportive. Those are qualities you don’t see in real estate much these days.... we experienced all of that and more with Bernh. We are using her services for the sale of our home and we couldn’t be more relaxed knowing she’s by our side!

I bought my first home last August and was blessed to have Bernh as my realtor. She held my hand and walked me through each step of the process. She was incredibly attentive and always on top of everything. I truly cannot say enough great things about her. Buying a home is a huge investment and Bernh was there for every step, providing all the information I needed to ensure I was making the best choice for me. For some realtors the business relationship ends at closing; however, Bernh contacted me in January to remind me to file my home stead exemption, and again, walked me through that process. I highly recommend Bernh if you are looking for a realtor who puts the client first.

Bernh Luna was our realtor. There were a large number of issues we encountered during the selling and buying process.Not once did she provide us a home when house hunting, we did all of the research despite her having all the details on what we were looking for. She was told from the very beginning that where ever we chose to buy that we would also build something for my mother to live on as well and each time she was told to verify with the City she brushed us off and said it would be fine. I contacted the City and was told what we wanted to do was not possible. Its not her fault for the Citys requirements, however, she was very flippant and lazy in even bothering to verify. Lots of other issues with communication such as not sending us a fence contractor as she said she would and only did 3 weeks later when I asked again for it. Because of all of that, my mother was unsure where she would end up living and changed her mind on selling her home at all. Do understand our entire purpose for why we were selling and buying new homes was completely upended because of Bernh.At one point she needed quick info on scheduling. We got back with her and after 8 hours of phone calls, emails and texts from myself and my husband and not receiving a response we were given a sob story from her that was meant to guilt trip us that she was with a client all day whos husband died and then recently diagnosed with cancer, was given a curveball and needed to pause for a moment. While we have sincere empathy for that person, we explained that this was unprofessional. This situation came shortly after Bernh had discovered my mom went with a different realtor and had put her house up for sale. Bernh emailed my mother a polite congrats on selling her home stating she hopes she gets the most money for the house and enjoys it. There was zero reason for Bernh to have contacted her. We all felt as though that was a polite way of letting my mom know Bernh knew she had placed her house for sale and a polite eff you. Then we experienced the entire day of being ignored by Bernh so the timing could not have been more interesting.Lastly, and most ridiculously, Bernh had the nerve to take a photo of my husband and myself during closing without our knowledge. Not only was the photo taken when we were not looking, but you can tell that she took it methodically because of the location of the camera. After closing was completed and just before we all left, the receptionist of the title company asked us if we wanted to take a photo before we left and I politely said no thank you. Bernh was standing right there and heard the whole conversation knowing she had already taken a photo of us. Later in the day I found her business Facebook page where she posted several promotionals about her business about the sell of our home, purchase of our next home and closing day of us thanking us as her clients and included our photo that we never knew existed and never gave consent to. I demanded she remove it and she did but only after trying to guilt trip me again by saying that most of her clients are generally happy about closing which was completely besides the point. It was interesting how all the nice things she said to us was all online and not to our face and was insincere and seemed self promoting.We had considered several times during our services about asking her to lower her percentage rate in commission but decided not to and just did not want to deal with the headache. I had confronted her with all the problems we had been having before we closed and she pretended that she had never been aware of such issues. Totally fake. We felt she was very lazy and greedy financially due to what we were seeing with her.My family does not recommend Bernhs services. My other review was removed by this business. I guess the truth doesnt make for good business?Also, within 1 hour of posting my review Bernh has either posted numerous FAKE reviews all about her or has called everyone she knows to put up a review within minutes of each other. Pretty pathetic.

I’ve never used a realtor before because I was too skeptical about it or felt as if I could do it on my own. So with that being said I finally broke down and decided to see what they could offer me and I must say Katya, the lady who helped me was very nice, very informant and made it easy to understand. I couldn’t be happier with my choice and will continue to use them for any needs I have. Thank you again for everything.
