Best pool service that Ive had. They perform quality service from regular pool cleaning, filter cleaning and equipment repairs. Their weekly service report includes a picture of the pool when they finish. Their automated billing is also a breeze. A shout out to Jeff who did a phenomenal job servicing the pool this week. These guys demonstrate an ownership mentality that sets them above other service providers. Great job!

Great service from Texas Pool & Spa. Our tech, Jeff, puts the time in each week to make sure our pool is clean. The pool is surrounded by trees, and during the fall, Jeff takes the time to remove all the leaves. The owners respond to calls the same day, and complete any needed repairs quickly. This is the best pool service company we’ve worked with.

Excellent service! Dottie is reliable, does excellent work and gives a complete report by e-mail each week. She answers questions quickly by email. And she is super friendly and an excellent representative of the company. Our pool shines each week! The office staff makes the monthly payment super easy. The owner, Chad, has always gotten back to us in a timely manner to answer any questions. Run to your phone and call them - it is well worth it!

We moved into our home one year ago, and I was trying to keep up with the chemicals myself. Bought a whole bunch of expensive chemicals and spent so much time going and getting the water tested. We decided to turn all of this over to Texas Pool and Spa, and we couldn’t be happier. The pool is always perfect! They have such great customer service, and very responsive to all our needs. If we have any other maintenance issues that come up, they handle all of this for us. We couldn’t be happier that we found them. I highly recommend using Texas Pool and Spa for any of your pool needs!

My previous pool company left a lot to be desired -- during their weekly visit, they would only be on-site for 10 to 15 minutes for a quick brushing and chemical balance. They never emptied my skimmer baskets, never skimmed for leaves (at the top or bottom of the pool), and always told me that anything extra they did would be the price of a full months weekly services. Oh, and the last month that I employed them? They didnt show up.Fast forward to Texas Pool & Spa. Ive seen their trucks around town and they struck me as a reliable, professional business. I took the chance and called them. Seth came out the next day (a Tuesday) to evaluate my (now sadly green and full of algae) pool and immediately started treatment. He had terrific advice on how to handle the pool for the rest of the week, and promised to return on Saturday to check in, with regular service starting the following Thursday. Sure enough, Saturday morning at 9am, he was in our backyard, checking chemicals and scrubbing the sides. Color us impressed! We peeked out the back windows when Seth was here for his most recent Thursday cleaning -- he was here for over an hour! Balancing the chemicals, doing a *thorough* scrubbing of the pool sides and floor, and light vacuuming. This is exactly what we *thought* we were paying for from our previous pool company, and are so glad to see this kind of enthusiasm and professionalism from Seth. Ive been very pleased with the automated / emailed review of work performed, as well as my interactions with Mike for billing. I recommend them to anyone who doesnt want to handle the hassle of balancing their pool chemicals themselves! Seth and his team have a wealth of knowledge and I look forward to making some improvements on my pool / equipment in the future under their guidance and services.

Since taking over for my previous pool people my pool has never been better. Chad does a fantastic job and always answers my email questions in super quick time. They are very responsive and have helped my with a couple of tough repair issues. Great folks and I highly recommend them.

These guys always take such good care of our pool needs. They are always on top of any repair needs, chemical changes, etc. and are true scientists/artists!
