Arbrook Realty has been a tenant at Regus since October 2016! Although we have a virtual office business platform it has been a pleasure to have a nice and professional office to meet clients. The new remodel is absolutely stunning! Thanks Regus!

We moved into the Allen office just over 2 months ago, I have to say our team has been very pleased with the service here! The staff is really great and accommodating. I always feel like it is a welcoming environment and is a great location. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a professional atmosphere.

I have been a customer Since 2016. The staff at the Allen location continues to exceed expectation and does an excellent job. When referring people to Regus I always mention the Allen staff as second-to-none. Especially Lisa, is a great person and always accommodative with plenty of smiles and helpful. Ray used to be very helpful and now Patricia, who joined to fill in Ray is equally good . I like the location and staff a lot.

We officed for about a year out of Regus Allen. They are expensive, but the value proposition was compelling. Much less expensive than us renting equivalent A-space elsewhere. it was always nice walking in and being greeted by the receptionist, and they always worked hard to ensure the facilities were clean. Also was interesting to constantly run into people from other industries officing out of the same space. An excellent opportunity for synergies.

1/27/2019 updateIt continues to get worse...death by a million paper cuts Here are a few examples ...1. Front door access has been broken since 12/21/2018 ( over 5 weeks) with NO updates on status. Instead of walking under cover or indoors from car in garage to entrance, you now have to walk down to the ground level from the office parking level, walk to end of building behind office and climb steps to back entrance (mostly outdoors). There has been no communication on status. As I understand it, Laura Venkars organization owned this problem since 12/21 and we have yet to see any change.2. Constant change in the past few months with no notice as to what changes are being made and why they are being made. You find out about the changes on your own one at a time. It appears that Operations feels like this center did too much for its clients. Interesting how people are leaving for local competitors because they can get more space for less money and cheaper conference room rates.3. Today, I got a gentle reminder in email to pay my rent. Ironically, my rent is auto-payment and came out of my account 4 days ago. Another example of how things are going down hill in this center in the past few months.My original plan was to move to a Regus office in Dallas when I moved to Dallas and not look at the competition. Regus has forced me to look at the competition. Sure enough, I am getting more space for less dollars and much, much cheaper conference room rates with additional perks.The two Dallas offices are about two blocks from each other.1/20/2019While things were great in this office for over 5 years....it has been death by a million paper cuts the past few months....When I started here, the local staff was empowered to take care of their clients and it was great.Now, corporate dictates everything and it sucks. Moving out at the end of my lease.Below is my old post....Kudos to the staff at Regus Watters Creek the past 5 years. Kristi Bueno, Shelby and Lisa set the bar very high. Ray, with Lisa’s help, kept it going. I expect the same will be true with Patty. Ernest has done a good job of directing the on-site staff since he inherited this center a few years ago.They are a client centered operation.In my travels to other Regus Centers, no one does better and only a few come close to the staffs I have seen at Regus Watters Creek Allen.

Why one star?.. heres an example. The front doors into the offices, which allow 24/7 access to all PAYING tenants, have been broken since December 21st, 2018. (as I write this its February 8th, 2019). The only after hours and weekend access (which we PAY for) is through a back side outdoor stair area were you are exposed to the freezing winter elements. Since I am in the jewelry business that means I had to fight the absurdity of this with my clients all through my busiest time of the year. Today, when I asked to speak to the area manager boss since I was getting nothing but the same old tired answers from here, I was given an email and address and told it would take 48 hours to hear back, she is very busy. Too busy to help a paying customer, I suppose. When I said okay, who is her boss?... I was told, Cant talk to her, she is in Rome. I honestly cannot remember a time I have seen such incompetence and lack of concern for a customers well being. There has been ZERO communication or CONCERN from ANYONE from Regus. We should take a picture of the front doors with a the TRASH CAN we use to keep them propped open and they could run a nice ad that with that picture that says, Welcome.... THIS is Regus. Another reason (of many)… I had to BEG and PLEAD with them to not turn off the air conditioner on the weekend (again, we pay for 24/7 access and I, like many others, often work through the weekend) during the blazing hot summer months. Again, WE PAY FOR 24/7 ACCESS. When its over 90 degrees in my office its virtually impossible to work or have clients, which to me is the same as DENYING ACCESS. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!! My lease expires next month and I cant get out of here soon enough. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE LEASE FROM REGUS IN WATTERS CREEK. YOU WILL REGRET IT.

I need to re update my post: Thanks to a new CM, who had been around the block and was properly changed, the door issue we had for 49 days was resolved.Right now in my office there are two issues with mgmt. -- one very minor and stupid and one very legit and needs to be fixed before Summer.If you live in Allen, you know about Maxs Donuts -- which may be the best donuts in the DFW area. For several months last summer -- the staff was bringing in those donuts on Friday Morning but for various reasons they are not brought in any more. While better for my health, you should never take away things once you start doing things for your clients (renters).The Wed afternoon Popcorn has disappeared as well. We still have plenty of popcorn in stock so lets bring that back ASAP :)Now that the door issue has been resolved (after 49 days) weve been promised a fresh start by the new CR. She is going on vacation next week so she wont be on the clock to bring back the donuts and popcorn till 2.22 :)We got a new CM in Brittany who has more experience than Patti and was able to properly escalate the door issue to get it resolved. However, and this needs to be saved for future CMs in training to get stuff like that resolved is needed. Poor Patti got yelled at by some clients and never knew how to properly escalate. That is a flaw of Regus upper management.And during the summer -- and lets remember Texas summers are kind of sort of warm, the HVAC is not turned off after Saturday at noon. Now the building management claims that Regus did not negotiate for that -- but geez if you advertise 24/7 accessibility --- then you better damn well deliver. This is still an issue.
