I had a great experience working with Groom Senior Living. The facilities and staff are so welcoming, patient, and helpful. I would recommend Groom to anyone looking for a senior living facility!

Groom senior living is an overall amazing company. One of the only places I would put a loved one if ever in that situation. The staff is amazing, the food is amazing, and the facilities are very clean and secure. They truly have compassion and love for what the do, their staff and residents.

Do NOT place your loved one in one of their homes! ‘Caretakers’ do not follow instructions on medication and severely neglect residents. Onsite cameras placed by concerned family members provided proof that is being provided to the authorities.And in response to the owner’s laughable response that I must be a disgruntled former employee, I’m not. I am who I say I am and there IS proof and there IS an investigation. The ‘good’ caretakers are no longer there. One house is down to two residents. The ‘manager’ is being investigated for her negligence and cruelty to residents.

Kindness is on the top of the list for Groom Senior Care. We have used them 2 times when we did not have the durable medical equipment available we needed. They freely offered us the things we needed. I have referred them to other people I knew who did not have the money for durable medical equipment and they also received what they needed. To the people who donate Thank You. and to the staff with such a caring attitude to complete strangers, Thank You. You are making peoples lives better during challenging times.

Staff is uneducated, abusive and untrustworthy. They advertise to care for your loved ones when they arent properly staffed and take on extreme situations that they cant handle. I cant stress enough to stay clear.
