SCAM ALERT - The ‘driver’ will show up late, try to over charge you vs contract price, and then refuse to take you home unless you pay him extra $200.The ‘owner’ Sunny (probably the same guy who gave a review below) is either in on it, or overlooks it. Multiple people have called him and told him about the extortion by the driver, his answer is to do nothing but offer a conference call with the driver.When I explained my issues with the driver and the owner, the ‘professional driver Gary got upset and hung up the phone....It’s sad / funny that they stoop to these levels to make a couple dollars, when they could run an honest and profitable business.

Our money was stolen! Poor customer service! We reserved a limo and were told at the time of the reservation that in the event of a cancellation, we would only lose our deposit. We were also told that we would not be charged the remaining amount until the date of service. 4 days before the service date our card was charged the remaining amount of $400. The very next day (so 3 days before date of service) we cancelled our reservation due to COVID-19, as all restaurants were required to close, no public gatherings were allowed and therefore we could no longer have our party and no longer needed a limo. We were told that we would receive a refund of $400 but would not receive the deposit back, which we understood. It has now been 3 weeks and we have yet to receive a refund. We have called daily, texted and the two times we actually got a hold of a live person we were told that we would be refunded and it would show up in a few days. Still NO refund. The fact that our card was charged the remaining amount before a service was provided is unprofessional, but now our money has been stolen. I am not one to talk bad about a company, I understand everyone needs to make money, but stealing someones money is not okay. We have given them plenty of time and multiple chances to make this right. BE CAREFUL before you use this company!
