These guys are fantastic! Brian helped me with my purchase from the time I walked in the door to the time the floors were installed. He was organized and detailed in his estimated time for the project to be completed. He walked through with me numerous times helping me with picking out samples and layout and checking in during install. Truly 5 star service from this guy!My installer was Moses and he was also great. He was clean and efficient for the install. My floors required a lot of floorprep which kicks up a lot of dust. He contained the dust to just the one room and cleaned up after himself before leaving each day.Brian and Moses, you guys are rockstars!5/5 would recommend to a friend and use these guys again!

We used All American Floors to do a major home remodel - they replaced all of our carpeting with wood-look tile and vinyl plank. They also installed new granite countertops and tile backsplash in the kitchen, and refaced our tile fireplace surround with stacked stone. All American’s quote was very competitive, but the main reason why we selected this company was because of their AMAZING salesperson Yasser. When we first started shopping for flooring we really didn’t have a clear idea of what we wanted, and the selection of materials they have in their showroom is so large that it is overwhelming. Yasser came to our home to measure the rooms and look at our existing decor, then he made recommendations on materials based on the look we wanted to achieve. Throughout the entire remodeling process, Yasser was always available to answer our questions and make additional decorating suggestions. Yasser’s extensive product knowledge, decorating expertise, and impeccable customer service skills were what truly sold us on this company. The construction foreman Rigo and his crew were very polite and worked extremely hard. It was a tough two weeks living through all the construction, but now that it’s all done we are very pleased. The quality of the workmanship and materials is excellent, and the stacked stone fireplace that Rigo did is a work of art! The inside of our house has been totally transformed to the modern look we were hoping for. I was redoing ALL the flooring in my home and couldnt decide for months what I wanted to purchase. Yassir from AAF came out, measured and gave me a quote. He had to redo the quote each time I changed my mind. He allowed me to take samples home to see them in my lighting, which many other companies did not. I highly recommend working with All American Flooring for your personal and commercial flooring needs. We had flooring damaged during the TX Winter storm at 2 of our Childcare centers, and Yasser was able to get us the right LVT flooring in large quantity to meet our rebuild deadlines. They are very cost competitive, and did a great job. Where there were minor issues, they came back and fixed the problems quickly. Will definitely always call them for our flooring needs.

Got white oak real hard wood installed on my newly built house. 5” white oak number 1 select... that is the best decision I made regarding this hardwood floor. 1. Very professional service representative Yasser Alkadri; 2. Installation team lead by Omar is best... they did wonderful job and I can not ask for anything better. 3. Pricing is very reasonable, saving over $10k comparing to if I do this with builder, and quality is much better than builder’s materials. Called to see if they could help with getting a box of flooring to match whats in my house. I was told they would be closing in 10 minutes. Website said they closed at 6pm and I was around the corner on the phone with them at 5:30pm. Not very helpful and I know I wouldnt have been there long. I can see they dont need the business!!!!

I had a good experience with Yasser and the install guys. The floor is floating, and so far so good, but Ill need to update in a few months. It is moving a little, but that may be due to its floating nature. Well see.We did the Vinyl and it was reasonably priced for what was done. Taking out all the old flooring, laying new plywood and then the floor.I would use these guys again.

Erik did a great job extending the solid hardwood floors to the Master bedroom which previously had carpet. He helped identify the type of wood correctly, matched the level, the stain and hand-scraped texture very well. He provided a reasonable quote and completed the project right on schedule and on budget. I was out of town and Erik took care of the entire project and it was great to get back and see the work completed right on time. He is very easy to work with and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for flooring work in their home.

Yasser has been terrific to work with. We went with All American for a remodel to update our 1st level flooring to hand scraped hard wood and some new carpet. Pricing was very reasonable and Yasser went over what to expect for the entire process. He was always available for questions and to come to the house if needed. He also has a great design eye and has helped us make the best design choices. Work was completed as expected with no issues.About a month later, I had a plumbing issue and had to replace some of the new wood floor and ended up having to remodel the bathroom. Yasser was able to offer ideas and handle the bathroom remodel including a new shower and floor tile. The outcome was amazing and we are happy with the bathroom! I had some finishing work that needed to be addressed with the floor and Yasser had the crew right out to complete. I will definitely use All American for any future work or remodels and recommend them for anyone looking to update their home.

We had 2 other companies we looked at for estimates to replace our hardwood floors prior to meeting with Eric and All-American Flooring.We decided to go with Eric & All American Flooring after Eric’s no BS sales pitch and price!Install was projected to take 4 days for Mario and crew to remove & replace the hardwood floors & trim around the entry way, living room, master bedroom and kitchen. Removal & installation took only 2 days! Which is nice because we have 2 dogs and 2 cats we were trying to keep off the floors during that time.Floors look awesome! We are very happy with our flooring. All American (Allen) did a fantastic job. They replaced the vinyl and carpet in our house. Its been over a month since we completed the floor remodeling. Erik and Carl at the Allen store where helpful answering questions during the sales process. We changed the vinyl floor in the bathrooms, kitchen, foyer, laundry room, to tile. It looks great. Ricky the tile installer did a great job. He did charge me a little extra to replace the quarter round. We replaced the existing carpet. It feels and looks great. There was one seam did not look good. The installers fixed it the next day. So far no issues with carpet and tile installation. I was at home during the carpet and tile installation. I recommend All American Flooring.

I had a great experience with All American who installed about 1200 sq ft of hand scraped hardwood in my new home. The very best part of working with Yasser was the communication. He was very proactive with following up on me throughout the quote process without being a pest. I quoted with several companies in Allen, one of which had done work for me before, and ultimately went with Yasser because of his patience with me and his constant communication. I could ask any question at any time and always got a speedy response. He came and checked on his team throughout the entire install (which I didnt experience with my past install); made recommendations on stain; and stayed in contact with me after the fact to ensure I was still happy. The quality of the work was great but I was ultimately most pleased with his professional, humble spirit. I wont hesitate to recommend Yasser to others and will use him again on future projects.

Yassar is very professional. He is extremely knowledgeable and is excellent at offering suggestions. Each morning Juan would ask if we had questions and then proceed to define the scope of work for the day. He was dedicated to client satisfaction. Weve used All American flooring on two different occasions for wood floors, and have been very happy both times. Price is always fair (we do price shop) and installs have been great. This time, we picked our wood on Wednesday, install started the following Monday (super quick!) and was done in 2.5 days (full second floor). Erik was our sales person, and was great to work with. Musa handled the scheduling and follow-up, and the crew was right on time. And I cant say enough good things about Juan and his partner who did the install. Just fabulous....very cordial, respectful, and professional. He made sure to point out pre-existing issues (like a piece of furniture that had damage, before he would move it). Man did they work hard, to complete this job so quickly. We always try to treat people with respect, make sure theyre taken car of (food, drinks etc) and these guys were just awesome to work with. We still have another smaller project to do, and will use All American again, without hesitation.

Found tile we liked at DalTile showroom, but had to purchase through a retail store. All American Flooring in Allen was listed as an option - the tile we selected was also at the store - plus they have a huge selection of tiles from other manufacturers. Yassir and AR are the best! These two young men were most helpful in making sure my order was correct, helped with design and grout selection. I highly recommend doing business with this company.

They did my floors early September 2016 and they did great job. I had several companies come to my house to give me the estimate and Omar form Allen store gave the best deal for great quality engineered wood floors. Scheduling and installation was great, very reliable people.I am definitely planning to use them again for other projects in my house.

Just had my home in Castle Hills remodeled by Levy and company. They did a fantastic job. Quick too. Im a perfectionist and they lived up to my standards. They respected my home and cleaned up after themselves.The work they did consisted of redoing both my bathrooms, including laying carrera marble tile in the master bathroom and installing new wood floors and designer carpet.

Checked out several places before deciding on Yasser at the Allen All American Flooring store. We were looking for engineered vinyl throughout and tile for two bathrooms. They had the best selection of flooring and Yasser has very helpful and worked easily with our insurance adjustor. Juan, the crew leader, was very good and detailed and kept household disruption to a minimum. Juan had one young helper who spoke no English and I had to do some clean up outside on my own. Other than that we were very pleased and our floors look great.

Now I have elegant-look hardwood stairs, beautiful and nice carpet across the second floor, and luxurious tiled bathroom floor. The popping noise was also reduced dramatically. After months and months of searching, we were fortunate to run across All American Flooring. I love the work they did in my home. It took longer than they originally advised to complete the work however my shower and floors are beautiful.

Highly recommended company.Did my floor in a special way to make a better noise barrier. I had already hardwood floor. My neighber who lives under me complain of noise. Yasser did recommended to use a specialy material placed under the wood, gluded to the floor to minimize noise then hardwood. The noise is much better now. They are very professional they way they do. Pricewise, I foun All American flooring better comparing the company I spoke.I searched and spoke several flooring company, none of them assume they have good experience with instaling sound barrier salid materials under hardwood except the pads which was not effective in my floord.
