This office space is clean and gorgeous inside! Filled with all walks of life! Tracey is amazing and incredibly helpful! I highly recommend renting office space at Caddo in Allen!

We needed a short-term (4-month) lease, and throughout the entire process we had an excellent experience. The local building manager Tracey was wonderful! I would highly recommend.

I can tell you that moving into Caddo Office Reimagined is the best business decision Ive made since starting FriedoNation Productions. It may be the great people that run the place. It may be the atmosphere. It may be the other business owners who have decided to make Caddo their business home as well. I am a BIG FAN of the office suites in Allen. First of all when you walk in you dont feel like you are in an office suite. It feels more like the lobby of a hotel, the décor is awesome, there are plenty of quiet nooks to get work done. If you are looking for meeting room space - you will want to check them out. Not to mention Tracey is professional and super helpful - she will make sure you have everything you need. Highly recommend.

Having been a tenant for over a year I can say from experience this is a great place to office. The vibe of the building is cool, inviting, comfortable and professional. Very reasonably priced, all inclusive and unlike other spaces Ive been in they dont nickel and dime you at all. Very attentive, professional management (Kristen is awesome) and maintenance. The one issue thats come up on occasion during the months Ive been here is the parking, but they are taking steps to remedy that issue. Highly recommend.

Yeager office suites of Allen is hands down the best office and co-working space. If you are looking for a place to work, be inspired, and love coming to every day, I would highly suggest to come visit Clarissa and get a tour scheduled.

Great location with great lunch places within walking distance, Professional and friendly staff, they were supper helpful when ever I needed support or additional services, I enjoyed working out of this location and can highly recommend this location for anyone looking for office space in Allen and surrounding.

I love the modern feel and that its not cold and huge like traditional office buildings.Unfortunately, I have to take away two stars because one of my busiest days is Sunday morning and Ive lost clients due to how LOUD (yelling and stomping) it is with a church service right outside my office.So as long as you dont need a quiet space Sunday morning Yeager might be perfect!

I am so glad we moved to Yeager, the office it’s self is designed beautifully, but the customer service can not be beat. The new building manager is so helpful and does everything with a smile.

Gorgeous! I only visited a single conference room for a 4 hour training session so I cant speak to its function or utility as a co-working space. However, I can tell you it is beautiful! From the from entrance to the conference rooms. From the courtyard area to the bathrooms. Every place you look is pleasing, interesting, and fun! Great job!

Great building, reasonably priced, well managed.....but the parking is terribly inadequate. Its a huge problem. If you have the type of business where you would be having guests, meetings, customers, clients, etc, at the building, I strongly suggest you look elsewhere to lease. There just simply is nowhere to park a lot of days.

Nice, modern building for businesses. This is a brand new building. Located near Watters Edge and great restaurants. Located on the West side of Allen. Easily get to Allens Outlet Mall.

Attended a trading class in the large training room and loved the environment! Clean and cool with a great meeting space.

I have a lot of kid,6, with lots of needs. One goes to a specialist in this building. It is so refreshing, modern and clean. I actually waited inside, instead of my car!

We absolutely love Yeager Office Suites!! The owners (the Yeagers) are the best family!! Clarissa is always the sweetest to us and my 1 year old son.

In Suite 234 of this building, the tenant Renita is running the biggest scam, she claims to fix credit but does not. Then promises customers a refund but does not give it to them, blocks their numbe . She helps people to get illegal loans by doing fraudulent paperwork, and using her friend as an underwriter. Im wondering what type of check is done on the businesses that they choose to rent to. We have contacted the proper authorities to have this scam bought out so this lady can face charge . Not to mention she changes the business phone number quite often, probably when too many customers start requesting their money back. She places things on people credit without their permission, has no contracts and feels she has the gift of gab. We cure credit now is a big scam being run out of this building.

Eric Yeager and his team have an amazing facility perfect for the small business individual looking for an office to rent a smaller room to larger room with availability to conference rooms and can host events there as well. They are Allen Fairview Chamber of Commerce members and have a host of other members there as well.

Such a great eclectic facility! The design is cool and also very useful.

DO NOT COME HERE...Arguably the worst customer service/experience of my life. Came here three seperate times looking for additional information and the “staff” is literally nowhere to be found... I spent approximately 20 minutes each time looking for an employee and asking other tenants who also had no idea where anyone was. Eventually I just left...I have an office at Common Desk (another coworking space that is absolutely wonderful) but decided to use this space for a few meetings I had since it was closer to my house.Finally was able to meet Carissa.... AKA the worst employee I’ve ever encountered. Sounds extreme but this is the truth. LolThe front desk woman, Carissa, is a joke. I’m literally shocked that she’s in that position. By far one of the most awkward, rude, and unprofessional people I’ve EVER met. Ask her one question and watch her attitude come alive... It’s shocking how she treats people.I’m not the type of person that leaves reviews everywhere I go, but I felt obligated to tell y’all about this experience. TRUST ME when I say that if you need a coworking splace, there are by far better options. Common Desk is what I would recommend.If they don’t change their staff then this place will not make it. Take my advice or don’t... In the end you can 100% find a better option than this place.
