This is the only staffing agency Ive ever used and right away I was impressed by their professionalism, courtesy, values & care. I went in to interview with them / fill out my paperwork and they found me an incredible temp to hire job with excellent pay literally before I left the office. I understand that may not happen to everyone but for whatever reason the Lord was smiling on me that day & he used them as the means by which I was blessed. I’m forever grateful for that & pray the Lord continues to bless them in return. Obviously I highly recommend them!I have to give a shout out to Norma the FOC there. The lady in the front was super nice HOWEVER the actual recruiter was not he downed me the whole time I was back there because I didnt have a professional resume then said there where to many holes in my work history because he cant accept self employed and use something from a company that shut down and moved so I was unplayable because I was lying and had no real work history Ive been in my trade since 2012 and am very good I thanked him told him to have a wonderful day and walked out not to mention with 7 years exp he based me at 12-16 an hour get outta here man I would recommend this place to anyone dont waste your time beat the streets and get interviews people this place is a joke

I have worked with Express Employment Professionals for over a year now, they are always polite and ready to solve any issue I am experiencing. Mrs. Norma at Front Desk is awesome and prompt at problem solving, I would recommend them to anyone looking for temporary or even temp to perm positions.

I guess Im the 1st to write a bad review. I went to this location a week ago in hopes of finding work. It seems I came a long distance only to fill out paperwork, take an assessment and drug test to learn that no jobs were available. Not to mention that I made my husband miss a day of work.Spoke with a Tyler Dunford who I thought wasnt making an effort to find anything. Just a lot of talk and a liar. Although I said that I would take anything, Id rather take something in the clerical field. The only thing he had available at the time was a night job setting up a store, which was probably a one week assignment. He didnt even bother to acknowledge the fact that I have years of clerical experience on my resume nor take my specifications into consideration. I consider myself a seasoned worker with over 25 years of experience and I have a degree. I never thought that finding a job would be hard. But it seems that Im not alone with people in my age group having a hard time finding work. Although age discrimination is a hard thing to prove, I felt that was part of the reason along with race. I told Tyler to take me off the list and that I would no longer be needing their service, because he wasnt going help me anyway. All he could say is that he was doing his best to find work. Not buying it! Im not a stranger to temp agencies. Ive used them in the past and had steady work. Nowadays all temp agencies do is offer false hope. They let computers decide your fate, based on the information given. Very little human intervention. I wonder if these positive reviews are paid for? What a waste of my time and energy.

I had a great experience with this company! Steven and Tyler interviewed me and assisted me with getting a role in Allen. I have never used an agency before and they were so sweet and extremely patient with me and my 500 questions! If you are needing help finding a job give Express a call!

I am very disappointed in this agency. I interviewed with them and tested with them. I had a good resume and had good test results. I would contact them for job opportunities but they would just give me excuses and say they will let me know. There was no assisting me in finding employment. I would not recommend them. I think they just needed me and my info for their statistics.

In 2010 I decided to quit my job as a teacher. I signed up with Express and called every week for 4 months (hang in there and be persistent.) Express found me a long term temp position in the mortgage industry. My rep Nereyda Dominguez checked in with me in person every week (among other things) to see that my work environment was copacetic. (It wasnt always.) After 9 months as a temp, I went full time with that company. 6 years later, Im still in the mortgage industry. Im happy and proud of my accomplishments.

Excellent personal. I have had the opportunity to work with Thun and after several months of job searches and interviews after we met it was as she had known me for years. She was able to see what my strengths were and assisted me in the areas where I needed a little help. She was able to place me with a company within two weeks. From your first contact with the company, Norma makes you feel like you are part of the family. It is very much a group effort and in case Thun is not available there is always someone that is ready to assist you. The companies that they have as clients are some of the top notch in the area. This doesnt happen by just making cold calls. This is due to Express doing their due diligence before sending you out on an assignment. Good matches to Good Companies with Express making it happen. That is a winning combination.

Awful awful place i just got off the phone with Norma and she said the reason i havent heard from tyler was cause i havent called haha are you kidding me! I called 2 weeks ago asking for tyler cause HE SAID he would call me back about my testing never heard anything! For like 3 weeks! I was already finding interviews myself so i called again just now to see why they have never said anything to me turns out they had my test results all this time and never discussed anything with me i got off the phone with norma and then what do you know here comes tyler calling me back asking why i am upset he said well he hasnt found anything for me i dont beleive he even tried and that he wishes me luck didnt even offer to do anything else or keep trying he just took my complaint as a easy way out to stop supposedly trying to help me and i do beleive some reviews on here are done on purpose tyler even said most office jobs dont use thier company i dont recomend this place to anyone was a complete waste of my time!!!!! Oh and they even said that my testing scores or low and that i need to do the testing again! Why so they can never call me back again awful help!
