Recently had our 75 TV repaired here and will always reference this company to friends, family and whomever. Main board components of the TV went out after 5 years of a great picture - extended warranty lapsed, and found that some newer TVs didnt have a picture like our old one, so decided to find a local company, and very Happy to say the least that we found ABS TV Repair. Got to meet the owner/technician - Alex... He not only provided a loaner TV, he delivered it and helped set it up without questions asked as with COVID and model of TV, parts were unavailable causing completion of repair to take a little longer than expected. This is not part of their service for a loaner, so we really admired the customer service. I also must say, Bernice follows up with any inquiry you have in a quick/timely manner! We live near their store and glad we supported this local small business!

Recently had my Samsung 55 picture turn snowy/fuzzy. Volume still worked. Contacted Affordable Big Screen TV Repair based on Google search. Locally owned, extremely knowledgeable of all brands. Super nice and professional. Clean and organized environment. TV was repaired for much lower cost than buying new one. They also have some used TVs of all sizes for sale in the shop. Dont get rid of your big screen until you contact this shop. Definitely recommend!

Only used them once. My TV works now. So thats good. Diagnostic upfront cost is deducted from final payment. Ended up costing me 280 something. I figured thats fair. They had parts in stock so my TV that I brought in late on Saturday was ready on Tuesday. They call you with an estimated cost before they do the work. The gentleman who helped me carry the TV in was remarkably nice. He also has a few used Smart TVs for sale. Ill use them again.

I will seriously never go anywhere else for a TV to be fixed. They are so professional and knowledgeable. Once my TV was fixed, (which cost basically nothing considering all the things they fixed with my tv,) he taught me why my TV broke on me, and educated me on what to do to prevent it from happening. They are not out to get your money, they are genuinely there to help.They also have refurbished televisions that are worth the price. Ill never go to a big store retailer ever again!

These people are so nice. I didnt get my tv repaired, but I had a tv I wanted to recycle and they took care of that for me. Berenice was the one to always answer my phone calls and she is the sweetest. I had to reschedule the original date and time I was going to drop off my tv due to feeling sick after my second covid vaccine. They were very understanding. When I went to the store, the man (maybe the owner?) was just as nice and professional. They take covid seriously which is a big relief and shows theyre intelligent/caring people. Love nice businesses like this!

Do NOT go here if you know what exactly what is wrong with your TV. I needed a simple resistor replacement on a driver board due to a powercycling TV. The person on the phone didnt know what an MU8000 samsung TV was. They wanted a $70 diagnostic fee for an issue that has already been diagnosed. They could have had business today but wanted to charge extra for a diagnosis that was already complete.

I have dealt with this company twice. The owner is the most knowledgeable TV person I have ever come in contact with. Both times he could have sold me the repair but educated me that I could the same or less money and upgrade to either a bigger or better TV. I totally trust his wisdom.

Top notch repair. The TV works better than when new. He went beyond what I brought it in for to make sure that it was not only repairable but worth repairing. Old fashioned pride in workmanship. I highly recommend this place.

I highly recommend this place. My 70” TV had an issue in the front panel. Replacing the panel would cost about $ 2,500. Thanks to the expertise of the store owner they were able to troubleshoot every single part of the front panel and found the piece that was failing. Thank you so much for fixing my TV!

Like other reviews have said, Alex and his wife are very nice and provide top tier customer service. I have a 5 year old high end 65 plasma that lost all power. I called into Affordable Big Screen TV Repair on 3/6, and Alex was at my house that evening to pick up the TV. On 3/7 I approved the repair cost, and on 3/8 Alex delivered my TV to the house. After confirming that everything was working, Alex answered all of my questions and provided me with additional information about how to best care for the TV. If you need your TV repaired.... give them a call.

I had a sound bar go out one day. I called asked if they could service it, of course the lady said the repair man could. She went as far to say that if he can’t order a part for it he can source the materials and create a part for it. Wow, was I impressed. I dropped it off with a promise of it getting looked at and a diagnosis by the end of the next business day. Great, I was excited! I didn’t get a phone call back for 4 days. So I called, I was told he hasn’t had time to look at it... okay, stuff happens. I get the we will call you back tomorrow line again. Again several days pass and when I finally call I am told, “he can’t get parts to fix it.” Okay, fine. I ask, “what parts are bad?” She couldn’t tell me, fair enough, she’s not the technician. So I ask please speak to the repair man and email me( at this point I knew better than to ask her to call me)what parts are bad so I know. I wouldn’t have asked had she sounded confident in her initial reply of, “he can’t get the parts to fix it.” So after failing to follow up with me on the diagnosis I’m left not knowing how to feel about the business which is why I wanted to know which parts were tested and which components failed testing. No email to this day, it’s been several months. I did get a call to come pickup my sound bar or it would be thrown away. Hope my $75 covered the labor to throw it away. I can look past everything except their failure to communicate. If you say, “I’ll call you tomorrow with the diagnosis and parts cost” call me tomorrow. I don’t care if you call to say you didn’t get to it, but call.

Took our LG TV in after our house got hit with lightning, which affected our electronics. Dropped it off on a Friday and received a call within 12 hours with a diagnostic. Tv was fixed and ready in a couple days. Now it works great.Great work, friendly and affordable!!Definitely bringing our other items in!!

Wonderful and prompt service! They were so friendly and patient explaining everything to me. I have a 2009 Samsung Plasma that needed 2 power boards replaced. He came out, took the TV to his shop and it was back in our living room within 48 hours. Great service.

I truly thought I would be replacing my 58 inch TV when it died on me. Repairs often cost about as much as a new TV. I was pleasantly surprised with the service price and quality of repairs. And it was a one day turnaround! I highly recommended!

Accurate diagnostics on the TV my wife brought in, but fix price ended up being more than the TV was worth (5 yr old Visio). I opted for diagnostics only and repair it myself. Glad they saved me time doing diagnostics, but TV came back with internal wiring disconnected and I spent additional time doing my own diagnostics before catching the unconnected wire behind a faceplate. Based on the diagnostics-only fee, Highly suggest they make sure devices are returned in their pre-diagnostic state, otherwise I would have rated higher. Friendly people, helped my wife to get the TV in and out.Would recommend as a good place to repair a more expensive TV as the fix price could beat out a warranty, or If you have no repair skills (or time).As a former microcomputer repair technician, using their diagnostics took me about 20 minutes to repair myself and another 45 minutes to find and correct the hidden wiring issue after the diagnostics, though I don’t think my issue would be common as there was a rush to get the TV back that day and it looks like a simple oversight.Best of luck, and hope this helps!

Our Samsung flat screen Tv was flashing a black screen. We were able to get an appointment the next day. Came out looked at our TV and took it back to their shop. Had it back and working within 2 days. Would highly recommend them to anyone. Great service and reasonable price. The service fee was also deducted from the overall charges.

I highly recommend this store. The husband and wife who run it are the nicest people. They also have a few refurbished TVs in the lobby that would be worth looking at. Ill be taking any of my TVs here in the future.

Gave them my tv on a Tuesday mid-day. Did not hear back until Thursday. The lady tells me it will be $317 total for a part that I know cost no more than $40. I had paid them $74 just to look at rhe tv. They said they would subtract the $74 from 317,but still no bueno. Then it would take 7-10 busineaa days to get the part. Noooooo way. It shouls not take 10 total days to fix a $40 part problem.

Very rude, terrible customer service, first told me he couldnt fix my tv then proceeded to charge me and when I went back to pick it up, it was completely broken. Will not ever be going back.
