This place is a scam that should not be in business, beware and avoid! To get your business, they knowingly misrepresent repair time, take your money and send your item to a 3rd party for repair. They will also charge you for extra repairs without prior consent claiming special issues found during repair. This was not what I bargained for and these practices go against the consumer protection laws in Texas. I will proceed to file complaints with proper authorities to take action, hopefully close this place down.

CUSTOMERS BEWARE!This shop takes advantage of people who does not know much about technology.My parents went in the shop today to get their Iphone 6 fixed as it was not charging and working properly. The shop ended up changing the battery without even fully diagnosing the issue. The shop told my parents that the battery change would cost an extra $80 dollars, because they have the Iphone xs. THIS IS A LIE, THEY DO NOT HAVE THE IPHONE XS, They have an IPHONE 6. And a quick check on amazon would reveal that the battery of an Iphone 6 only cost between 12- 20 $ !The fact that the shop lied to my parents just to milk them out of more money is disgusting and to add insult to injury, my parents came back home with a phone that still does not charge! This is not professional avoid at all cost.Inconclusion:- The shop failed to diagnosis the issue- The shop failed to fully test the phone, before giving it back to the customer.- The shop lied about a different phone model, to milk more money out of my parents.

I was supposed to get my phone camera fixed here last week. I paid for the appointment in advance but the next day, the day of the appointment, the shop was closed and I was told on the phone someone would be there tomorrow. Tomorrow, same thing happened. Since then Ive called at least once a day and stopped by when Im able to, but I still have not received any calls back. They still have my money and have not given me any service.

I sincerely recommend these guys! Due to the constant scare of a infections virus transfer from phones and computers, they have closed multiple times to clean and sanitize. They had experienced some upset customers who really did not understand the severity of the situation and I was an unfortunate witness to their mistreatment of the kind and wonderful people here. The world has changed and this rather unfortunate scare has effected shipments from overseas as with what happened to my repair. Its is extremely heart breaking to see the cruelty of how customers unjustly complained about something they did not have an understanding. I was amazed by the kind, patient, and, sweet professionalism displayed by Ali and his staff. They were empathetic and diligent in trying to accommodate the people I saw there. I wish them the best and will come by here if I need their services again!

Owner, Ali, went above and beyond. He found and fixed another problem outside of what was quoted and didn’t charge me for it. When I got home I encountered something totally unrelated to what he had fixed and he walked me through fixing it over the phone. I really appreciate his kindness and help. I drove over an hour to use his store because of his ability to fix water damage. It was worth the drive. I would recommend this store to anyone.

This was the lowest quote I was given in the area for a phone screen replacement. They were cheaper by $70-$160. I had to order my new screen since it was a newer phone and the screens were not carried in store yet. After I ordered it they called as soon as it was in. It was one day early which they had said may happen. Every encounter with the employee was great. He was knowledgeable and polite. When I was waiting for my phone to be fixed he would come out and give updates. There was a slight issue where the computer said I owed more than I was quoted, but the employee immediately fixed it no problem. If I am dumb enough to break my screen again I will absolutely be back.

I brought my iPhone 11 pro in on July 8 after it took a dive into our pool. You could see water in the camera lens and it wouldn’t turn on. Not having insurance and knowing water damage isn’t something Apple will cover, I went to find the place that had replaced my screen on a previous iPhone, they had moved and not having a phone to google where they had moved, I knew where Xpress Cellular was, so I ended up here. The kid behind the counter told me they would take it apart, dry it out, if that didn’t work, they would replace the battery and troubleshoot from there. Paid my $60 assessment fee, got my hand-written receipt and I asked him if he needed my SIM card. He said no, then thought about it and said if we get it working, we will need to test calling, so yes please leave it. I gave them my fiancé’s number for contact, the kid called the following Monday asking for him to Venmo money for the battery. Yes, I said Venmo, he didn’t take a credit card over the phone. New battery didn’t work, he called to let us know and said it would need to be sent off for further diagnosis or we could come pick it up.So after 2 weeks of them having my phone, I went in to pick it up. I was met by one of the owners Ali, he and what I will assume is his father, had no knowledge of my phone being there and it took 5 minutes to find it. While the other man was looking for it, he pulled up my notes on the computer. Ali was very knowledgeable, was an Apple engineer, explained to me he wants to keep my business and went into a 15 minute discussion of how water damage can effect a phone, and how you fix it, how they normally send it off because their “technicians” aren’t qualified to do microsoldering, how they can’t keep employees, how they had a COVID scare, how busy he is, how he has to clean the store. In the ramblings, I asked, so there is hope for my phone? Yes, but it’s very labor intensive, etc. I said we’ve already paid $160, how much more is this going to cost. He said do you have your receipt because we have no record of you paying for the battery. I said your employee asked for money to be venmoed and if I had a phone, I could pull up the banking transaction. He then drew me a diagram to show how the internal processors work and he charges $100 an hour, but let him see what he can do, it’s very labor intensive, how he knows his stuff, how so many customers are mad, how he can’t call everyone back, more ramblings. I asked will Friday (I went in on a Tuesday morning) be enough time to fix it? He said oh yes, thank you for being so patient. Called Friday, no answer and went up to the store, the doors were locked and a sign on the door said something about a COVID incident and they would be closed until further notice. Following week, left messages every other day asking for a call back to find out the status on my phone. Nothing. My fiancé finally talked to someone last week and they hadn’t looked at it, because they had just reopened. We left more, unanswered messages to find out the status throughout the week. Yesterday marked nearly 4 weeks of having my phone, so I made myself a google voice number and called from my computer and left yet another message, yet this one wasn’t so friendly. FINALLY, they called back and said they are terminating my contract because I cursed and I could come back and pick up my phone. Went up to pick up my phone and asked a completely different guy where is my SIM card, he said we have no record of a SIM card coming in with it. So hopefully y’all are understanding the lack of organization, professionalism and basic business practices given by this company.FYI - The place Xpress sends their microsoldering too is Phixit Repair on Watters, this was the store I initially meant to take it too. It’s now there awaiting assessment. I have no doubt Xpress cellular can change out your broken glass while you wait, but if you have serious issues such as water damage, save yourself a 4 week hassle and take it directly to Phixit.

Ali started out with a 5 star review. I had 3 Google pixel 3As all needed screen repair after the Christmas holiday. He jumped right on it. Even priced me some otter boxes at a great discount. All 3 phones got fixed and we were just waiting on the cases, so I paid the balance. Well, we got home and one of the phones had a busted speaker from the screen fix, so he takes it back to work on it. No problem. Weeks go by and he doesnt contact me, wont return calls... I text Feb 27 and he says he has a family emergency, he asked if it would it be ok to mail the phone to us? Of course, Im sorry hes in a bad spot and give my home address. Nothing shows up. Then lockdown. So I waited until things open back up, knowing his small business might be suffering and he might have to wait until the last wave of biz to reopen. I finally catch him in the office in June; he is friendly and apologetic, I say no problem- crazy times, etc. He says he had to just order a replacement Google pixel bc ours was too broken to fix- it should be in any day. I say no problem. He did refund me the otter boxes that never showed up and the price of the repair that we werent getting. That was JUNE. So he is now appointment only (I get it; small shop, he works on site with big customers so he is OoO, covid, etc) so I called last week (late July) to make appointment to follow up on getting either our busted phone or the replacement from google- no response. So last week I texted him, which was his preferred communication method back in Jan/Feb, and he BLOCKED ME. I get the small biz, one man shop, hard times, covid, but you should have just made it right back in April and cut your losses. I also find out today that one of his screen repairs left light stripes across a yellowed screen, but my son was scared to send it back bc of what happened to his sisters disappeared phone, so he never told me about it. I feel that I really gave Ali every chance to make it right, but this is my story.

WOW this place is terrible. The owner(who is also the one that does all the repairs) is hardly ever there. I called on a tuesday they told me$265 for a s10 screen replacenent be ready in 2days bring the phone and pay when you pick it up. Well 2 days later they said we didnt order the part bc tou have to prepay for it i was wrong. Paid for it was told it would be ready in another 2 days which would be a saturday so going on 4days now. Call saturday to see if it was ready and they tell me that they havent received the part yet bc they havent ordered it yet and that they could get an aftermarket screen that day amd replace instead of oem. Well i paid for an oem screen so thats what i want. They said it would be ready by tuesday at the latest. Once again call up there tuesday to see if it was done amd they said that they dont have the machine to refurbish it and that they take it to a neighbor they work with and that they forgot to take it over to him. They said it would be ready the next day so over a week later its wednesday and i still dont have my phone. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS

Excellent service and very prompt repair! Before coming here, I had been to a repair store in McKinney I found on Groupon, but they had messed up my phone big time by using cheap aftermarket screens. Abdul at Xpress repaired it very promptly and the phone is now working just perfect. And they offer 30 days warranty on their repairs too, which is offered by very few repair stores. Highly recommend them !

I had an appointment at 5pm to fix my phone (since they are currently servicing by appt only). I showed at 5pm and the door was locked, so I waited 15 minutes and no one showed. They also will not answer their phone or return my calls. Their message on the door also states they are appt only.

Abdoul was great! He let me in right at 4pm on a Sunday which is the time that they close and he had no problem staying a little late to replace the screen on my iPhone. Also got it done very quick and for a GREAT price. Definitely recommend these guys.

Amazing experience with Ali, the manager of Xpress Cellular & Computer Repair!! He knew exactly what was wrong with my iPad Pro from just my explaining what was going on. He went above and beyond to resolve the problem. He was able to get Apple to replace my 3 year old iPad with a brand new one, at no cost to me! He knew that the issue was with their update and therefore their fault. If you ever need tech help, you need to go to Xpress Cellular & Computer Repair in Allen.

Went to get my battery replaced for my IPhone 6S Plus yesterday and had a fine experience. Then today I just happen to open my camera and both cameras are not working. I go back and get those fixed free of charge because it was their fault and now tonight sitting in bed charging my phone it is charging down and just now charging up. What did you guys do to my phone?? Now that Ive waited two days to see if it got better I have decided to replace my phone. Thanks Xpress Cellular.

This review is in regards to a laptop repair. I took my laptop in because it was running extremely slow. I was unable to diagnose if it was software or hardware related issue due to the very slow response. I dropped off my machine at 10 am and the repairman stated he would diagnose the machine and call me back. I called at 2 pm for an update; he did not do anything with the machine. He stated another employee was coming at 3 and would look into it. I did not hear back from them the day of drop off. I called the next day and spoke to the initial repairman I dealt with. He wasnt sure what the other technician did and had no diagnosis of the problem. He called me back 30 minutes later to tell me the machine is ready. I did not receive a diagnosis of the problem, they did not get my authorization to work/repair the machine. I went to pick it up and was told to pay. From what I can tell, all they did was download a software cleanup program. The machine is still extremely slow. I would not recommend for laptop repair. Very poor communication; I did not like how my repair was handled.

Gave them my Pixel XL. And then One of the technicians quit and he was the only one who could work on the phone. Was without my phone for 1.5 months. Had to call multiple times each saying they would have it done in about a week.I finally come pick it up, no sorry about the wait, no discount of any kind. Just a man, your phone has been here a while.To top it all of my phone is now having sound problems that I never had before. It will just go in and out randomly.

Indian guy inside is very rude and not good at communicating, speaks in a very loud abrasive tone! He also said he cant give a warranty on his work and made up some bogus reasoning about not knowing if the camera works properly before repair...🙄 After replacing the screen on the iPhone he put it on a broken raggedy charger, then try to say that the phones battery was in bad shape and wouldnt hold a charge and that he could replace the battery for an additional $60! (I went home put it on my charger and it juiced up instantly, as usual!!) I was quoted 3 different prices for the repair I allowed one increase of $10 more than what I was quoted! But I wasnt budging for more than that! Also all of my data was removed from the phone and I have to connect and redownload backup from iTunes before I can use my phone again! (Phone is disabled after screen repair) I have yet to do that because I have a Chromebook.. 😩 overall Id rather buy a new phone - than to go through this experience again. (Engineer... a young guy, was very pleasant)

1st Review: horrible experience. First of all the guy who was working was hitting on me. He asked me if I had a boyfriend and was asking me strange questions like do you have depression and anxiety? And does your boyfriend have depression and anxiety?. Felt like I was being scammed. They kept forgetting how much I had already paid which is a red flag. They ordered the Google pixel XL screen protector when I distinctly told him I didnt have the XL so he didnt listen. Now I have to go back for the 3rd time to get my freakin screen protector. I will never come back.UPDATED-2nd review:An hour after I wrote my first review, I got a call from them telling me to take down my review. They said I should have told them instead of going on here and writing a review. THERES A REASON GOOGLE DOES REVIEWS BUT WHATEVER! It felt manipulative and sketchy. The guy told me he was under a lot of pressure so thats why he messed up my order. DUDE ITS YOUR JOB, STOP BEING SHADY. told me the guy who was hitting on me was just being friendly, totally denying how creepy he was. He was making up a lot of excuses, trying to compensate for how horrible a business they are.Also they NEVER got me my screen protector. I called multiple times, left multiple voice messages to see where my screen protector was & they started ignoring my calls. Brought in my Nokia 3.1 Plus phone I bought from Cricket wireless. Didnt have it a whole week before I dropped it on the concrete patio. I didnt buy any protection for it when I knew I should have. (Tempered glass and phone case) There were no stores in my area that were confident enough to replace the screen, nor did they have reliable resources to find a replacement screen. My husband found Xpress online and recommend we take my phone to a place in a larger city hoping there were better places that knew what they were doing. Ali, (being a knowledgeable engineer), found a few replacements that might fit. Sydney,(such a sweet and smart girl) reassured me that they would get the part I needed. It wasnt until I brought my phone back in several times that we cracked it open and found that my phone was in fact a different version than the screens that he ordered. (This was out of anyones control because the phone was not opened up the several times before the initial checkup.) Ali found the version that fit my phone and had it within a week. Brought my phone back in, and left them to it while my family went to go eat. The job was done within 45min and now I dont have to read or see anything throughout the cracks in my phone. I gave this location a five star rating because the price range was the lowest and most affordable, but a closer location would have been awesome. The employees are smart, funny, and relatable. They really know what they are doing, and knowledgeable about alot of different phones, such as rare, common and also time managed to fit customers needs.

Quick service. Phone screen seems to be an inferior aftermarket glass. Broke within just a couple of weeks. Tried to save money. I know better now. 5 star for service... 1 star for durability of parts (as compared to original screen).This was done for my wifes phone and not my own. I actually recommended this place based on the good reviews. I wanted this review to be a warning to them using products that arent of the same caliber as the original parts (aka cheap OEM parts).

My girlfriend brought her Note 5 phone to Xpress yesterday to have the charger receptacle replaced.Otherwise, the phone worked great. The technician was nice to her, and respectful.*Technically I own the phone and referred her to Xpress for the repair. Thus, I consider myself a customer.Fact: Xpress admitted to dropping her phone & breaking the screen while working on the receptacle issue. However, the owner never apologized. He did not apologize for her lengthy inconveniece either.(Surprisingly, the technician was unwilling to work past closing-time, into the evening hours, to fix it last night-- because the owner doesnt allow him to work past closing time.) Thus, my girlfriend went home without her phone last night. The loaner phone given to her was only somewhat helpful. Note: she uses her phone for evening-business use.*Moreover, the owner acted upset with my girlfriend. Why was he mad at her? The biggest surprise was, he tried to charge her $150 extra for the replacement screen. Why? Afterall, Xpress admitted to breaking it. Then, he said to pay $60 for the screen.Bottom line is: Xpress needs to take responsibility when they break a customers phone instead of blaming customer.As a result, I have lost respect with Xpress. Instead of repairing what they broke, the best solution would have been to offer to buy us a brand new phone. Does this business have insurance? If so, replace it via business insurance. Right?I am particularly disappointed with the owner. Specifically, he acted angry toward my girlfriend, then tried to charge her for the screen his technician admitted to breaking. He was dismissive and she was basically in tears by the time she left. The tears were because of how she was treated.

I had it fixed earlier at another store in McKinney and the tech there had actually inflicted more damage to it. Bing at Xpress fixed the issues, replaced the screen and it works just fine now ... highly recommend them ...

I took my Google Pixel XL to them for a battery replacement. They accidentally broke the screen while attempting to replace the battery but they were very apologetic and fixed the problem. I give them a 4 as opposed to a 5 because of the inconvenience of the additional time to complete the repair but they took care of it so I wont complain about an honest mistake that they accepted responsibility for and the final repair works fine. Actually, the official Google repair store I first went to called ubreakifix wanted me to sign a waiver that they were not responsible if they broke the screen because apparently it is a very common occurrence even with Googles partner company trained in repairing these devices. Id go 4.75 stars if that was an option but regardless I would recommend them and go back to them again.

Then I gave them call, they lie over and over. never kept what they said for another 2 days.So for 5 days, they did nothing to my laptop and just kept.Inside of their office stink, smells of some kind of smokes. such bad business.

Tried to get my battery and charge port replaced. The first tech opened it up, scratched the inner lining and closed it again telling me the screen might crack if he continued with the port; battery needed to be ordered: ok fine, then I had to go in 4 more times to meet 4 different techs, all but the 3rd of which had no idea what was going on with my order/ticket/pricing. The 3rd of which did the actual repair and waaay overcharged me. $70 for the battery and $80 for labor/tax. I paid because I was tired of dealing with it and wanted my phone back. The last tech, who actually handed my phone back, simply pointed out that he didnt know why I was being charged so much, but offered no solution. Never going back.

I had my screen repaired about months ago. I said I would write a review because the service and outcome were both fantastic! I never did it.I had to get a refurbished phone due to another phone accident. The screen was not secured all the way around so I took it back to Xpress. The guy, I think it was the same guy from my first visit, told me he could fix it but advised me to go through Sprint. He told me if he fixed it, and he said he could for $30.00, it would void any chances I had of getting it fixed in the future.I went to a sprint store and within an hour I walked out with a BRAND NEW PHONE.I’m finally writing this review because I like this business. I like the work they do. I like the service. I like the way they didn’t just take my $30.00. I like the way they advised me on the best way for ME to get what I wanted.I went to the business to get my phone fixed after I viewed this review and the owners comment posted after it;***** I find it suspicious when business have rave reviews only by people that have never reviewed before. Im not saying theyre not good, but Im not willing to risk getting my iPhone repaired by a place that does all of the reviews themselves. I am tired of businesses abusing public forums as a means of free advertising.*******I believe it was posted maliciously, possibly by a competitor, and wanted to post my own. The customer service was awful! I took my iPad to have the screen replaced, it took three days. Then when I did get it back, the screen was half on, half off! I took it back, because they said there was a 30 day warranty. They told me to put some books on it and it should adhere. It never did. Now my iPad is having a lot of different issues and I will be taking it somewhere else! They also more than over charge.In response to the owner - I think you are referring to a different customer. The casing on my I-Pad is not bent, and another shop was able to fix the issue, with NO PROBLEMS. I feel like my review is more than fair for my experience with your company!

Brought my laptop in to have the screen fixed a while ago and learned the hard drive had to be replaced,which I understood and was fine with,even though I was a bit irritated that they kept my computer longer than they originally said they would. What I didnt know,and no one told me about or fixed,was that my computer cannot be charged at all and has essentially become a desktop. I tried calling a few times but never got through so I gave up,but I definitely wont be referring anyone there ever.

Repaired the screen on my iPhone and when I got home I saw the one corner was raised where it will easily be hit and cracked again. When I returned and asked about fixing that he said the frame was bent and couldnt be fixed. Still charged the price of the repair for the screen. Should have said that it couldnt be fixed properly up front and left it at that.

I had a new Macbook Pro bought for my son and had some major liquid damage. I took it to the apple store and they quoted me more than the original price to fix it. I had no hope I could get it working. I went to this store and they got it fixed for a very reasonable amount! Would highly recommend.

This is the first place that comes to mind when I think of customer service.I was running late to pick up my iPad from a repair I had thought wasn’t possible (they proved me wrong), so late that according to the store hours they should have been closed already. The fantastic staff not only kept the doors open for me past their open hours, but also returned to me my iPad in brand new condition!Highly recommend to anyone with damaged tech.

WARNING! STAY AWAY!! I took my iPhone in for a screen repair and when I got back to pick it up the repair tech asked if I wanted to replace my battery, I said no it is working fine. The next day I noticed that my battery would not hold a charge and I’ve never had this issue before. I think my battery was swapped for a faulty one during the screen change. The screen was also not installed properly and has some glow spots that you can see when watching some videos. Not happy with this shop at all. Pay a little more and go somewhere else because it will cost you more in the end if you trust this repair shop.

Finally insisted and turns out they managed to disable the phone so I am trying to get it open and Apple says I’ll lose all my data. And I paid them $70...

I dropped my Ipad off a week ago today. I was told I would have it back at 7pm the same day I dropped it off. At 7:30 on that day I was told the repair didnt work and they would keep trying and I would have it by Sunday. I had to reach out to them again on Tuesday as no one ever called me. They told me they still had not finished with it and that he was waiting on a part and would call me back. Yesterday (Thursday) I called and they said they couldnt find my ipad and that they had no idea where it was or what the status would be on getting it back. Today - 7 days later, there was no answer all morning or return call. I called again at 2:20 just now and was told the tech is not in the shop and to call back at 4pm. Im starting to feel like maybe Im not going to get my ipad back. Original Issue was a cracked screen. Communication has been terrible. Ill update this review if and when I ever get my ipad back.

Edit: give 4 stars now because the company offers to fix my phone. Other than the problem, the service was speedy and prompt. Only giving 4 stars because I did have the second hand problem (described below)Went here to get my screen replaced for IPhone 7 Plus. The same day I notice that my phone is pressing random buttons while I’m on the phone. With some googling it seems like it’s a proximity sensor problem and is often associated with replacing screens. Never experienced this problem before having my screen replaced and now I am.

Very happy! I dropped my phone (iphone 5s) in the toilet and took it to them to try to fix. It was still working but glitchy and getting worse. Everyone was very nice and helpful. I dropped it off about 15 minutes before close and was able to come pick it up by lunch the next day. The $50 charge for fixing it was definitely worth not having to buy a new phone over! Everything works good as new. So glad I found this place and will definitely come here in the future if something happens to my phone.

I called last Friday to a place on Virginia Pkwy in McKinney about replacing the lense on the camera on my Galaxy. He instantly quoted me $129 for the part. I said its too much money thank you. I called a second place that said they did not work on Samsungs but he gave me the number to Xpress cellular. So I called them, first he had me given him the model under the battery just for verification; He looked at the part on the computer and quoted me $25! ( which thats what I was estimating from experience). He said that they did have the part in stock. I came in next day during my lunch and they fixed it in about 30 minutes. I am so happy I found this place!

UPDATE: After returning to the store to demand a refund and being told Id have to wait another 30 minutes for them to remove their screen (and put some different, random broken screen on my phone), I received a call asking me to take down this post since they refunded my money. Finally doing the right thing (I requested a refund after the first screen was defective and was told I couldnt receive one) doesnt negate the awful customer service and shoddy work performed by this place.Im not sure how I managed to pay $135 for not one, not two but three defective screen repairs over the course of 4 days. It was only when I brought the phone in the second time and asked about the quality of the replacement screens that was told they use non-Apple replacement screens. When I told the salesman I wasnt aware of that, he responded with, Well, you never asked. Huh? They are now willing to refund my $135 - as soon as they put the old, cracked damaged screen back on my phone. HUH? BTW, when my son cracked his screen, we called a place that made house calls and only charged us $99. No issues with HIS screen. Im placing a call to them now....

DO NOT GO HERE. Extremely disappointed and unsatisfied. My daughter saved her money to buy a 5th generation iPad. Unfortunately, the glass broke and we took it here to repair. They admitted to damaging the home button (Touch ID only) and offered a loaner. Said they had to “send it to China.” After THREE months of waiting and stopping in, I sent an email threatening to escalate, which I’m in the process of. Miraculously, the next day I get a call that it is ready. Excited and relieved, we went, paid the money for the screen (though at this point we should not have had to), and the TOUCH ID is not working, and neither is the back camera. This was the reason my daughter wanted the 5th gen! (Silly, but not to her). I do NOT trust them to fix it, so now I’m stuck with a brand new and damaged iPad (and a sad kiddo who spent all her money). Upset doesn’t even begin to explain how we feel. Lesson learned.... BUY THE APPLE CARE!!! ...and don’t take your broken devices here.**update after owner’s responseI cannot reply to the owner’s response, below it, but I need to share the truths here....A) The loaner iPad was not newer or better. Though it served the purpose, you have not told the truth. The loaner was a 2 air. Hers was a 5th gen.B) Her screen was not shattered. It was a y shaped crack.C) Her iPad when dropped off, was fully functioning. You called us to say you damaged the home button. This was admirable and respected, that you owned up to the mistake, so that was why we patiently waited (until it hit the 3 month mark).I simply think our situation was unfortunate and after taking the iPad to another iFix type place AND to Apple, both companies confirmed it was fixed with after market parts and felt strongly you should have made this right. My phone was fixed before I could even flip to PAGE 2 of my magazine!My phone had been down for a few days; tried the Google-Fu and YT vids, but nothing was working. I accepted my fate of going to a big box retailer nearby, but LUCKILY found XPRESS on the way.I walked in, told CHRIS the symptoms, and he tried a few of the same methods. He said hed ask his tech to take a look -- and by the time I sat down in the (clean) lobby, and picked up a magazine -- hed already come back with the phone fully functioning!Bottom line: No cost to diagnose, No forms/personal information to fill out, The cause was disclosed and informative, and they were open before the big box retailers and authorized dealers nearby. HIGHLY RECOMMEND+++

I call them, and ask about working on my phone, it has the broken glass screen, they said they do not do that, they repair glass and display, too bad, nevertheless, I ask to do both thing in my phone, since my smartphone is a ascend p8, they can not work on it, this is really bad, I wonder if they are able to fix only iPhones and Samsung.They should change the business name from Xpress cell phone and computer repair to SOME CELL PHONES AND SOME COMPUTERS REPAIR.
