Brought in my sons brand new MS Surface laptop with Windows 10 S. Adriane Guzman, Geek Squad Technician, provided excellent customer service by first defining what the heck Windows 10 S is and why I cannot delete it from this new machine. She was able to delete it, so I could load my Canon print driver and print. Furthermore, not only was I stuck and not able to download print drivers, but MS forced you to their online store where they did not sell anything that could help. Thank you Adriane at Geek Squad.

Literally so unhelpful says they are certified to help fix or send in apple products but when I brought in my ipad they said they are only certified to send in iphones. Waste of time and they need to tell people ahead of time what they can actually bring in. Also unstaffed and had to stand there for half and hour for them to be able to do anything.

He helped me diagnose my issues and could resolve it within a small time frame. Very good at what he did. Josh was his name. I will see him again for sure.

I bought a laptop from them and then 3 weeks later it got damaged by accident. The in store experience was great except that they told me about $250-$350 to repair it So I said ok. They sent it to their service center for review of all repairs needed and called me with a quote. They said it would be $650 before taxes. The laptop only cost $850 When I purchased it 2 months ago.

I gave them all the parts to build my pc they didn’t even connect all the cables
