Ive been using The Maid Quarters, LLC. for over 7 years. Melinda is very professional and customer oriented. She and her staff have always done a great job and treat my house like their own. Their attention to detail is very much appreciated. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a cleaning service.

Fantastic job. This team performed a post construction type of clean from top to bottom. They work effectively and efficiently. Also, a very personable team, friendly and extremely responsive. My wife and I were both highly satisfied with the results.

We have never used a cleaning service before and was a bit nervous but The Maid Quarters has been amazing. They are easy to schedule, communication is always encouraged and the team is trustworthy. My husband and I work full time and with two busy kids, having help cleaning has given me precious weekend hours with my kiddos and not cleaning.

My wife and I have enjoyed cleaning services from The Maid Quarters for roughly the past 7 years. They do a Great Job in cleaning our house at a reasonable price. Communication is great (always letting us know of day/time theyll arrive ahead of their visit) and they always ask for feedback - perfectly happy to focus some extra cleaning in a particular area if youd like. They setup a cleaning checklist for each client which lists preferences (like only dust a certain area every other visit) and they update the checklist with your feedback over time. Theyre careful in cleaning fragile stuff and very trust-worthy. Every Maid Quarters team member thats cleaned our house over the past 7 years had been friendly and always worked hard to leave our place spotless - a really great company that I Highly Recommend.

These are very experienced ladies and hard workers. I have used several maid service companies and this one is the best. They will work with you on any trouble areas and do their best to take care of it.I highly recommend them!

The first initial meeting we had with the owner (Melinda)- My husband & I were so beyond impressed. Her knowledge of cleaning & the use of cleaning products was incredibly impressive. As well talking to the owner (Melinda), I knew for sure I was hiring an extremely professional company. I’m a little OCD & like to feel very comfortable with people coming into my home & of course cleaning. I think we’ll want reassurance- that we can trust no matter what. Over the 9 years our house has been spotless. We’ve our house done every other week. They’re VERY punctual & fabulous communication. I’ve no need to complain about anything. That is the truth. The owner (Melinda) keeps excellent dialogue with the home owner. She wants to ensure that everyone is happy. She’s constantly looking at how she can improve their techniques, skills & cleaning products they use. The Maid Quarters pricing is extremely reasonable- only hires professional & extremely qualified people to work for the company. We’ve used many other companies & individuals in the past. It became a circus & was ready to call it quits. I have used several cleaning serivces in the past and after a couple cleanings,,, disappointment. Once I found The Maid Quaters, my search was over. They did such a wonderful job that I kept them for the last 4-5 years. I had bi-weekly cleanings and it truly kept me sane. Melinda always kept in touch, requesting feedback and always adjusted cleaning plan if ever something came up. Now that I moved, I so hope to find a good service in my new area. The Maid Quarters will be truly missed. Even my husband LOVED the work they did and how it made me more relaxed and calm.
