Well to start a gentleman came out named Mr Cunningham I believe first name was Ray not positive but the most rude individual Ive ever met in my entire life. He talked over me he wouldnt let me tell him what I needed too. His pompous attitude was only exceeded by his bad smell of weed and alcohol. I highly recommend running away as fast as you can if you hear his name in a sentence. From the looks of it the whole company probably smells the same way.

The work that was done done on my roof was nice and they did help me with the insurance claim. Just was too long to get this done. We started the claim in April/May. Just finished the whole process a month ago. The claim was a large claim due to the fact that they got the house siding covered as well. My big problem was that they back out on an agreement that was signed by the both of due to the cost being to high for the company to get the siding part of it done. Allstate gave out $12460 for the home siding I was Made to believe that if the cost was higher that they could just go back to the insurance and ask for the difference. After all they are the pros right? Anyway I had to go find a company myself and the difference was only $540 which I had to pay out of pocket. No biggie the siding that was done looks great. I also had to send all the info to on the siding to the insurance after it was done just to get the remainder of my money. Anyways roof was done looks nice just was a big headache. Too many people to deal with also. Had a few misunderstandings which didn’t help the process go faster.

Im very glad I found and chose Springtree to re-roof my house after hail damage.I dreaded finding a contractor to do this work and I never trust any of the companies that come knocking on my door after every storm. Springtree is a local company with their office right here in Allen.Roy, Steven and Jaime were the people I interacted with and they are all awesome! All were professional, courteous and honest. In my humble opinion when considering a Roofing/Remodeling company, the most important things are honestly, reliability, and fair pricing. Springtree hits all of those points. AJ and his team were great to work with during our hail damage claim. The first appraisal claim/check and report was missing a lot of items. AJ worked with the second adjuster to make sure everything was paid for. I would not have know to do that and I dont think some of the fly by night roofing companies would have looked at everything so closely.The new roof looks great. Clean up and communication was great. I highly recommend this LOCAL company.

We have used springtree several times for jobs on our home. They have done tile in the shower, siding on our chimney, luxury vinyl flooring in our home and taken care of us after an flood from our water heater. I had an awesome experience with Springtree Restoration. After the big hailstorm in Allen, I was worried if the roof,gutters etc could be restored back to its original condition. Jason was very professional he guaranteed that it will be better than what it was. Jason was present when the insurance adjuster came by and pointed out few things that was missed. The crew that worked on the roof was outstanding, they paid attention to detail, they replaced boards that showed signs of wear and tear and put top tier shingles. The crew cleaned up really well - no nails left behind. Jason was right, the roof looked better than it was. I’ll always recommend Springtree Restoration for all your restoring needs.

I will recommend this company to anyone. They went above and beyond in quality of workmanship and people. I required new roof on home, patio ceiling repair; and new panels as well as replacing all molded insulation in our two bay shop out back. These guys are the best. My roof is 10 years old and in really good shape. Every time there is a bad storm, if I call and they come right out and check on my roof. They are even doing some things to the stacks .....painting and calking at no charge. Great people!

Springtree Roofing and Restoration did a fantastic job replacing our roof and gutters after the April 2016 Hail Storms.Mark was our salesman and was really patient in explaining the whole insurance process which was difficult to understand. He brought samples of the roof and gutter colors and took a lot of time helping us pick the right colors for our home.We highly recommend Springtree Roofing and would use them again!

Springtree Restoration did an excellent job at replacing my roof! We were hit by the hail storm in April 2019 and I could not believe the amount of hail on the ground. The roof was hit extremely hard. Once my insurance company verified the need for a new roof, Roy and his crew started the replacement. In 1 day, they completed the job. After it was installed, they checked for any loose nails and cleaned up everything. I hope we will never get hit by hail again, but if we do, I will call Springtree.

I had a great experience working with Jon Dunn in replacing my roof, gutters, garage doors, and arranging for some repainting of exterior damage from hail. He was patient, thoughtful, and helpful in making the process as pain-free as possible. I feel Springtree used very high quality materials in all aspects of my job. The only minor complaint I would have is there was quite a bit of debris left behind and I found quite a few nails around my property after the job was completed and even after the QC - Jamie came through. But, not enough to prevent me from leaving this 5 star review. I do recommend Springtree and Jon Dunn for your roofing and remodeling needs.

They will be doing my fathers roof in the next week or so and let me tell you theyve earned my business for life. Jason and his crew were great and the outside roof work was perfect.Unfortunately, we were not happy with the ceiling touchup paint job and will have to hire someone else. We were told upfront that the white would not match exactly, however the color turned out gray, not white. We have had ceiling touchups done by two other contractors in the past and they were able to match the white. The first time Springtree painted, they used a yellow color which had to be repainted. I asked them to come back and we now have gray. Again...great contractors but the painting was a disappointment.

I was very particular and upfront about my concern with nails and debris potentially being left on the playground. They were very diligent in their clean up of the site. The owner came out and walked the grounds personally with me to make sure everything was cleaned up. We didnt find a single nail. Honesty and IntegrityAs someone who seldom takes the time to write a review I just had to share the great experience I recently had with Roy Rickard from Springtree Roofing and Restoration.We are nearing the completion of an extensive renovation of our home and I noticed water coming in under our back door again during the heavy rains last week. This had been a chronic problem that I thought had been eliminated after having back door and threshold replaced. Discovering a wet floor mat periodically in front of the back door been a nuisance when our kitchen floor was tile but now that our new wood floor has been installed this would ruin it!I turned to Springtree for help last week when I discovered we STILL had a problem. I realized the water seeping inside was actually from our roof line and the misalignment of our gutters so I needed to get help quickly. I read the positive reviews for Springtree so I contacted them for an estimate.I was very impressed with Roy Rickard. He displays that great combination of having the knowledge about all the aspects of the work involved to solve my problem but also having the ability to communicate this information to me PLUS making sure I was clear about all the details. He even took pictures to show me exactly where me the problem area were located (knowing I would NEVER climb up there to see for myself!) along with explanations on how those areas are contributing to my problem. He explained all that would be involved in the work I needed along with the cost and the estimated timing. It all seemed quite reasonable.However, because of his honestly and integrity he made it a point reveal that all of his areas of concern really should have been addressed 5 years earlier when our roof was last replaced. Trying to follow-up with our previous roofers could be another avenue to handle my situation and potentially save me the cost of repairs as well. In addition, there were even several things he brought to my attention that although not affecting my current issue he pointed out how they are not quite up to the standards and the quality of work that he oversees with Springtree. Roy really impressed me because I know he is willing to do the work (and obviously earn money for the job) but even more important is how he shows the integrity and honesty to inform me about other options.I will not hesitate to call Roy again when we start our next project and look forward to the opportunity to work with his and his team at Springtree Roofing and Renovation.If you get all the way to the end of my rambling review then just stop spending anymore time trying to find a reputable company. Working with Roy Rickard with Spring Tree restoration was a seemless experience. We were hit by the hail storms in Wylie this past spring, after the second storm hit Roy was at my house within an hour with his saw and plywood to help board up windows. He was busy helping evevryone in need on his own time away from his family. After midnight when all of our houses were border up (he was helping people who had other contractors signs in their yard as well) he left to go help other families in the area. Did a very good job...

Last spring we had a quick hail storm which caused our roof to be completely totaled. I was bombarded with many companies wanting to win the business and repair my roof. Springtree Restoration was recommended to me by a friend, who also needed her roof repaired.I met AJ and was instantly impressed with his honesty and knowledge of the industry. Did you know anyone in Texas can repair your roof? Texas doesnt require companies to be licensed to make roof repairs. Also, he was completely professional and one of the only companies that gave me a typed proposal with a breakdown of all services. Nothing was padded in the proposal. I wasn’t ready to decide right away and he was very understanding and patient with me. The cost of a roof repair is very expensive and it was a major investment.After several other companies came and tried to win the business, I realized that AJ and Springtree were the only ones that I really felt the most comfortable with. It mattered to me that he and the company were local business owners and knew what they were doing.Once they begun, the workers were efficient and respectful of me and my property. They barley made any mess, worked in the hot sun, and took their time to make sure it was done correctly and to my liking. What impressed me the most was that AJ was here everyday several times a day to be sure things were being done correctly.He also helped me understand about different materials, and how they put the shingles on the roof. I am not an easy customer. AJ and his crew never seemed bothered by me and all my questions and changes.My roof looks AMAZING!
