We scratched our the back of our car with garage door / this company came to our home on July 22, 2019. Approximately three months later I called saying I thought the color was yellowing (from BMW X3 factory white). No returned call from “manager”. I called again a couple of months (extensive travel with car in garage) and guy said someone would come out. I called again after no show and was told car was no longer under warranty. Unprofessional company took us for $600.

Superior touch up came to my house and fixed scratches on my car. The work looked great and I was happy until I scratched the rear fender. The paint cracked all around the area and continued to crack far beyond where the paint was scratched. It looks awful!

I had a dent in my rear fender of my Toyota Tacoma. I went to several body shops who could fix it for about $1500. I went to other places who said they could pop the dent, but not repair the scratches. These guys popped the dent and fixed the scratches for half of what they wanted at the body shop. I highly recommend them. In addition Zack was prompt and came to my house to do the work versus sitting around waiting in a shop.

I have used Superior Touch Up 3 times over the past 9-10 years. Each time their work has been excellent. One time I had a crack and hole in the rear bumper of a LS Lexus. One time I had the front left fender bent up on a Lexus RX. This time i had the left rear bumper bent in with a crack and hole on a Lexus RX. All of these were repaired at extremely reasonably prices. I filled out the info, sent two pictures and got a price, date and all questions answered by text. They came to my house...and in my driveway, repaired the bumper, painted to perfect match and left in about 3.5 hours. And my RX looks like new. People at Superior are nice to do business with, very professional and been in the business for many years. I will definitely use Superior again if the need arises because they do what they say they will do and they do it well. Frank Cox.

Definitely will use them again! Quick response from Tom, Zach showed up at the time he said he would, said it would take two hours and it did. He did a superb job, it was drizzling rain but their truck is well equipped - even has a pull out awning to keep them dry! I have no areas needing improvement, knowledgeable, very skilled, cleaned up as needed... all 5s!

I had an excellent experience with Superior Touch Up. I contacted them on a Saturday morning vie email and they promptly replied with a quote based on the photo I had sent. We scheduled work within the next few days during a time that worked for my schedule. They arrived right on time and handled everything in the parking lot of my office. I was amazed by the quality of the work and just how easy the overall process was. The bumper on my car looks brand new. I would highly recommend!

Superior did a fantastic job repainting a door that had a deep scratch. The color matches perfectly (metal flake paint). They responded and showed up very quickly. Great service all around!

Ive had Superior Touch repair my car twice and both times they did excellent work for a reasonable price. Since they are mobile, its very convenient. I will definitely use them for future work.

I was surprised at how well my bumper turned out after the work was completed. It looks brand new now and there was a nasty corner dent with paint scratches. Very professional and completed in my drive way in 4 hours. WOW. Trust this guy, he knows what he is doing and will take care of you. The paint match was perfect by the way.

Tom was not much of a pleasure for me to personally deal with. He was a bit degrading and wanted nothing to do with my repair. I am thinking my repair was too small of a job for him to want to deal with. He didnt even see the damage and told me he couldnt help me. Someone else will happily have my business.

Sent in pictures and got a response from Tom within an hour giving me a quote for repairs to my bumper. Zach, the technician, came out, exactly on time, to my house and repaired not only my bumper but several blimishes on my SUV from fender flares I removed. I have to say, Zach is an artist. His work is impeccable and the car looks fantastic. I would recommend this service to anyone needing body work. None of the hassle of a body shop or dealership. Always good to pay for something and get a great product/service.

I spent an entire afternoon going around from body shop to body shop to try to get our Volvo bumper fixed and ended up with $1,300 being the cheapest quote I could find. Working with Tom at Superior Touch Up was a pleasure from beginning to completion of the project. He clearly answered many questions, and we arranged to have the work done to repair a severely damaged front bumper.Superior arrived on time with a truly professional appearance. My scratches were small and I was told to use touch up paint bc it would save me money. Honesty goes a long way I will use this company if my scratches ever go past touch up paint repair.

I sent them a picture via email. Then they were great on the phone with an estimate. They came on time to my house (or they have a place where they can take the car) and finished it on time. The result was for a good price and fantastic repair.

I fixed my Benz front bumper that had a small but deep cut. It must have cost a fortune to fix the damaged bumper, but I was able to fix it for a fraction of cost when compared to other detail shops. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone that are in a similar situation.

Excellent work. Caved rear plastic bumper cover with through and through 3 inch tear. Cant tell there was a dent or tear. Fair price. Need to franchise the business!

I had my first call to this company- the person sounded (TOM) impatient and disconnected the phone. Personally first impression was very poor and I decided not to consider this company. Maybe they do good work.

If you are like me, you will read every single review that you can find on Superior Touch Up before letting them work on your car. To save you some time- the only negative reviews I found were from people saying that the owner was rude to them on the phone. I personally, dont care if someone is short on the phone as long as they do good work. Superior came to my office, advised that some of the damage to my car was outside their scope of work- fixed what they could and charged me 1/5th of what the original estimate was. My car looks SO GOOD, and I am SO SO SO SO PLEASED with their work. Frankly, I dont care about your personality as long as youre an honest craftsman, who does good work. An initial estimate from a body shop was over $2,000 and 3-5 business days of work. They saved me thousands and had my car finished up in less than an hour. Please call them.

I have used Superior twice and there arent enough words to describe how great their service is. Prompt, professional, affordable and do a superb job. They can work miracles on your car! Highly recommend them!!

The website doesn’t show hours and tells you text for a quote. I texted for a quote/appointment at almost 11:00 on a Sunday morning. And received a curt response that they don’t do anything on Sunday mornings...I wasn’t looking for someone to come right out. Simply wanted to get an appointment. Not now. So rude.

Save hunters of dollars using this service. If a body shop tells you they have to replace an entire bumper give these guava shot first. Great work on bumper repair. They make it look like new & use a computer to match your paint AND THEY COME TO YOU!! Most repairs take just a couple hours. Ive used them about 4 times or more over the years. My father-in-law just used them for his bumper and he loved the work they did for a fraction of what a body shop would have charged.

I backed into a brick pillar with my new car that has only 400 miles on it. Had some scrapes all the way down to the plastic on my bumper along with a little dent. Sent a picture Saturday night, and they came to my office Monday morning and got the damage taken care of in less than two hours. Looks good as new now, they were even able to get the pearl white paint matched perfectly. The cost was less than my insurance deductible would have been.

I have called upon STU twice myself and have referred them to friends (and even complete strangers) countless times. What they do is just pure magic. They can take any unfortunate bump, scrape, or gash and make it disappear, like it never happened! Theyre fast, extremely affordable, and could not be more convenient.... and Tom is a cool dude, to boot!

Called this guy and he seemed like he had an attitude rushed me off the phone and said he doesnt have time for while I was in the middle of me stating what the job was. I dont see how he stays in business being a total a** to people. Will never call this place again

Called this guy to ask him about an estimate. He was very rude from the start for no reason. He acted as if he was asked to do a favor and I was not a customer. After asking him if I could send him a picture for an estimate, sent him a couple of pictures including the type of car.He called back with a bigger attitude since he only received one of the pictures and he didnt know what type of car I was trying to get fixed. I told him the car model and said that a picture was on its way, but he kept talking over me, stating over and over that he didnt know the vehicle make.Finally, I got tired and told him to forget about it. This has been one of the most unprofessional person to own a business I had talked to and I will not recommend this guy to anyone.
