Will is great at what he does. He goes over and above to help. Customer satisfaction is his number one priority. I just moved into a house with an existing camera system. I had an ongoing theft problem at one of my vending machines which is located in a luxury apartment complex. I need a solution. I called Will and he came out very promptly and figured out what we needed to do. We eventually got the camera moved into a perfect position. I then got the surveillance footage that I needed to capture this thief. The lead detective in charge of my investigation commented on the high quality of video footage. The camera and entire set up was done professionally with outstanding results. Will was also very helpful in teaching me how to retrieve footage and Helped me gain knowledge on how to operate everything. It was an overall great experience with great results.
