I have been living here less than a month but so far i love this place as well as the leasing staff Tammy and Marcie! Tammie was my leasing consultant and from day one she has been professional, courteous, welcoming and has the helped me transition into this new state from the east coast so smoothly! Her recommendations as an Allen resident to local restaurants, nail salons, places to visit in Dallas…etc are always the best (top notch service)! Like what other property can offer you this genuine engagement? The property itself is also great, safe and near tons of shops! I definitely see myself living here a while!

I had the pleasure of Tammie helping My roommate and I find a 2 bedroom/ 2bath. We stated when our lease was up at our old place and she went over and beyond to help us out on the move in date, which right there was 5 stars in itself. She was very honest about my concerns from my previous apartment issues and how it would be here, I really respected her feedback and felt a level of trust right off the bat. She was there when I got the keys to my place, walked through my apartment with us and was very detailed on how to fill out my forms before handing it back in. She’s honest, funny and incredibly giving. We were worried about finding a new apartment home/ family but Tammie made us feel welcomed and valued! Thanks Tammie :)

Absolutely terrible, I wish I could give zero stars. They will hit you with fines and violations for no reason and when you bring it up to them they have no ground to back it up but say they are still going to charge you. Also apartments are not that nice. Very expensive for what you get and on the surface they look nice but then problems with plumbing, trash, insects, etc. happen all the time. Truly disappointed and dissatisfied.

Tammie and Marcie are the best!! I feel so at home here, They are very professional but also make you feel comfortable. My home is so nice on the inside and i have a beautiful view, and great trails to walk. Best complex Ive ever lived in :) Even maintenance is super kind.

She provided a comfortable and fun tour, while breaking down the day to day life here. The staff here is solid and there are only good things to say about the experience here!

The worst management I have ever had to deal with. The amount of problems that the apartments have for what you pay is disturbing. They surface clean everything and then once you sign on the dotted line problems start happening and then they blame you! There is a leak in the shower and they said it was because we turned the water on to high… They will slap you with extra fee’s for no reason. Also they are Very rude.

I put in 3 work orders at the same time and within 24 hrs, they were complete. Byron is the best. He fixed my air conditioner, door threshold, and replaced all the toilet tank parts in one visit, and very fast while I was out.

First the Agents or Office staff, are Very Clear and Great people, by Answering questions Truthfully and providing all the information, and let you decide what will or not work for you. For that I am truly grateful.This property is BEAUTIFUL, and yes you will pay a little more to keep it that way. But everything has a cost, it is with (sad face), I personally had to both admit to my self and accept to my self, that at this time, this Place is not within my means. But because of the sincere treatment I received, I had to let the company and public know that this is a really GOOD PLACE, they even have Garages you can rent. August 14th in Texas. AC went out, put in a work item at 8am. Finally called the office at 430, was told they were out showing apartments. Got a call back “our maintenance guy isn’t handy with AC, so we’ll have someone put a window unit in and someone will be out to look at it Monday”. So I’m 2.5 days paying 1600 a month for what is now a 1 room apartment. And I work from home, so I’ll be working without AC and (hopefully) having to deal with maintenance. I’m 3 days into a resigned lease, don’t make the same mistake I did. Just waiting to see how much this window unit cost me on my electric bill (but at least I’m paying this and increased rent, as opposed to them paying someone who can fix AC on weekends). Looking forward to the same generic response every review on here gets.Update - 1 week later, ac is out again. It’s currently 87 degrees in here. Work item in since 4am, voicemail left. 0 response as of 2pm

Sold on the Sales Agent- Tammie’s hospitality, knowledge and pride she displayed about the property which sold me on it. She loves it so much she lives here too . She made difference in me choosing to live here vs down the street so I’m looking forward to seeing How well her colleagues respond to any request that come up .

Our leasing agent, Tammie, has gone above and beyond to make sure that we were taken care of on all fronts. She has been available over the phone any time we need her, always very professional, polite, and helpful, even when we had a million questions. Moving several states is always incredibly stressful and I can confidently say that Tammie has made this process as smooth as possible under the circumstances. I also want to commend the general staff of this complex for keeping it clean and well-manicured, even in the dead of winter. You truly do get what you see on the website, which seems to be a rarity these days. Between the excellent customer service and the high quality apartment for a fair price, we knew we couldn’t go wrong signing a lease here. Tammie was great through the searching and eventual move in process. The office and amenity areas are very nice and updated. The apartments are nice, updated and clean as well. The trails near the complex are great and add a unique feature to the complex.

I moved to Trails after my divorce, needed an affordable price and good accessibility for my dog and I while we worked out a game plan! Trails came through, it’s not luxury & glamor but it’s honest and helpful. Staff works with you, keeps you informed and maintenance is there when you need them!

I wonder if Tammie is still in office. I have an eviction due to covid and I was wondering if she could help me and my family out.

The management has changed hands a few times (only once since I moved in) however, the current one has been in charge since September 2018; longer than any of the any of the previous ones—who were more focused on giving things away for free than actually solving any actual problems. I honestly don’t know how other residents seem to always find something to complain about but can assure you it says more about the type of tenant THEY ARE rather than accurately reflecting the abilities and dedication of the current team. Richard, the Community Manager, has years of experience running properties of this size and has assembled a team that has never made me feel anything less than comforted and taken care of. Marcie and Tammie are very helpful handling day-to-day questions and are incredibly friendly. Aaron the Assistant Community Manager is always available to talk with you; whether about a problem or just anything you’re going through.There’s noise (you live in multi-family housing with hundreds of other people) but they are good about reminding people on quiet hours. The compactor breaks down occasionally (mostly due to other residents not even bothering to use it correctly; I’ve seen it firsthand) but they always have it picked up as soon as they’re able. The hallways are stained but I just heard they’re going to be repainting all of them soon! Those minor things aside, this is a great place to live and I fully intend to be here until I am ready to buy a house. Hope you take my word and lease here!

This place is amazing. Tammie was such a doll throughout the whole process - she is awesome and fun to chat with - and everyone was so patient with us and our child while touring. The property is beautiful and quiet. It really feels like a safe, peaceful place to live. Maintenance is quick and responsive also. Seriously, check this place out.

The stairways/breezeways are DISGUSTING the appearance of the apartments looks like the ghetto. The trash is piled up at the dumpsters for days. Please don’t move here it’s not worth the money

I have been a resident for over three years and the current management has done an exceptional job in transforming this community into a great place to reside. The staff and management are professional yet personable and create a truly wonderful community in which to reside.

Ive lived in 5 apartments so far in my life, and Trails At Creekside was by far the least professional and worst experience to date.

The pictures of this apartment complex were stunning and did not disappoint when I first visited. The staff was very hospitable. BUT when I actually came to move it there were several issues. There was a huge grease stain right in front of the entrance due to the previous resident leaving leaking garbage out for pick up and the hallways also have many stains. They assured me this would be gone when they pressure washed. WRONG! They did pressure wash but the stains are still there. Mine was so bad I googled how to remove it with TSP and Diamactureaus earth. When I moved in there were many other problems. The window tracks were filthy and there was a dead cockroach. There was no smoke alarm and no light fixture in the living room. They said the light fixture was broken and they had to remove it. It took a week for them to install the smoke detector. They actually argued with me about the necessity of a light in the room!! My soaking tub was dirty and I thought it just needed to be cleaned but it will not come clean. The finish is destroyed and needs to be refinished. They said they normally do it between renters but I had only been there a week when I requested it. Hmmmm. Also if you don’t like the smell of dog poop don’t move here. I guess the other dog owning tenants are too lazy to pick up after their pets even though they do supply disposal bags. Also be careful to NEVER be late. If you think you paid online, check to make sure your transaction went through. They do not send a notification but lock your account on the 3rd day and then you have to pay the late fee and rent with a cashiers check.

My husband and I were searching for apartments in Texas around October. We were looking for a 2bd/2bath with hardwood floors, balcony, garden tub and shower, kitchen island, great schools, great location and fireplace for a December move-in date. We came across Trails at Creekside and was absolutely blown away by the pictures online. Even though it didn’t have the fireplace in the unit, it did have a fire pit outside which was doable. The staff Aaron, Tammie and Marcie were helpful and kept in good constant communication with me because I was from out of state and had to do a virtual tour online. I didn’t want to travel due to COVID travel restrictions so I was hesitant about getting the apartment knowing that I wouldn’t be able to see it physically first hand. When we first arrived in December, I wasn’t too thrilled because the apartment was dirty and things were still out of place. I spoke with the leasing agent Marcie who helped me over the phone and didn’t disappoint. She quickly got housekeeping over the following day and Richard the property manager got in touch with maintenance who took care of everything. I’m appreciative and grateful for the quickness of the staff and things turning around so swiftly. My family and I have been living here for about 2 weeks now and can honestly say that we love Trails at Creekside. Aaron is really nice, Richard is attentive and Marcie is extremely helpful and caring. The only downside is the parking for guests. The parking spots are far away and I feel uneasy if it’s raining or cold that my guests has to park so far to enter my home. Other than that, we enjoy living at Trails.

These apartments will be the best if they cleaned more! I wish they power washed the concrete around the apartment door they are disgusting and the stairs have trash stains everywhere it’s nasty walking up to ur home! I don’t even think they spray for pest here they only take your money but don’t do much for their residents can’t wait for my lease to be up so I can leave!

Just moved in and very happy with complex thus far! Love our 2BR/2BA unit. Very spacious :) Tammie and Aaron are fantastic, as well.

I am one of the residents here right now. I feel that there is no respect for culture here. The management is about collecting the money from residents & when we call no one pick up the calls. Its been a month here & I am already counting my days. I am very sorry to write this review but when you are considering your new home, please be aware that the management is very poor & they all talk same thing over & over but no one really helps the residents. Its all about money. No humanity what so ever,,,,

Its not a safe at all to many things going on ......i let you discover it on your own and pay the price for not taking my advice serious.You dont want to leave here super bad place and you will be dealing with a thief pepole they charge for every thing they can get from you and they sing a contract with outside pepole to get your money plus they have a towing company that they will be watching you closely to get your car tow and pay like 450$ to get it out im moving from this 3 world place

Rude leasing office lady, she doesn’t want to do her job and provide details or show available apartments, also she were not wearing a mask even though it is required inside office.That front office lady should be fired, she doesn’t deserve to have this job.

Not good place ............................they dont answer at all and the main office leting the manager here to do what he want even if you complain at him they wont do anything i think they are a family business so know what i mean by that !I dont recommend it to any one super ugly place

When my circumstances changed suddenly, I wanted to move back to the Trails at Creekside. Jennifer (from the office staff) was a tremendous help. She was very patient with my questions, and she made sure I had everything I needed for a simple move-in process, despite the challenges of social distancing. Im thankful to have such a beautiful home so quickly, and for everything Jennifer did to make it a quick and easy process. This complex is wonderful, and Im glad to be back.

I must say I am all about customer service and how I’m greeted tells me a lot about a person. Jenniffer was absolutely amazing and very professional! She continued to follow up with me and here about a month later (by our choice) we were approved and signing our lease. I’m very excited to move into our new apartment! The apartment, and the amenities are nice. What sold me was the property is by a walking trail. The staff are friendly and reply to service request in a timely manner.The cons are:Smoking: Even though, I was assured this was a nonsmoking property, people are allowed to smoke on their balconies. Which means that non-smokers have to endure smoke if they want to sit out on their balconies or have a window open on a cool night. I have a nice small balcony that I cant use, because I have a neighbors that are always outside smoking.Noise: There seems to be no sound proofing in the buildings. I can hear every phone conversation my loud mouth neighbor has (disclaimer:the dude has an unusually loud voice and stays on the phone for hours). And when people go in and out, just their doors shutting makes a boom so loud that will startle you the first dozen or so times.Trash: the compactor always has trash and old furniture piled up around it on the weekends. It feels like I live at the city dump, because it is right by the entrance, it is the first thing I see when I come home.

Poor customer service. My gate key has never worked from the moment I have moved here and every time I have inquired about it, Ive always been brushed aside. The guy that works in the front has always been helpful, unfortunately I am not lucky enough to run into him every time, I always get another lady that wont even look my way to say hello can I help you. Im not asking for much, just a gate click that works, but I am always met with some excuse with an attitude. When I moved in and it didnt work, the excuse was, they didnt have any more available to switch out but I would be next in line when they get more (never got a call back). The other time was, oh you have to pay...why should I have to pay if it never worked to begin with (same lady mind you). But when I talked to the guy he said no you dont have to, they would switch it out for free. Then just went in today (got the same lady) and the excuse this time was that no ones gate clicker was working. My roommates clicker works just fine and I have seen other tenants use their clicker without fail... so I know that is lie. Ive also been nothing but patient...our 1yr lease is almost up in two months and the problem still hasnt been resolved. I am at a complete loss....if this is the difficulty I face with such a small issue, I wonder what others are facing with more serious issues.UPDATE: BEEN TWO WEEKS NO ONE HAS REACHED OUR :(

My husband and I stopped in for a tour, and had the best experience with the leasing agent, Jennifer! Not only was she amazing and so friendly, but the apartments are beautiful, the people were very friendly, and as far as cost, very reasonable for what is offered. We have been to many other places with competitive pricing that were not even remotely close to how nice these were. We are looking forward to hopefully moving here in May!

I moved to Dallas three years ago from the Twin Cities. I have moved three times since arriving here. Trying to find a apartment that felt like home. I found Trails at Creekside online, it looked to good to be true so I decided to setup a tour. When I arrived I was greeted by the Property Manager . He conducted the tour because his staff was out for lunch. Surprisingly he was happy to help out. So many times the property doesnt match the pictures online, but this one does. I moved in last week and I couldnt be any happier to call Trails at Creekside my home!!

My first impression of this community was the amenities, however the office staff is what sold me. Professional and caring. Go off their way to make sure we understood what was being presented. Great location and Excellent Staff

Moved in recently and we love the Trails. Tee staff is friendly and takes care of all our needs. The manager Richard even hosted a pool party last week and cooked hot dogs for everyone and it was supper hot out that day. Apartment is beautiful and really close to Shops at Legacy! If you new to the area this is the best place to live!!!

Staff has always been very welcoming, I use the eLounge at least once a week for business purposes! I love my apartment, I transferred from Oklahoma this was the place I fell in love with, reasonably priced, convenient trail for my daughter to walk to school with friends. No complaints, I’ve been here almost a year now!

After downsizing from a house to an apartment I was very uneasy about an apartment feeling like a home. I received a warm welcome from the staff here. There was one staff member who stood out from the rest. Justin made my experience a very pleasant one. His above average customer service let me know I had found the right place. He was very helpful and patient with all my questions. His kind and warm personality made me feel right at home.

A very good place to live. The apartment is clean, the maintenance & customer service is the best Ive seen so far. I love the apartment location, very close to everything (restaurants, grocery stores etc.). I will definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a good place to live.

Im a new resident here and I can already say this place is way above standards! Move in was easy and hassle free. I did experience a leaky bathroom sink and the garbage disposal was broken upon move in., but maintenance handled it in 24 hours! Office staff called me not shortly to make sure they were fixed, and everything was good. GREAT attention to resident service. Super friendly and I feel very safe in this complex. Would recommend to any of my friends/family looking for a place to live.

So we have been living here since late February, and everything has been really nice. The apartments are nice and fairly priced. The grounds stay very clean, they keep up with landscaping and I see a regular police presence which is really nice. They even have their own onsite officer which is perk. Although the apartment is pretty big like other apartment complexes in the area, the management team doesn’t fail to do the simple and little things that help make our stay much smoother and easy. For us, Justin has helped us out a ton since we have been residents here. He has been nothing but amazing. He has been professional but personal at the same time. He gets everything done in a timely manner and keeps great communication with us despite the high volume of residents. There’s been so much that he has handled for us in the first couple of months of our stay and I can’t thank him enough for all of the effort he has put forth towards helping us and making our stay as comfortable as possible.I’m very thankful for the management team here at Trails at Creekside and I personally thank Justin and Miranda for working so hard to make sure we have a enjoyable stay.

The place is really awesome, good rest at night. Quiet very hour and safe too. All staffs are very helpful and competent. It sure is a nice placeto live!

Got to give a big shout out to Richard and his team at the Trails. I managed to accidentally damage my bathtub (unusable) last Friday. Went right to the office to let them know. While I was in his office, Richard got on the phone and was able to touch base with someone to help. All I had to do was send him a picture. They came out the next day and got it done. Definitely put me at ease. Thanks for making it a priority!

Did a tour with Jennifer earlier today and we are so ready to move in! Not only did the community amenities blow us away but so did the apartment. Jennifer helped us feel right at home in this tour, and can’t wait to move in!

I swung by the leasing office late one afternoon in early June. Just wanted to check out prices and maybe see a couple models. I had no intentions of even filling out an application. I sat down with Justin who is one of the leasing professionals. He walked me through all the different floor models and prices that were in my price range. It was helpful that he was able to give me specific details about each model and what was different about each location. That really helped me narrow down my choices to a couple units. I was set on the first one he showed me. He convinced me to at least take a look at the other option and Im glad he did. I ended up liking the model and location better. We went back and started on the paperwork. Justin made a normally stressful process very simple and informative.

The staff here has been very attentive and results-oriented when it comes to issues that need immediate resolution. I look forward to a comfortable stay here and I feel I picked a great place to call home!

I LOVE living at Trails at Creekside. Could not ask for a better location or apartment. I noticed a couple recent bad reviews and I bet these people dont pay there rent or something. Richard and the workers are amazing and always greet me and my family with a smile. They did a pool party last week and the kids loved it. The pool is always sparkling and the workers are always zipping around picking up whatever. Thank you Richard, Miranda, Aaron and Justin Yall are amazing.

Great area and really nice staff - all very knowledgeable and helpful. Jennifer was great at showing us the area. Immediately fell in love with one of the floor plans and signed today!

There has been a pile of vomit outside our apartment from our neighbor’s Halloween party since October. It’s been there for FIVE MONTHS. It’s been so long that it’s turning black. I’m embarrassed to have company over. We put in a maintenance request, we talked to the office. A couple of months ago they said they can’t clean it up because someone stole the power washer. I can’t post a picture here but I’m posting it to yelp.To be clear, this is a nice enough apartment otherwise. I just can’t look past the disgusting breezeways. There are children and pets who have to walk these halls every day.

Just moved in a few weeks ago. So far loving it! I was hesitant about moving in here after reading the reviews but Im happy I did! I havent seen any rats on property as Ive read online.. Whenever needing maintenance they have came in a timely manner and Ive been getting so much help from the office staff! They are very friendly, and I love the asst. Manager Ryan! If ever needing any help I recommend asking to speak with him! Also, the valet trash is great-they have picked up my trash every day that Ive put it out (sometimes itll be late at night- around 8PM, but they always come!). Only reason Im not giving it 5 stars is because the walls are definitely thinner than Id like- hearing my neighbor playing music until 2AM isnt fun. However, it doesnt take away from what a beautiful apartment Im living in! I would 10/10 recommend living here!

New staff at Creekside is amazing and makes all the difference in the world. Landscaping never looked better and they replaced the roofs the first month they were here! The property and apartments are beautiful and now that they are being taken care of its a great place to live. The manager is good at letting us know whats going on and when things are happening.

I moved into The Trails 6 months ago. Although I loved the location, the apartment, my neighbors and the amenities, I was not happy with the previous management . They simply did not follow-through and do what they promised they would do. They would not answer the phone, keep gates working or respond to critical issues. Additionally, they made no investment in the property. Since the new management has arrived, there is a significant change!!! The team is amazing. They are available, responsive, seem to actually care about the residents and the property. Great job Trails Management Team!!!!! You are greatly appreciated.

Ive lived here since July 2018, and my wife and I are immensely pleased with the new management. The apartments themselves are new and in great shape, but these Google ratings really suffered because of the old management companies (and the fact that they kept changing). Since 2018, though, the new management has been on top of it. They are responsive, they keep their word, and theyre just really easy to work with.

Have lived here for the past year and love it! The property is clean, spacious, and has amazing amenities.Aside from the property, Justin, one of the properties leasing agents, provides exceptional service. He is so friendly, helpful, and informative - he is definitely the main reason why we love this complex so much!

I liked living at the Trails The apartments are very nice and new. Comes with stainless appliances and a washer/ dryer which is convenient. I had a garage that wasnt attached but close to the apartment. Its close to Shops at Legacy without the price. I highly recommend.

Gorgeous apartments.... stainless steal appliances (crushed ice machine/filtered water 🙌🏼).... Great value on apartments for an awesome location... behind the complex you have very nice trail to walk... you also have a Walmart & Target across the tollway. Easy access to all highways 121, 75 and Dallas tollway. Maybe 10mins from Stonebriar Centre. It’s in Allen but it definitely is close to everything.

I Loved these apartments when I moved into them in September 2014, and I had an excellent experience with the original Management Company. However, the current Management Company (Pinnacle) is TERRIBLE! They took over on June 1, 2015. Communication is Poor and the manager is neither helpful, knowledgeable, nor professional. The online resident portal that we used to make our rent payments was shut down when they took over, and has never been replaced, and they would not offer a receipt when I paid my rent via check on June 1. The Community Events I enjoyed are gone too (Monthly Breakfast, Happy Hour, other Social Events). When I looked up their BBB rating, it shows a D- and they are not accredited (Not Surprised). I was already scheduled to move out in June, and the previous management company was very helpful and provided me with a Move Out Instruction List. However, the new manager deducted items from my deposit that were not specified upfront--and said they have no concrete Move Out Instructions, so BEWARE! I contacted the Corporate Office and no one has returned my calls. There are no contacts listed anywhere on their corporate website either, which is another bad sign. Such a shame......These apartments have so much potential. But, I would Save Yourself the Frustration of Moving Here until a Better Management Company Comes Along.

Great place to live! Paul in maintenance was very professional and came out after hours to fix a leak.

Maintenance is awesome! Karl does a great job. Hes very polite and professional. He gets the job done right and you wont have same issues. So anything you need done ask for Karl.

I have lived in the Trails since November of 2014. I also face Custer Rd and I am on the first floor. I have never had any issues what so ever with old or new management, they have been incredibly kind to me and when I have a request they are always met within a reasonable time. I resigned my lease and there was no change to my current lease rate. Complex is kept clean and tidy at all times, during the summer there were times of outside residents coming into the pool but they enforced rules that made it better for our residents to enjoy. The clubhouse and other amenities are always kept nice and neat. I have had no issues living here and I think it is a great place to live!

The Trails is great. I love the apartment and its close to family and friends. Maintenance is quick to respond even late a night. The pool and grills are the place to be in the summer. Move here you wont regret it!

Guess I should read reviews! I actually WANTED to move here, last month they said I needed to take care of a matter on my credit report first (six years ago and I didnt even know!) so I did and wanted to re-apply---NOPE I guess just as well.

I have lived in these apartments for going on a year and have been so impressed with the new management that has taken over the complex. They are extremely fast to respond to maintenance request! Mayen Deng came to our apartment to fix a few things, he was professional and had the biggest smile on his face the entire time. You can tell he loved his job and who he worked for. There is nothing better than to see someone just love what they do and make others around them smile while doing it! Thank you Trails at Creekside for the amazing service and beautiful complex!!

Me and my family love the apt very fast and easy process to move in was approved the same day i applied love the location very safe very nice size apt as well all updated interior comes with washer and dryer couldn’t have ask for a better place to live.

I love my home! My wife and I have lived here for almost 2 years and have always had a pleasant experience with an amazing neighborhood feel to it. Its safe and in a great location. The office employees are amazing and are always there to lend their expertise and advice. We would recommend this place to many other people. We are definitely not moving from here until we are ready to buy a home.

I just moved in here! I love it! The staff is so nice and so friendly! They definitely make it feel like home! My apartment is so nice and looks great! The manger there is beyond sweet!

I moved a few months ago and it is really a quiet place, great staff, love living here! Richard, jenifer and marci always very helpful and the rest of the staff is nice as well!

For relatively new apartments they are pretty run down. When I moved in the apartment was not painted, the floors were scratched, the oven top was scratched, but I was from out of town and had a truck full of all my belongings, so I had to take it or sleep on the street. The walls are paper thin and you can hear your upstairs neighbors every step. Now that I moved out, I got a bill for paint and floor damage. Ha ha! I have my pre-move in form with all that documented. Do not waste your time here. There are much better apartments in the same area.

Terrible experience ... Moved from North and could not able to get to see the apartment prior to signing the lease. Main requirement is that we need to 2 bed 2 bath on first floor. Proper Management gave couple of options to pick . Unfortunately the one that was picked has different setup lower counter tops, lower stove, lower sink and different setup in restrooms. I had raised this with Management and they were not ready to work with me on finding an alternative, rather they promised me to get the tubs replaced .. its been over a month now and nothing happening. Apartment was so dirty, i had to request multiple times to get them cleaned . The entrance door and the walk ways are so dirty and not sure when they got these power washed . For mail box keys, i had to wait for 3 weeks to get into my mail box. Please avoid if you can

The staff and maintenance are amazing and very helpful! The manager and is great and is always a joy when I go into the office.

Place is dirty. Homes are nice, but for such a new property they sure haven’t been taking very good care of it. Lots of poop from animals. The breezeways have lots of stains. The gate by my building is always broken, takes them weeks to fix it, which throws security to the wind. Look forward to moving out when my lease is up.

My husband and I just moved in and cant be happier with the apartment. The property is beautiful and close to everything we need. The staff is amazing. They recently started at the property and work really hard to make sure everything is perfect.

It was amazing time spent living in these apartments, nice managements, clean apartments, nice views, kid friendly neighborhoods, easy access to everything.

New Management has improved the look and feel of property. Front office has been quick to respond and always more than happy to help. Great location and local shops close by.

Best apartments in Allen. I moved in not to long ago and the apartments and people are amazing. My neighbors are very friendly and the staff is great. If you are new to the area this is the place to be.

I can’t say more how awesome Justin is he was so helpful when i went to look at apartments in this area, my wife only speaks Spanish and was able to communicate with her and me about leasing here I may not lease here for personal financial reasons. But, I will tell you that if you see Justin when you’re looking for the perfect apartment, he is awesome and explains everything about how it is living here, prices, etc as well as having such a great attitude and humble personality. I need to make sure google reviewers take this into consideration-JM
